There is just nothing bad to say about Jupiter Donuts Factory. They have a couple of locations here in the Palm Beaches and their product is outstanding. They more or less are our local version of Voodoo Donuts. The donuts are always fresh and huge! Today we got Boston creams, chocolate-covered, glazed, lemon-filled, raspberry filled, blueberry fritters, and Samoa's . I gained weight just looking at the boxes. If you want a wide variety, get there early. When they are out each day, they're out for the day.

Best donuts in town. Wide variety of deliciousness. Bacon Maple bar is the best and my favorite is the French toast! Service is ok; sometimes friendly sometimes meh. Gotta get the donuts for special occasions because they are spendy

I didn't get to have one of their donuts which I was told is very good that's the reason for the four stars . I was told that they make all different kinds of Donuts here by the time we arrived it was too late they only had Apple Danish ones left and my nephew Alex who suggested this place to me. When we walked in they only had a few left and I am not a big fan of apple Danish but have to admit after trying a bite it taste good. I will be back to try a donut of my choice, so I will get up early next time. ?

Line is always out the door, you just need to be patient for 5 minutes, it goes fast. The donuts are really good quality and rather large. A dozen is $18.50 which is a bit pricey in my opinion but after you try them you will understand why the price is fair. I have never had a problem with the staff, all the girls are friendly, they are always busy and keep their interactions with you quick because they have to keep the line moving. Jupiter Donuts is a fantastic spot! The donuts themselves are incredible - light, fluffy, and bursting with flavor. They have a huge variety, so there's something for everyone, whether you're a classic glazed fan or craving something more adventurous. But Jupiter Donuts goes beyond just delicious treats. They're a real asset to the West Palm Beach community, and I love that they give back. The customer service is excellent too - friendly and helpful.

We bought six donuts, but unfortunately, some of them were stale and not fresh. My son was disappointed and didn't want to eat them. We normally love Jupiter Donuts, but today the quality was really poor. It's disappointing that they sold these old donuts. You can see how hard it looks in the picture.

Went to get coffee. I know they close at 1 pm. I got there at 12:20pm and they had already dumped it out. So they say they close at 1 but I bet closing up at noon is probably their normal habit. Get there before 12 noon. My 1 star is only because online it said they close at 1 but in reality that's just not true. Walked all the way across the parking lot in the rain for nothing.

These are good, but not worth $20 and drive 14mins down the road again good. Pretty basic flavors if you ask me. Went in around 6am and choices weren't all that. May return back because I see potential here , but as of now I am not satisfied.

BEST donuts around! Love the unique variety. If the loaded ones are a little too sweet for you, you can?t go wrong with the Glazed Holland Cream! Downsides: the cost is a bit pricey especially if purchasing multiple donuts. Also, they sell out very quickly so if you want to secure a pick from the variety, suggest you get there as close to opening hours as possible.

Every time we are in Royal Palm Beach we always get up early and make a run to get a dozen or two of these donuts. They are so yummy! The only drawback is if you don't get there super early they may not have your favorite donut or apple fritter. On the bright side, they are all awesome so you really can't go wrong!

Jupiter donuts is not a standard donut shop but it is still just a donut shop. They have a nice variety and good choices which run out quickly depending on it's popularity. That being said, the staff is very friendly at any of these chain stores I've visited. They have a fairly loyal clientele and one can see why; its not about the locale or the poorly decorated stores but rather the friendliness of the staff and the comfort food you're getting. Nice selection of donuts. We enjoy stopping in here then head to veterans or citizens park to eat and play. Not a whole lot or welcome seating at the shop but nearby parks are always great way to enjoy those donuts.

The younger girl working at the cash register (I don?t know her name) was very kind to my dad for his birthday. She really makes an effort to make you feel welcome. Donuts are delicious as well and will be a repeat customer.

The only place you should get your donuts if you want to impress. Guava&Cream & French Toast donuts are so yummy just to name a few. Also delicious breakfast sandwiches on buttery croissants/bagel/biscuit. Make sure you don't get there too late, these Donuts go fast and so does the hot food. This place has the best donuts ever!!!! I didn't know a donut can taste so good! They are like a delicious little cake! I came early when they open the place at 6:00 am huge plus A+, and picked up a dozen of these amazing donuts from an unbelievable and delicious variety of flavors. Got them for a friends B-day and let's just say the entire team was so happy we did! Not only they are insanely delicious but their presentation and decoration is spectacular. My boys asked for doughnuts so I decided to go to Jupiter doughnuts. I got a half dozen because I was on a budget with an extra kronut (croissant doughnut) because I am cheating on my diet. The kronut was amazing. It was flaky and sweet and so worth it. The lady saved me an extra dollar so I tipped her all of coins. I unknowingly tipped my lucky dollar coin but the doughnuts were so thick and tasty that I got over it. The kids thought I really went to Jupiter to get doughnuts. What a treat! I will be back.

