Karma Kolache & Dessert

I went yesterday since it was right next door to Dunkins but came again because their breakfast sandwich were very good! Service is friendly and quick. I get their bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich (highly recommend) and tried their iced coffee and strawberry cream cheese croissant, also very good. Did try their fruity pebbles donut I didn?t really like it much. Will try their kolaches next time :D

I?m a supporter of smaller food chains and I have been this place a few times. It?s always the same thing that I had to do a review. The gentleman in the morning not sure if he is the owner can come off as rushing and can benefit from customer services classes. It seems like he is not happy or stressed. You would think napkins would be provided automatically in the bag but nope. The best thing about this place is the breakfast sandwiches.

Great customer service!! I got the Philly Cheesesteak Kolache and the brisket Kolache, they both taste good, but there isn't enough meat lol

This place is amazing! The value and price of the food is excellent. It would be perfect for a light bite lunch or snack date. Staff here is very patient and helpful with recommendations. Nina is awesome. I ordered red velvet donut holes, the classic chocolate donut, and a brisket Kolache. One thing I would add to the menu is a Brisket + Mac & Cheese Kolache.

I've been hearing a bunch of how good this place is. Looking forward to stopping in this weekend and give a follow up review. Wanted to update my post. Absolutely incredible must try if you are in the area. Their Kolache are so good. My words can't even describe enough. Taste and texture of the dough has been perfected from a family recipe. Walked in trying to get a sausage croissant, and there were flies flying around all over their kolaches and the rest of the food in there since they don't have it covered it's just there in the open. I told the guy working in there I didn't want it because of the flies he just said ok have a nice day and placed the croissant back so the flies can eat it. That should be illegal to sell food to customers that way.

I got two jalapeno sauces and cheese kolaches. The kolaches we're pretty good. The breading was very good, but the meat was a little on the cheap side. Some better quality meat would be good. They weren't spicy at all. Maybe I didn't actually get the jalapeno ones?

This place is my 100% GO TO for breakfast. Every item I've tried has hit really good! Both of the people attending the customers are very attentive. You can't ever go wrong with the bacon egg and cheese croissant especially since they load it up???? the best!

Amazing kolaches with a bunch of unique flavors you can?t get anywhere else. Great donuts and kronuts. Also have a wide range of delicious frappe?s and iced coffees. So happy to have one close to me now!

They have a good selection of kolaches. The premium kolaches do taste high quality. Way better than your typical kolache place. Their kronuts are HUGE--about the size of a regular doughnut but taller. Considering the price and size, the kronuts are quite good even if they are a bit plain. Service is good too: I was a bit worried when I scheduled an online order and it was done 30min early, but when I picked it up they did a complimentary reheat without me even having to ask, which was very lind of them. Loved the smoked sausage Kolache!! Has you wanting a second one. Can?t wait till I try the brisket one. The Frapp Latte was also a delicious refreshing drink. Not heavy on sugar I would say it?s way better than Starbucks. Donuts are fresh and very tasty too. Highly recommend if you haven?t visited it?s super friendly and they have 6 convenient locations thru out Houston.

The only female employee was rude and instead fixing mistakes she catches an attitude. When someone is paying for something that they ask for you do it right and if it?s wrong you as the server/employee fix it.

A bit expensive but they have the best bearclaw I've ever had, hands down. The kolaches were fire too.

I like the place. Their donuts are good, and the kronuts are really good. Their kolaches are not ALWAYS fresh (they taste frozen) but it's not terrible. Their frappes are AMAZING!!! So .. I took away 1 star because my husband got me 2 orange juices from their, and they were literally BROWN. I refused to drink them and told him not to waste the gas taking them back. But, they're nice people from what I've experienced.

Lots of selections and the staff was patient and professional. Kolache and donuts were delicious.

Acne faced Asian was kind of rude. I guess I overwhelm her with my 3 person order and ice coffee. It was a bit awkward afterwards as I went home to warm my brisket kolache in the microwave!!! I will be retuning back Pappa's Son Donuts and Luloos for brisket kolache for the extra dollar?? As this was my first time coming here.

Great tasting Kolaches and excellent service! I bought some brisket and spinach and feta to share ,but unfortunately the brisket one was too good to share!

This place just recently opened up in our area and I have nothing but great things to say! We usually order kolaches which are always fresh and delicious! Walking in the shop you?re immediately greeted by Mrs. Nina or her husband and the smell of deliciousness baking in the air!?? Points for how neatly orientated the how shop is set up. Gives a nice and clean vibe. Again great customer service with great food! Def a must for a savory or sweet snack!

Very nice and sleek store. The staff are very nice and ready to serve. Have visited 3 times and each time the donuts and kolaches have been fresh and really tasty. The rewards program they have is pretty good I already earned 5 dollars of my next purchase. Definitely going to make this my regular spot.

