We paid $17 for two 3-pack seasonal doughnuts and one cinnamon roll. They put the latter in the box instead of one of the specialty items (never received the missing one). Went to Krispy Kreme for the first time in a while and was very excited to get them for the office. Ordered an assorted dozen only to find a box that did not seem ?assorted? in my opinion with more chocolate than anything. I was also disappointed to not see a single original glazed. To top it off, they were extremely cold and not fresh.

This lady, June 18 in the morning around 10am, made our day. We were a group of visitors, she was like a manager or something and she was exceptional, offered us samples, brought the drinks to our table, happy and all smiles. It was a 5 star experience. We will be back.

Krispy Kreme on Richmond Highway-Went in for some fresh donuts and a cup of decaf. Glazed donuts were on the assembly line! Hot and fresh! Store is busy! Ordering is quick but paying is slow. Ordered decaf and staff had to brew. Took about ten minutes. Staff had trouble with the brewing machine. Coffee was bland , watered down and not all that hot. Donuts were fresh. 3.5 stars.

Love the entire donut experience here - the fact that you can actually see the donuts being made LIVE. They typically have glazed donuts, lemon filling, custard filling, strawberry dipped, chocolate dipped and sprinkles. They also sell coffee, orange juice and milk which go well with the donuts. I haven?t been to a Krispy Kreme in a long time. This location was nostalgic and still has a neon sign. The donuts are made right in front of you on the line. Friendly staff and fun hats. The doughnuts are fresh and warm with a bigger variety than just the amazing glazed. You should definitely stop by!

I love the donuts might as well they love it but every time I order online they send me something else or a total different order. I got the Barbie theme in their online pictures shows so cute with Barbie little things in the top but when it came the order a few of them where not as in the website app. Just show what really is I mean your donuts are really good we will be happy to se the real items.

Donuts are so fresh and delicious! Two people that I interacted with were super helpful: Le and John. Le was super upbeat and smiling & just put everyone around her in a good mood! I had an absolutely phenomenal experience here. This location is big, clean, and always has the iconic Krispy Kreme hats. But Pam is who truly made it a great experience. She was so fun and bubbly. Stopped in this morning to pick up an order I placed through the app. I was greeted by a very sweet lady behind the counter. She was welcoming and stayed in constant motion boxing doughnuts, pouring coffee, and greeting customers. As I ordered from Krispy Kreme the 2 cashiers, I don?t know there names but describe them as, an Asian and East African ladies, had attitudes when I was placing an order Because they can?t keep count of donuts, when I tried to help them do their jobs they interrupted me. The fact that I was at the door at 9:45 pm and it was locked the workers just watched me while the young lady go and lock the other door very unprofessional instead of just telling me to go through the drive through then proceed to go through the drive through while the lady Le thinks it?s a joke and laughs with a young fella in my face I asked her why would she locked the door when she saw me outside she told me because we close in ten minutes and then gives me a dozen of frozen doughnuts.

Glazed donuts are so light and fluffy they must be made of air from the flutter of angel wings. Hot and fresh, melt in your mouth amazing. It's our tradition to stop everytime we are in the area.

The donuts are always fresh the coffee was excellent the service was great one thing about Krispy kremes is that they are consistent and have been consistent since I was a young child. I went to pick up my dozen glazed doughnuts for my birthday and also picked up a large Chiller. I mixed the lemonade with the strawberry and it tasted great. I've never been been to a Krispy Kreme store/restaurant before so it was cool to see the line with all the fresh doughnuts coming off! Mine were still warm and soft by the time I got home.... The freshest of all donuts. You can see them in making in front of your eyes and be ready to be amazed by the speed and yet all the served donuts are always gone within minutes. The donuts I wanted weren't available so I am taking one star off otherwise everything is awesome.

I finally came out to this Krispy Kreme and the workers are very friendly and they get you in and out plus they are never out of donuts! Horrible experience. Sylvia was extremely rude and treated us horrible. She allowed others to enter the store with no problem. I had NO IDEA that Krispy Kreme had an actual restaurant. With plenty of places to sit and enjoy your coffee and donuts. Watch the donuts coming down the conveyor belt and the entire process. The facility is amazing, glass wall allows for viewing of the doughnut making process, so great place to bring the kiddos if you're looking for some delicious doughnuts. This location used to be amazing but today, I received an order that tasted as if it was made over a week ago. Truly disappointing. Looks can be deceiving because these are extremely dry and tough.

I truly don't know why there are so few Krispy Kreme stores, and there are so many of the other Dumb Donut places. Stopped in when the hot light was on. Hard to explain the experience of eating hot glazed donuts that almost melt in your mouth. You can eat several before you realize how many you have consumed. Been going to this location since 2009 and would think that by pure random chance they would have accidentally gotten a drive thru order correct by now. (Exaggeration for humors sake).
