This store has provided me with one on one attention and caring by supplying my family here with deliveries I?ve sent while celebrating numerous life events. every personal occasion-illness-celebration ? , I?ve used kesslers for my flower , cakes, treats, and foods deliveries. The quality in food and flowers/ balloons ?? Have made my family connection stronger , because of the deliveries arranged over the last 5 years. It was a nice little grocery store. Went to tge deli to get a lunch to go. Bit disappointed of the selection. 3 pieces of chicken available. I asked if more will be out soon. I was told no but there are boxes over there. I wanted a meal not just chicken. Ended up going else where.

Use to be a great local shop. But sadly was sold and I have noticed some shocking price increases since the sale

Loving Kessler's??. Got the Roast Beef meal at their "Hot Deli" (correct name?) I ate the rest of it just now. YUM !! I could eat this 3 times a week !! REAL Mashed Potatoes, EXCELLENT Beef gravy, Large portion of lean, juicy roast beef. I hope I run into the man that recommended the roast beef to me.. He also said their Burgers are Really Good & at a good price.

Good place if you are in Aberdeen. It needs some updating and it's expensive when compared to other grocery stores.

This store has been awesome since I lived in Aberdeen in college many years ago. It has the best liquor and wine selections as well as any beer you might want. Stopped in to grab some wine and had trouble choosing. Friendly and clean. Grocery area is fabulous as well.

Kesslers is my spot to shop!! The employees are always so helpful!!! The produce is always fresh and of course their food is amazing!!!! They have a lunch menu that has a variety of choices, including a salad bar ( this is a little expensive if you like a lot of toppings) ?? I love the meatloaf and their brown gravy is so good. I love that they have everything I need after working all day!!! I love one stop shopping!!!

The ribs they were selling outside those were some of the toughest pieces of meat I've ever had. I literally had to force my fork in and rip the meat out. Pieces almost flew off from my table. I'm highly disappointed what a waste of 20 dollars. The taste was good but I didn't even know ribs could be this stiff. How do they cook them?

I was in town for a family reunion and unfortunately, both a funeral and a remembrance ceremony. There was plenty of parking and I could get lots of food and drink for all the above occasions. Plus, I stopped on the way out of town and was able to grab a salad and a sandwich and a couple bananas for the road.The staff was really great and I like that they have special needs people working and still have people bagging up your groceries.

My experience at Kessler Market was extremely disappointing. I waited 20 minutes for my burger while they served others. When I inquired, they claimed my order was missed by mistake. Instead of offering anything extra for the inconvenience, they only refunded my money and didn't offer any compensation or sincere apology. Isn't anyone else tired of the mistakes on pricing especially on sale items..always in favor of the store. The courtesy counter is often not courteous..I have yet to hear a "sorry" for the store's errors. The produce needs freshening and the bakery is pathetic. Is seafood just not popular in Aberdeen? They used to send fax papers off for people for a little bit of money but I guess they don't have that service anymore. Still a fantastic store and everything and they have what you pretty much would like. Especially on the seafood side.

One lady who works there paid it forward with us because we ended up being short about fifty dollars but she paid for it. Later we were able to make her day when we could afford to pay her back. One of my favorite places to eat, shop I love caribou so coffee sometimes too of course as they now have one in the store ! Produce quality is unbeatable.. I believe they will price match Wal mart adds, but they have great prices/sales of their own. They are constantly renovating and updating their store. They do all their work while the store is closed though, so there isn't ever construction mess while you're shopping.

Kesslers is a very well established family grocery store. They always have had the very best fresh produce and most of their deli foods and broasted chicken. Prices were a little high on some items. Very clean and well stocked store with friendly staff even at closing time. Lots of gluten free items as well. Large fresh meat department with lots of options. Love seeing the local meat and cheese. Would shop here again when traveling through this area.

Amazing produce that was well-priced. We also ate at the deli for lunch and were really impressed. The food was great and we got so much more for the price, especially quality compared to fast food. I have to add the Caribou was the best as well. The barista was friendly and good at what she did.

The layout of the store is such that you get to see the entire store. I'm visiting from the west coast and was shocked at the meat prices! So high! Yikes!

We shop here more than we do walmart. The food is a bit more expensive as with all hometown grocers) but the meat is really good and the staff are always super nice. There's never long wait lines even when the store is busy. The deli is AMAZING. The pharmacy is always on its toes. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience here my entire life. (I grew up in Aberdeen) also, you can earn pump perks with your purchases. I've filled up my vehicle for 15 cents before. NO JOKE.

