KD?s was standout for its friendly service and doughnuts that were clearly freshly baked. The employee/owners told us they?ve been going strong for 35 years and any shop that can make it that long is clearly doing things right!
Wish they used really jelly in their jelly donuts.. Vietnamese coffee was pretty good, could be a little stronger. Pretty cute, creative donuts and yummy croissant sandwiches.
I work late so I?m never up early to get a donut or by the time I am up I can?t get the donut I want. KD?s Donuts are the only place where I can get quality donuts with great selection later in the day. They?re great!
Not only can you find great donuts here, but you can enjoy eating them while walking around the beautiful lake!!! So much to enjoy.

Good, simple pastries and drinks. Open early, respectful service. The place reminds me of the kind of doughnut shop I have fond childhood memories of. No frills, clean, and consistent. The kind of shop that makes a community feel personal. No superficial smiles or trend pandering, just good business.

5 star food - Has a still warm cinnamon roll and a fresh small coffee. 5 star service - Asked for room for cream, was given enough room for cream. 5 star atmosphere. They were open before 5am!... There was a couple inside seats and local outside seats if I wanted.
Omg the Best donuts ever! I even went to Sidecar donuts expecting the maple bacon to be so much more amazing, nope! My Maple bar that I have prettying much twice a month is so much better and in my opinion the best I?ve ever! And I?ve had a lot of maple bars! The dough is like a brioche dough and they lightly dip it in maple glaze which is the perfect amount, so it not so sweet! Don?t change anything! Been coming here for years. Ordered a chocolate glazed doughnut. It was so old I got really bad food poisoning.. Highly unexpected from this place but that doughnut was NOT fresh. Will not be coming back. Lots of kids eat here I pray none of them get sick?
I recently ordered mini pastries (muffins, scones, croissants, donut holes) for a baby shower breakfast. I thought they had made a mistake because the pastries were almost regular size. ALL of the pastries were delicious, flavorful, light & fluffy and everyone loved them. Anita was a pleasure, and helpful, as well as the rest of the staff, and she even helped me out to the car. Only bad review about this business is by someone who couldn't use a Visa at a donut shop. Sounds like a personal problem but as far as the service and their donuts they are the best. I drive 15 minutes away from my work to come here for their apple fritters and their fancy donut lineup. Hands down they are the best in South O.C. They are a great family business with great service and donuts!! And much better selection and prices compare to other shops. Keep up the good work!! ??????

Of course we all Love doughnuts but this place needs to humble themselves. They have a bad habit of negative comments toward their customers who only purchase 1. REALLY? On Sundays my wife stops in there after church to buy me a doughnut and they never miss the opportunity of giving her grief over the fact she?s only getting one. REALLY! We can always go somewhere else. Thanks but NO THANKS!
Great little donut shop next to the lake. It?s very small with no inside seating. You will have to line up mostly out the door. The line typically goes pretty quick so not to worry Check out their holiday donuts especially May 4th ?May the fourths be with you?
The donuts are incredible. Very tasty. Wonderful and welcoming staff. Huge assortment of drinks like smoothies, coffee, tea, Boba, and Vietnamese coffee, which is my favorite.
I love this donut store! They have the best donuts in the neighborhood without question, and I know this because I tried every other donut store while KD's was closed for renovations. I'm so glad they're open again, our family comes here for donuts every Sunday on the way to church.
Favorite donut place since I was a kid by FAR. Taro root smoothie goes DUMMY HARD. Can not recommend KD's enough. If the sprinkled star is ever in stock it's an instant cop IMMEDIATELY. Fluffy and sprinkled?? God I love KD's donuts

My new favorite doughnut place! The doughnuts here are the softest that ice ever had and because they are so fresh, they stay good for two days after you buy them. From freshly squeezed orange juice to boba teas, their drink selection has something for everyone. The selection of doughnuts is always full and each one I try is more delicious than the last. Bavarian cream is hands down my favorite. I can't wait to go back and try more doughnuts.
This is great place! It's family run, and it shows. They know my kids names and always treat us so well. I'm so lucky we live walking distance, we try to get there a couple times a week.

Delicious fresh donuts. We've been going here regularly for 5+ years and have never been disappointed. If you live in RSM, or the surrounding areas, this should be your go to donut place!
I have been going to this doughnut shop since the early 90?s! Seriously, my kindergarten class took a small field trip to the shop. It was the doughnut shop when I lived in RSM and every time I come home I make a trip to KD?s for their Cream Cheese Croissants. If I was on death row, those would be my last meal!
Best donuts in the area by far. The shop is always nice and clean, the staff very friendly. Looking for a great donut, look no further. My recommendation - an Apple Fritter. Soooooo good.