Chocolate donuts taste weird like a nail shop

Friday was National Donut Day and I wanted to treat my coworkers to some donuts! I googled to find a donut place near me, because I wasn't familiar with any, and was looking for one that delivered...and that's when I found Karma! I'm so glad that I did! When I ordered online, I just knew that I wanted 4 dozen variety. It gives you the option to select up to nine different flavors...I really wasn't sure, so I selected all of them. I wrote a note to surprise us, that we wanted a variety, and we weren't picky.

Great place for different varieties of donuts and savory kolaches. If you have tried their cronuts (croissant donut) where have you been! I cannot have a regular donut after trying this one omgggg sooo good! The girl makes the best flavored coffee and frappe. I tell her less sweet each time and it's just the perfect sweet! Prices for drinks are so reasonable not like Starbucks but tastes even better! I'm addicted to the Thai tea latte and the matcha green tea frappe. Yall must try!

I love the staff here; they are so kind and attentive. :) Service is always really quick too. The kolaches and sandwiches are some of the best I've had in Houston. My personal favorites are the spicy boudin kolaches. I come to this location every time I'm in town and wish I could bring it with me when I leave lol!

This place is amazing. I got donuts, kolaches, and coffee wow everything was insanely delicious. The customer service is top tier! I highly recommend their coffee then the chain coffee places surrounding.

The girl who?s at the cash register is very rude! She doesn?t make you feel welcomed at all, y?all need to do something about her behavior. Cause the next person not gone be as nice as my mom was to her.

Got kolaches and donuts at 5am this morning, my 1st time here. It was MUCH better than expected. Donuts had a little crispness to the outer layer because they were so fresh and the kolaches were warm, buttery, and the filling was delicious. I liked the bbq one the best.

This specific chain is Vietnamese run, they got a kid chilling around, really adds a ma and pa feel. Food is always great, coffee is sweet, and they make sure to be friendly. Love this place

First visit, not bad but they need to improve on some things to move up to 4 stars. 1 get better polish sausage and 2 decrease the amount of bread on the kolaches and 3 improve the flavor of the bread. Will try the pastries to see how they are.

My bestie and I went there this morning and ordered boudin kolaches for breakfast and drinks. Absolutely delicious! The staff was so nice and attentive. If you haven't tried this place, you should!

Great place! Came on their grand opening and they offer a great variety of Kolaches, their donuts and macrons are delicious as well. Staff is so nice and work diligently to provide service. A great addition to this area and will be visiting again.

First time ordering and the asian lady working there was rude when I asked her about the add on flavors to the coffee. Horrible service for subpar kolaches not worth it.

Was excited at first to see a Kolache place opening up in my neighborhood but dissapointed to not see a single actual kolache in the place but plenty of klobasnek mis labeled as kolache. We decided to try a few things anyway,eclairs only had cream in about a 4th of it. Donuts were ok. Might try it again if they start making actual Kolaches.

Oh my Goodness, so many options. I ordered a plain smoked sausage kolache, and a croissant with bacon egg and cheese. It was sooo good and juicy. I felt like I was in kolache heaven with all the variety they had.

My daughter and I love this place. Their food and drinks are delicious. They have vegetarian options. Their staff go the extra mile with customer service. Will recommend this place to everyone we know. Looking forward to coming back.

Loooooooooooooove this place! I had never heard of Kronuts until they opened near by and OHHHMMMMGGG I am hooked! I tell everyone about this place...and although it hasnt helped my figure, I usually stop by several times a week for my kronut holes lol! I love that they know exactly what I want when I walk in lol!

Poor customer service on June 6, 2022. The female employee had an attitude when I asked her to put my donut back in the microwave because it wasn't hot. The sausage egg and cheese kolache had sliced weiners and no cheese taste. The restaurant was empty when I walked in. All of the employees were in the back room talking and laughing when I got there.

I?ve been going to Karma Kolaches for years! When I moved to this side of town I was sad that the closest location was 30 minutes away so you can imagine how excited I was when I saw their building! Went in today and its just as good as the other locations. Will be back often!

Went with my bf the first time and got the philly cheesesteak kolache and matcha drink, both tasted great and I'm impressed with how nice this place looks, will be coming back to try more :)

Service was terrible both the Asian guy and lady working behind the counter had an attitude, didn?t seem like they wanted to be at work that day. Every question we asked it was like if we were pulling their arm so we just stopped asking questions, paid for the food and left. Terrible first time experience.

Don?t order on line for delivery service if you don?t want to be disappointed. Items are never correct or complete. When you call they just say ?maybe they forgot?. So unprofessional

The staff is willing to please their customers! The ran out of blue sprinkle donuts. Well you can't explain that to a 3yr old! They went to the back and made another one for me!???