The employees are courteous and helpful. The deli area offers a variety of very well prepared products. The sushi bar serves a wonderful variety of delicious sushi, and the bakery provides a great value for larger than expected products. Overall the service is excellent with all departments providing excellent service to customers. When we visit it's a must stop as we pass through Aberdeen.

Wonderful store. Quality foods from around the country. Fresh squeezed orange juice a little on the high side and exotic fruits like dragon fruit if you're so inclined to pay that price. It's got about everything you could ever want in one store. A good choice for gourmets.

Alright, I?m not sure if it was just an off day because I?ve gotten sushi from Kesslers in the past - and it was great comparing grocery store sushi - but today was not it. ?? The sushi and nigiri had a funny-old taste, the rice was undercooked and the wasabi was touching the roll. Additionally, there seemed to be more rice than filling, and I purchased the roll that seemed more filled than the rest of the selection. I?m sure I just got the short end of the stick, because the lady was there making more.

They are well known in the area for the best meat and produce. I love shopping for groceries here. It is clean and beautiful with a wide variety of foods you don't see around this area otherwise. The customer service is great. You can do so many things here: buy groceries, eat from their salad bar, get drinks from their cafe, but flowers and gifts, mail a letter or package, apply for driver's license renewal, go to the quick clinic, fill a prescription... I used to shop here religiously. I just have a hard time paying $8 for a head of lettuce when other stores are $2. The meat department seems to be heading in the direction of pre marinaded/ready cook, not the old butcher anymore. Bakery bread selection is poor. Their perks point system is very limited and half the time they don't apply at checkout.

My family loves shopping at Kessler's. They always seem to have the best produce in town. Their store is always clean, well stocked, and is easy to navigate. I frequently visit their deli section, and have enjoyed everything that I've purchased so far. Their location is central to Aberdeen and their hours are very accommodating, making a trip to the grocery store quick and painless.

Kessler's is an awesome locally owned grocery store. It is open 24 hours and they are always so friendly there. They have fuel perks and a reward program. They've had wine tastings, too. Pricing is a little higher but for the meat, definitely worth it! (Compared to big chain in town)

Came in for breakfast the lady at the deli checkout was very unfriendly and told her what she wrang for price and what the sign price was different she would not do anything about it said you got to go up front and check with them poor customer service

As far as in town shopping goes, Kessler's specials usually beats out the competitors (especially on Friday's!). Very clean store and fairly spacious. Tolerant of adolescent 20 year olds that shun adult supervision (sigh). And, most importantly (to me), the staff are courteous and polite!!

Kessler's has been around for generations. It's moved with the times, but is still a place to grab a lunch or coffee (neither is great, but it's important to the community and the hospital next door). I love everything Kesslers has to offer there deli & bakery is amazing. But lately the bakery has had very doughy Muffins not baked all the way done. When they are baked throughly they are amazing. But it's like something has changed. I usually get my Muffins from your store or from the holiday gas station you own across 12. You can get practically anything food item you could ever want at this store. Prices are definitely comparable. They even have great sushi. I wish I had one of these in my hometown!

Staff is quite but not rude. Prices are a bit more then walmart so I dont go in often. Good quality meat and bakery. Their hot bar lunch options are really good. Very clean store. Normally not to long of a wait at the check out unless you go at a very busy time which is to be expected. I do wish they had a self check out options. When I need to buy 3 things it would be a lot easier and quicker.

Coffee flavors were labeled wrong; regular had hazelnut in it which makes me gag. Grumpy lady refused to make me decaf when I asked...even though I was waiting, she never made it. The coffee is normally great, it's just this one lady

I like their new meat cases. Bought a complete heat and eat meat bbq spice roast. The prices are getting high but the ad match sale prices are good.

Great place for groceries when they have their sales going on! Otherwise normal prices are a little high but can be expected at a local grocery. Usually pretty friendly staff with the occassional not so friendly. Avoid after work hours if possible! Gets crazy busy from 4:30 to around 6. Pharmacy is very hit or miss...if you go their Joe is awesome!

