As a regular user of the Too Good to Go app, I just wanted to clarify something about KT Donuts. They don?t accept regular To-Go orders, but they do offer leftover donuts at discounted prices through the Too Good to Go app. These donuts are what?s left at the end of the day, and the whole idea is to help reduce waste and provide affordable options for those who might need them. Their doughnuts are really good!!! We ordered once just to try and we never went back to dunkin donuts. Their prices are more affordable too. The sizes of their doughnuts are way larger than the commercial doughnuts so you really get more. My family are now buying here all the time.

I recently visited this donut shop, and it was a disappointing experience from start to finish. The donuts had a strange, stale smell that made me question their freshness. I tried a couple of flavors, but they all tasted off, like they had been sitting out for way too long. To make matters worse, the customer service was lacking. Worst customer service ever!!! Do not buy from this place! I placed an online order, received a confirmation, and was charged for it. But when I arrived to pick up my order, they told me they were ?sold out? and had no more donuts. Despite the fact that I had already paid! They had sold my order to someone else!!! This is a PSA regarding the nasty reviews written against this business last week, there is no validity to the stories they have created. KT doughnuts is a wonderful shop with incredible customer service and these people were screaming in the workers faces because they were not getting their way. The workers handled the situation professionally and did their best to revolve the issue which was amplified by the customers' baffling behavior. This is a seemingly humble donut shop af, but don't let that put you off. This is a fabulous donut shop! Gourmet donuts for reasonable prices. Get up early, bring your mom, bring the kids, get everyone their favorite. Nom.

If I could give them 0 I would, l placed an order online, IN THE MORNING, drove 20 minutes to come pick up my order in the evening- that I had already paid for. I came in and they said ?they sold out.? Yet the display was fully stocked but they refused to give them to me because those are ?to sell.? They refunded my order but gave me 0 notice or warning. The costumer service is horrible, they are greedy people who will sell ur online order if they can make a full extra bucks selling them in person. Genuinel

I feel bad saying this since they are a small business but they need to be held accountable. Their costumer service was the worse I have ever experienced, it is beyond horrible. There are so many other better small businesses that you can support, that will actually value you as a costumer!

Yo keep this donut place on the low. They make some amazing donuts definitely my go to if I'm craving. They only take cash tho so keep it in mind. It's like $16 or something less for a dozen.

I have passed by this shop for years and never stopped. I got screwed from another donut shop and tried them out. The service is great . The donuts are delicious and very reasonable. Under 15 dollars for a dozen donuts. Other shops they are over 20 dollars and small and gross. Very happy and probably go there more then I should. ??

Prices are low like $1.50 per donut. 12 donut holes for 2$. They arent too heavy or oily. Perfect amount of sweetness in their icings. And they give extra donuts most of the time. Check em out!

AMAZING customer service and even better donuts. Their quality is great and they're very generous. We got a dozen hand picked mostly raised style. Their maple bars were perfect, not too oily. Didn't taste overly fried and the maple was not caked on or too sweet. Their lemon filled powder- SO MUCH lemon which was awesome. The donut itself, the doigh- AWESOME. Classic donut shop. Has all the fan favorites. I went there for my son and grandkids. I got myself a chocolate, chocolate glazed which will be my desert this afternoon. Bring cash! I went to 7-11 across the street since the donut shop is cash only. 7-11 does not give cash back with purchases, and using their ATM is $3.95. What will my bank charge now ??...... Lesson learned.

Lately we've been driving way out of our way to come here. The prices are excellent for such high quality donuts and muffins. I love that they'll put custom filling in a donut if you ask for it. (And a LOT of filling, too!) And the kids love the donut holes. I can't pass up the apple fritters. And the staff almost always seems friendly. Recommended!

Delicious donuts and the lady is so nice. I went for my second time this morning and it was crazy busy, especially for five a.m. but the donuts are worth the wait. I got am assorted dozen and she gave me two "upgraded" donuts fit the same price. With the line out the door she was quick and polite. I would recommend to any friend looking for a good donut shop.

My review of this local donut shop has been long overdue. Been stopping by at this spot for a while now. And I gotta say, just with their donuts alone, it can easily be a favorite go-to. This is by far the best doughnuts I have found in San Diego. I have lived in Mission Valley, Spring Valley, Point Loma, Skyline and Jamacha. Out of all those neighborhoods, I keep finding myself making the trek to come to this place. Shout out to the staff too, they are great every time we come.

I have lived in Spring Valley 30 years and feel KT Donuts are the best there are anywhere. A great community secret, especially if you are lucky enough to get a fresh hot batch of their glazed donuts around 8:30pm each night. Literally melts in your mouth...be careful not to eat a whole dozen! This family takes extreme pride in creating amazingly fresh and delicious donuts as well as servicing everyone in a positive cheerful manner. Best donuts in town, I drive a good distance to come here and all with me driving by some of the big name donut shops I live by. The price and quality of donuts are outstanding very nice ppl who work there. And yes they only accept cash but that's ok some of the best small mom and pops places only do ex.(cuatro milpas) so i keep cash in my wallet for that reason.

Really nice people, delicious donuts - I like to splurge (calories) on Apple Fritters and hubby likes old fashioned buttermilk. So glad I saw it while driving by. There are a few other places, Mexican restaurant and a Filipino bakery in the same tiny corner strip mall. The businesses have beautiful plants outside to uplift the atmosphere.

Kevin at K T has thee Best Customer Service! I was in there yesterday evening (6-2-21) on my way to my Sister's house because her husband had passed on earlier that day. I wanted to bring by something for the family to nibble on, not to mention it's customary for our culture. We realized that it was a cash only establishment, which we were limited on at that moment. Started going to this place after dropping my husband off at work, but they quickly lost my business. The dough they use is more like bread, which was tolerable, but the customer service is what caused me to decide to not go back. The more I started to go in, the worse the service became. It was as if they were trying to ignore me, even after asking to be served multiple times.

New guy that works there, has to be the nicest guys ever. I love this guy he takes a little longer but he wants to make sure everything is right you're change if you need napkins not something you see this part of town. Very refreshing again I love this guy!!!

KT'S is open every time we have the urge for good donuts. It's a special treat for the kids and I. The prices are fantastic..you get a donut 2-4x bigger and better than Krispy Kreme for the same price! Highly recommend this place.

Went for the first time. Bought an apple fritter and a glazed old fashion. The apple fritter had mostly fritter and hardly any apple, which is the case wherever I go. The old fashioned was stale. I have had better.

My local, friendly, and most importantly; delicious donut shop. Get yourself a buttermilk bar, a coffee and take a nice walk down the hill.

Their prices are very low compared to other doughnut shops and they always have the window fully stocked and always have what I want.
