If you are in the area you have to stop here. Got off the cruise terminal and wanted a quick bite. I could spend all day here. Kolaches were so good. Great dough. Blueberry donut was perfectly soft and so much blueberry flavor. I wish I had more time to try everything. Owner and service was amazing. Really loves what he does.

Coming out of Magnolia Texas we knew there were no kolaches in Florida. Staying in Melbourne and saw this was an hour drive, so we took a chance. Wow!! Was definitely worth the drive. The kolaches had amazing flavor and decent selections. This is a gem that needs to be found and has made this vacation even better.

Had never heard of Kolache before but decided to try it based on reviews. Now it?s a new favorite! The donuts are PERFECT! Super light and airy and just the right amount of sweetness. No more stale chain-made donuts for us!!! We ordered a sausage and gravy and a sausage and cheese to try and ended up going back in for seconds they were so good. Best Find on Merritt Island! A hidden gem, truly! These Czech delights are amazing and will not disappoint! The savory Kolache are pillows of deliciousness!!! They offer a great variety for both breakfast and/or lunch! Their fresh made donuts are to die for!!! The blueberry glazed and pumpkin spice were out of this world! Go now!! Best donuts I've ever had. They were so light and airy, it was like they melted in your mouth. I only eat donuts occasionally because they make me want to go back to bed after but these are dangerously good. I'm both happy and sad I'm only visiting the area because I don't think I could resist if I lived near by. Service was just as good as the food by the way! Before going to the kolache Bar we had no clue what they were. My oh my was it a pleasant experience. So much so that we frequent often now. Hi! And take this with a grain of salt, this was our first and only time having Kolache. But it was great. We tried the TexMex, kielbasa, sausage and jalapeno and a breakfast Kolache with gravy, and it had a little bit of heat that was really great. Regarding the location, it's on the small but warm side. The gentleman who took/prepared our order was very welcoming. I really liked it and plan to come back for more!

The best Kolaches in Florida, period. I lived in Houston for 30+ years, and Kolache Bar has better Kolaches than anything I've had before. Their Kolache bread is soft, airy and delicious in every way. The ratio of filling-to-breading is perfect. I had the Jumbo sausage and cheese Kolache and the Real Beef Uncured Sausage and Cheese. This place is amazing!! I first tried kolache in Texas and missed it when I came home to Florida. I found this place online and we thought we'd give it a shot and I'm glad we did it is fantastic. I think I'm addicted to the jalapeno sausage ?? but we've tried a variety of kolache and they're all a hit. So that drew us in, but the donuts are amazing too. You can tell they're made fresh. We have missed Kolaches since being in Texas! We are sooo thankful to have found Lisa and her store! Not only are they the freshest and most delicious Kolaches, but the service is top notch! I came here after seeing this place reviewed on a local Facebook page. Holy cow I have never had a kolache but I fully believe this is the best version of a kolache. We ordered two blueberry donuts (best I have had around here), two kolaches (one sausage and gravy and one bomber (sausage, gravy bacon and jalape?o) and a sausage and cheese kolache and also a made to order iced coffee. While eating we made the decision to go in an order more food bc it was so good.

This place is fantastic. Not even the kolaches I?ve had in Dallas were this good. Not only there?s a huge variety of kolaches but new creations and the donuts are to die for. This is a MUST in the space coast. Not to mention the owner has been incredibly attentive and friendly every time my family and I have been in for a couple bites. Keep it up!