I have got Raw donuts 3 days in a row plus I've notice today that everything I paid more for cause I thought was homemade is actually coming straight out of boxes as Walmart does for half the cost when I seen the lady paning it up I realize kesslers is not your home town grocer no more it's really disappointing

Nice place to shop. It has delicious food at the bakery. Such as cake, donuts, pie, cookies, different types of bread. They also have a layout of food u can choose from, like salads and meats. They also have a diner where you can sit down and eat and have a cup of coffee.

I really like Kessler's but they REALLY NEED TO TRIAN THE STAFF!!!! I like it when the cashier says HI or hi did you find everything? They just seem like snotty teenagers. The bag boys need to know not to put meat with anything else but meat. Or to pack them up to 100 lbs. Oh you have 20 can goods? Let me put all of them in 1 bag.

Pie Crusts have to be the worst crusts I've had in my 72 years! VERY difficult to cut and almost broke a tooth trying to bite into it. Hopefully this is a fluke, but it will be the last pei purchased from here. Good thing everyone was stuffed from the Thanksgiving meal and did not want dessert!!!!!

Clean. Great selection of produce. Freshly butchered meats. Long lines at multiple cash registers. Food prices HIGHER than most people expect from the Kessler's name is my only negative, because it directly affects my food budget.

If you need flowers, this is your place!!! Joanie is ABSOLUTELY amazing. They did the flowers for my wedding and they were stunning to say the least. Everyone commented on how beautiful the were. They held up, and we abused them. I had to make several special requests and they just said, "yep, no problem ". If you have a wedding coming up go see Joanie!!!! You will not regret it.

Everything is Fresher at Kesslers. IF you got the money, they don't give it away, but in reality they DO!!! give it away. Beautiful grocery store with so many specialty items!

I've always loved shopping at Kesslers, but recently their bakery is less than desirable. The donut selection is minimal, and the past three trips I've taken I have received donuts with raw dough in the center. When I called to complain, I was informed they had a new fryer who is still learning. Raw dough is a health hazard! Maybe there needs to be better training, or better checks and balances of the work being put out.

They do not have a good selection of brand name Every time I find something I like they discontinue.. they have been out of chopped onions for over 3 weeks they don't have bags of large Russet potatoes .they don't have cold springs cocktail sauce

They have some deals on meat and produce once in awhile. I dont like the fact I'm 50yrs old and have too show my id. I ve seen people in their 80s have to show their Id to buy alcohol. That's ridiculous. I used too do all my shopping there. But not since remodeled and built the gas station. I wont shop in their gas station. Simply because I feel we are paying for their remodeling on some of their prices. I would rather drive all the way too Walmart too get my groceries.

Like going to Kessler's I can walk here and it has a big slection of types of food that I like. I am glad they have gotten more foriegn foods like Asian and Mexican. That is nice. I do miss the "health" food section. Like gluten free and organic area that they had before. Where all that was in one area now it feels like you have to scavenger hunt around store for what you want if you trying to do that.

But sometimes u have the better sells before older and disabled people and people on foods stamps get their checks and food stamps and people that live on a very fixed income count on bargains to be able to make it. Very nice market. They do really good competing as a home store compared to big box stores but prices are a bit higher. I like them most for fresh meat.

Friendly staff most of the time. Love the coffee bar and there made to order burgers are to die for. They don't sell Tupperware apparently. Or at least myself and the employee could not locate it. Other than that a nice reprieve from the global mister that is wal mart lol.

I love, love, love Kessler's grocery store. They treat customers with care and attention. When I needed a cake baked on short notice for my mother's 91st birthday, the bakers stepped up to the plate and baked the cake. I buy flowers, fruit, cooked meals and groceries there knowing that everything is top quality. I'll always go to Kessler's for my food.

They are expensive on some items but can almost always find what I'm looking. They have very good deals once in awhile an love getting pump points for fuel on items I normally buy. Friendly staff.

I stood in a 10 man line w my cart of groceries. When I got to the checker I was informed she could not check me due to too many items for her to do. I had 25 items. for two clients I shopped for. She was rude about it.. I won't be back to Kesslers. Ken's for me, they are sweet!

Best meat, liquor and produce in town. Parking is a nightmare and it's relatively high priced for the area. Some pharmacy staff can be judgemental, condescending and rude so it's best to avoid that section altogether.

The elderly and I have a blast eating here after a hard morning of bingo. After eating I feel like taking an afternoon nap. There potatoes put a man to sleep better than any medication on the market.
