The classic glazed donut is one of the fluffiest donuts I ever had. I'm used to heavy doughy ones, but this is so light and airy, it's so good! The huge apple one (don't remember the exact name) is dense but so good (which is why I only cut off a piece). The apple bits are amazing as well. The other one is upside down but had a purple glaze and had a nice blueberry flavor.

Long line, but went by quick! Within minutes! Got a chocolate lig with chocolate chips on top as well as a yohoo drink for my son and I had myself a plain old fashion donut. Great service, great donuts!
Not that I've had many bad donuts, I can't think of any, but Karen's has a couple of the best I have ever tasted. This is a great donut shop.
I love this donut shop more than any other donut shop in the world every time I go down the hill from Big Bear I call a day ahead and I order two dozen of the orange cake donuts they are the best donuts I've ever had in the world????
I?m glad there are new owners, because Karen was rude at times, and she was rude to her husband. Karen would always rush and she was easily offended. I?m glad the new owners take card, I?m glad they got rid of the ATM because Karen would charge a $3 fee just to pull money out of it.

This hands down is the best place for donuts. Always fresh and never stale even at the end of the day there donuts still taste just as good as when the made them that morning. They have good coffee and great service. Love this Mom and Pop shop.

Cash only!! This is a wonderful spot to get a good ol donut. I like the big square chocolate frosted donuts with the chocolate filling, i can't find them anywhere else. Their cake donuts are good too, not too dry and not too hard. Its always best to get them right as theyre coming out from the oven, but even after they've sat on the rack for a few hours, they're still really good. Always a nice place to stop by for a quick treat!
So the original owners of Karens doughnuts are no longer there. They sold their business and now the new owners are in charge. Just as friendly as they could be. Doughnuts are just as good as always. ????
it is my 17th birthday and my grandma came with me to get a doughnut, the lady working snapped at us when we asked if they had doughnut holes and then proceeded to give us the wrong doughnut. when my grandma nicely told her it was not custard filled (it should have been) she told her ?take another bite?, i broke it in half to show it was not filled and she accused us of lying and said we never asked for a filled doughnut. my grandma asked for her money back and she yelled at her and refused. absolutely disg
Karen's Donuts are great. I always go for that super chocolatey one with chocolate frosting and chocolate chips inside and on top, you've got to get there early for that one. You really can't have enough chocolate. Apple fritter is also my go to.
Never open when you show up one sign says 5am the other says 5:30 and never open at either time ALWAYS LATE.
Stopped in as we regularly do .Purchased 15.00 in donuts. Asked for a cup of ice she said .50 cents.I said I just bought 15.in donuts and we left s 3.00 tip. She said you don't have a cup of ice.She said I have to pay for ice and cup.She no pay no ice cup . Wow customer service is horrible. She doesn't care I bought for my staff and my family often. ?? Tried several donut shops in Redlands over the years. Karen's Donut's has the best tasting donuts, great prices, and nice people. Highly recommend making this your primary donut shop in Redlands/Mentone area.
Went there for a donut and a ham croissant, the only misshap is they only take cash but the good thing is there's an ATM machine inside the donut shop. My croissant and donuts were delicious, definitely coming back. Thumbs up.
Excellent donuts. Glaze donut was perfect, just like the old Helms Bakery donut. Raspberry jelly donut had lots of filling and was delicious! Much better than any franchise donuts and the prices were better. My new go-to donut shop!
I called ahead to ask if she had a few Bavarian cream donuts and she said yes. I drove 20 min to get here and she said she had one. I guess that?s better than none. But aside from that. Not many options no sprinkled donuts no sugar donuts not much of anything
Best "Southern California" donuts in the Inland Empire. I could post for hours about donuts, so allow me a little explanation: I grew up in SoCal, and I grew up on the donuts here, One on every corner, some better than others, but all decent. I've since moved around, a lot. There are "donut-like" pastries in other areas, but none like those I grew up on in SoCal. The lady serving us was so rude. We always bought here. But we will find another shop to buy from. The doughnuts are always good but the customer service is rude as hell. Hope they go out of business for the way they treat customers.
Karen's Donuts are the best donuts in the area! They even have different flavored frosting like orange and strawberry! Their donuts are always fresh and never dry.
They have some of the best quality donuts I've had in a while. Recommend getting there early for the freshest bathces.

Pretty good donuts. But they only take cash. No debit card. But they do have an ATM in the store. Had a cinnamon roll very big to much to eat.

The gluten free donuts are too sweet and didn't taste very fresh. I'm happy they have that option, however for me they just weren't that good.

Was there at 430am and all lights were off so I parked for a few minutes and finally the lights came on, I was surprised to not smell fresh donuts cooking he sold me some I think that were day old that's not cool