Used to love this place, but as some other recent reviews have noted - the quality has gone down. On top of that, notice that they will assume you are paying with a credit card and will upcharge you 4%. When I was there, I also asked if they could simply upcharge me to get a Kronut as part of a 1/2 dozen - but that was declined. Here is the math: Listed as $11.75 for 1/2 dozen. If your a foodie, grab your donuts here. So many creative flavors you won't know what to get. Just to name a few: Apple Pie, Peanut Butter Chocolate Red Velvet, and Bavarian Cream! Yum you can not go wrong!!! And the staff is SO friendly I always have a great experience in there. 5 star for sure.

While visiting this area this past Sunday we stopped at this place and this was my first time having doughnuts from here. All I can say is WOW! They are super good. I had the old fashion chocolate iced! It is amazing. I also wanted to get a Boston cream but they were out. The glaze is also an amazing doughnut. They were out of many doughnuts but after tasting the ones I had I can see why! It was well worth the stop for doughnuts! fast and friendly!

These are the absolutely the BEST donuts I have ever had. You can also call a few days in advance you can ask them to make your favorite donuts, mine is salted caramel made with cake flour. It's light and Airy and you can eat more than 1 and you don't get that rock gut feeling like with Dunkin. They have several different types of donuts, bagels and they have full breakfasts as well.

Best donuts! 100 times better than dunkin. Worth the price! 1 ingredient not included is the fly bacteria that dunkin allows in their donut case.

We bought 2 dozen donuts for our business meeting this morning. We've had them before and I've thought to call and give compliments and didn't, but definitely did today! OMG! They are beyond AMAZING! Kinda pricey, about $15 a dozen, but really good flavor options and great taste. I love the salted caramel when available and you have to splurge on a Kronut at least once. I'm also a fan of the old fashion plain or chocolate dipped, and the Samoa, an ode to the famous girl scout cookie.

Jupiter Donuts has some really incredible donuts. My wife loves to bring home a half dozen Evey so often and it's always super delicious. I generally will get the rest velvet churro donut but have recently tried the banana peanut butter and chocolate and I think I have a new favorite!

Best Experience Ever - My morning started out 8/9/17 going to the competitor called " Glazed and Confused " in Wellington this was a very " BIG " mistake..... as when i went there first at 7:40 am they had " NO " Donuts ??? NONE MADE ??? Ridiculous... The manager at " Glazed and Confused " said can you come back in a few hours.... This place is sooooo overrated. They do have a couple of good donuts but that?s about it. But here is what they don?t have: decent customer service! The store is super filthy and they see you trying to sit down and they don?t even clean. Floors are filled with food and trash and tables are messy. They ask for a tip when they didn?t do anything. Love the unique doughnuts offered by Jupiter Doughnut. The Royal Palm location is usually pretty busy, but they are also pretty quick. They also offer breakfast sandwiches, but be aware they shut their grill down as much as 45 minutes BEFORE they close at 1pm even though the sign says the grill closes 30 minutes before close. They may also close early if they run out of doughnuts.

Today I have to express my anger .Although I love me some Jupiter donuts and haven't experienced bad customer service until this morning. Discrimination at its finest. Service is always friendly and these are the best donuts in town. If you want some diner style biscuits and gravy( for you snowbirds) the option is available, but come early because the locals are ravenous for this fan favorite.

Get here early, because the line will be out the door and around the plaza. They have specialized donuts that people go crazy about. Myself, I do not think the donuts are all that amazing. Delicious doughnuts!! Loved the box and the display was inviting. Really need to work on the signage...index cards just don't cut it. The maple bacon, guava jelly and the cronut were among my favorites. Great find!

They charge way more for a dozen when you order Uber eats and then they don?t let you pick the donuts , so it?s obvious they just give you the ones no one wants . Very disappointing.

There's something interesting about these donuts when it comes to people. Not only are these donuts some of the best you will ever have, but the fact that these customers get here, 15 minutes early before opening just for donuts. I mean, shoot, people can't even get to their jobs 5 minutes early in America, but 15 minutes before opening. This place obviously is doing something right.

Jupiter Donut Factory is an amazing local franchise with a huge selection of donuts, such as the chocolate red velvet and blueberry with banana cream, and other breakfast items. This particular location has a very friendly staff and always freshly baked donuts at a price comparable to Dunkin Donuts. Everyone in the Royal Palm Beach area should try this spot.

They have the best Donuts and my favorite is the sandwich glade it soooooo good ,so fresh ,good customers service, I would highly recommend because after you eat their donuts you will never want to eat anywhere else!!
