I have gone here for over 20 years. when Lay owned it, it was exceptional. I never went to other donut stores because you had excellent service and delicious food. the food quality has gone down hill. I have to ask for my food to be heated up and then it is still cold. I get attitude when I ask for my food to be heated up. very disappointed!!!!!!!

When we first moved to Springtown, we loved coming here on the weekends to get donuts. After it was sold, quality seemed to go down with the donuts, but eventually got better. I just came back from picking some up and told my wife about the young lady who helped me. She was a little rude and I?ve had similar experiences with other girls in the past. I told my wife about this and she said she?s gotten the same type of service. I?ll be looking for another place to get them from now on. I?m sure Azle has plent

They have such beautiful donuts on the website and their window but they have just regular donuts you could get at any donut shop. I came to get some for my daughter's birthday but was very disappointed, they taste ok but like every other donut from every other shop. Nothing special at all!

Very friendly. I came in and told her that I'm deaf. I order twist donut and my goodness, so good. Not to heavy but light taste. Ty! Will definitely come again!

Is the first time I buy donuts in this place, I call and ask if they have donuts holes they say yes! I ask to please save 2 dozen I send my daughter and she brings 2 dozen of regular donut. I don?t like this she can say I don?t have any more. I will never come back again.

Great doughnut shop with extra breakfast items. My wife LOVES their meat pies, and I think their apple fritters are AMAZING! They also do custom doughnuts for special events.

Back in the good ole' days, Kay's used to be the best doughnuts I've EVER eaten hands down, but nowadays, not so much. I don't know what happened, but Kay's doughnuts just aren't over the top yummy like they used to be, sry.

They came in clutch when we needed last minute 3 dozen donuts for our donut wall!! Stayed open for me to get there and gave us extra.

This used to be the place to get some donuts. The crew they have now are straight up rude. The lady wanted to argue with me about if I needed a box or not. I don't know if I need a box for some donuts. After decades of being a loyal customer I will never return. Good luck.

Great donuts, kolaches and breakfast sandwiches. Hot coffee or a variety of other beverages available. Kay is back so this place has regained its former glory.

We used to love this place. Everything has gone downhill as far as quality. And the kids working there during the summer are ridiculous. I loved coming in to see Shaina and get my Friday breakfast. I tried one last time this morning. Nope. Looks like new management isn't doing a good job. Won't be back. I'll go to Azle to my old spot. Never fails.

Usually it's hard to find a bad donut... But stale and multi-day old.... This is the place.. unless their style of cooking is so different than others.. but dry and hard? For example, our order was the buttermilk style, it should be crisp exterior, soft interior.. and I've had this style 2nd day on my own from other places, these were 3 day or possibly longer.. The cinnamon sugar raised also on our order was dry and flavorless...too much cinnamon to sugar ratio... And this type of result isn't the first

This place was great. Kind staff. Patient with customers. Even with the one person that was making a ridiculous scene in front of the little kids that were just trying to get their spinkle donuts. Kuddos for keeping your cool with that person. I recommended this place.

There are no more Cajun pies they didn't have any chocolate eclairs Miss Kay needs to come back and make sure her donut shop is running the correct way.

FYI; you do not put raspberry filling in a maple long john. It was disgusting. I had to throw it away. I ordered 2 chocolate and 2 maple filled long John's, and I had to tell her twice. But then filled one of each with raspberry and the others with baveruan cream is normal. Won't be back.

Have known Kay for years and normally the food is exceptionally good. These last couple of Sundays though, the pigs in a blanket were not fresh. The bread around tasted cold like they were from the freezer. Not fresh like normal. Same for my cinnamon roll. I am only being honest here hoping my friend sees the post and realizes who is posting this because something is not right.

Went in after working my 12 hr shift because people from Springtown mentioned this was a good place for donuts on Springtown Community FB page. I was excited to find donuts with nuts on top (my husband's favorite) I always have a hard time finding those. I met Kay (your a hoot lol) The donuts were nice and fresh she even put the Bavarian cream into the donuts as I was ordering nice ??. Good sized donuts as well. I will be back..

They have good food but I stood in line with my 3 yr old grandson for close to 30 minutes and watched the lady behind the counter laugh and joke with all the people in the lobby and then when I got up to the counter it was an instant change, she went cold, quit smiling, went in the back and hollered at people about where they were and then came back out and was at best cordial bordering on rude. I was beyond confused, because I didn't do anything at all. I ordered 3 dozen donuts because I had 8 teenage boy

Not terrible, certainly they are the best option in Springtown but the piggies are usually dry and not fluffy, donut holes are small and the donuts themselves are a little tough. However I compare them to Paradise Donuts right off of 114. That donut shop has the best piggies with the fluffiest bread, large fluffy donut holes and there's cinnamon rolls are delicious. But that's my two cents, carry on.

We have been going to Kay's for years and she's always had the best in town! Kay is also the sweetest person and always friendly.

I don't know what the new owners did to the kolaches, but the bread isn't the same, it's not nearly as good. Please change it back. The coffee is weak as well. My daughters said the donuts are not airy and not as filling. Why would new owners come in and change stuff? You're going to end up losing a bunch of business.

This establishment has the best donuts in this area that we have found thus far. Friendly service is the bonus. Would highly recommend this shop and will continue to be a loyal customer.

I go in there to eat just to hear Kay yell "good morning" and people really feed off of other people like that and just makes me feel in a better mood then you know brightens my day, really good breakfast really good food,never no complaints
