Lovely bakery! They did a fantastic job on our wedding cake and reception desserts. They were very professional and communicated well. The design on my cake was perfect. If you haven't tried their carrot cake, you need to! It's the best I've ever had ?? Our cake is the one with frogs; the other is our inspiration photo. They nailed it!

My experience here was awesome! Ordered over the phone, the young lady was nice and knowledgeable. Once I received my cake I was pleased, and it tasted great! I know where to go for my event cake needs.

We got 3 items, the red velvet cupcake, Heath bar cookie, and peach pie. The peach filling in the pie was a puree and tasted more like canned peaches. The cookie was partially raw. I like chewy cookies, but not raw in the middle. Last and most disappointing, the red velvet cupcake had buttercream instead of cream cheese icing. Also, the buttercream was too sweet. I'm sure this is a great bakery for some, but it is not my cup of tea.

If you need positive vibes, go to Jule's, soon as I entered, the smell captured me. And later, the cupcakes and the biscuits really delighted me. I will be back on my next travel for sure.

Julie?s Sweet Shoppe & Bakery is amazing in the work they do! I was so taken away by the gorgeous work they did for my husband?s 50th birthday party! Not to mention it was absolutely amazingly delicious! They are all so super sweet & the communication is superb! This is by far my forever go to place for all my sweet needs!

Julie?s staff always knows exactly how to help. I have ordered SO many items from this bakery and every single time people rave about how tasty the treats are. Whenever you walk in the door the staff makes you feel so welcomed. They are all eager to help make your occasion perfect even if you are just grabbing a few donuts or pies to go! Ordered a King Cake with cream cheese filling. Not only was best I have ever had, it was beautiful. Was the hit to our Super Bowl party.

I stopped this morning to get one of my favorites. Her cream cheese filled donuts and I don't know what that was but that was a total disappointment that was not her donuts. I might as well have gone to daylight donuts and got one from there. It probably would have been better. Very disappointed and very upset, I could cry. I've always heard good things about this place, but I honestly don't think it's great at all. Very expensive for a birthday cake and it had the most bland taste. Tasted like straight sugar. You could easily make a better cake from a store bought box which only costs less than $5 vs this $45 cake. I was just expecting more for the price.

Real friendly and very easy to work with read over my order to confirm. They were a lot of help. I spoke with Whitney. When picking up order they were great, too. I ordered an Anniversary heart shaped double layer wedding cake flavor with cream cheese frosting with pink, purple and blue flowers. It was absolutely gorgeous and was so delicious!!!!

Julie?s did a couple of cakes for my daughter. The first one was when she headed to Fayetteville in 2018. She recently graduated and asked if we could get another Razorback cake for her graduation party. The cakes both tasted great and the artwork was nicely done. Also, they have a great staff. Zoey took my order today and was helpful with all my questions. And by the way we just ordered another cake from Julie?s again today!

We ordered a chocolate cake for our son?s birthday and it was absolutely delicious. Everything about the cake was just 10/10. It was fluffy and soft, the icing was sweet but not crazy rich. Ordered cookies for my daughters 11th birthday and they were Tik Tok themed. The cookies turned out SO cute! I gave them a picture of an idea of what I wanted and they exceeded my expectations. It was about $24 for 12 custom cookies. Very satisfied and will be returning.

I had the donuts at a recent work conference...might have been the best iced glazed donut I have ever had!! Exceptionally well done! Always drove 40 plus miles to buy Julie's fried pies. Evidently there is a new Baker the last few months. The fried pies now have a thick crust, the glaze is not that wonderful bakers glaze, and the fillings that were so good, now are mediocre at best. I am so disappointed. Cookies are good, but anyone can make cookies. I am no longer buying fried pies st Julies.

Amazing!! Friendly service and delicious treats!!! We drove an hour and a half to come get a box of treats! I won a fb contest from a local radio station for $20 and we also got extras and only paid $11 for this big box! Even if I didn't have the gift certificate, this box was definitely worth the price!!!! Everything is fresh and so tasty!

Customer service is non existent. I stopped there today ordered Chocolate No Bakes & Red Velvet cupcakes. Told the girl I wanted Chocolate & didn't want them if they were loaded with peanut butter. She handed me the order I paid (very expensive) and then saw that no bakes were blonde so loaded with peanut butter. They refused to replace with anything. She said if they took them back they'd have to just throw them away. I won't be back.

I have been a returning customer to Julie's Sweet Shoppe for a number of years, and have been pleased with their selection, quality and pricing and convenience. Unfortunately, having to pay nearly $20 for their standard 8" round cake, means that I will no longer be a customer. I have lost count of the times I've bought the same cake from them for $12-$13. A 40% price jump is rubbish. Too bad.

First time visiting based on reviews and word of mouth. The young lady came out and took my order. Ordered 1 glazed donut and apple fritter. I don?t know what she wrote but I received a chocolate donut and a sliced apple fritter that taste like cinnamon bread. Donut to heavy and the fritter was too doughy in center. I don?t know why the fritter was sliced. Disappointed.

This was my first visit here as they hosted a huge Veterans day gathering. The shop itself was a pleasant surprise with a signature dish of biscuits with chocolate gravy. Amazingly delicious. The bakery featured a wide array of pastries several of which I was able to sample. Everything I tasted was baked to perfection. It is an establishment I will certainly patronize in the future.

Julie's made two cakes for my parents' 60th wedding anniversary. They were absolutely beautiful. In addition to being gorgeous they tasted wonderful. The folks there were helpful and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

I have used Julie's several times. But this time it was not a good experience. I ordered a double layered choc cake with creme cheese icing and 6 cake pops. Almost 50 dollars. The pops were dry and hard. The cake decorations were disappointing and the cake tasted like it was frozen. I was not happy with the results.

1st of all every mother or disabled person loves a drive thru window. Not only do they have a drive thru but if a line forms these ladies are walking out taking orders and getting you back on the road quick. Super friendly staff is also a huge plus and then the fact everything they off is delicious. Even the healthy options are delicious, they carry blue barn bakery items so you can not feel guilty about treating yourself. There's nothing bad I could say about this place.

They ruined my daughter's 1st birthday cake! We showed them a picture and even emailed it to them and they only made half of it and it didn't even look like what we wanted! Then we took the cake back and they argued with us and wouldn't fix it. We had to take it to Kroger and have it fixed and finished. I will NEVER use this place again and will never recommend it. My husband ordered a cake for our son?s second birthday. Everything was fine at the time he ordered (the week before the party) - he even emailed them the design and they replied that they had received it. I ordered a cake for my son?s 8th birthday. I told them I wanted a 2 tier custom Mario cake and feel free to be creative price wasn?t an issue. How disappointing! It is not two tier, plain white icing, with a cheap printed Mario picture on top and nothing on the sides. I could have got a better cake at any grocery store bakery. I've been there and tried their Fried Pies those are the greatest hand pie I've ever tasted this morning I stopped and got their biscuits and gravy for the first time I am so glad I got a double order they are absolutely amazing make sure to get it with the sausage their prices are reasonable their people are friendly it's just the best bakery I've found anywhere in the state of Arkansas

i ordered a key lime pie for my friends birthday and it was horrible. i have never seen a key lime pie like this. all it was was cool whip with a lime flavor. i am so angry and disappointed. i will never order from here again. this was the worse key lime pie that i have ever had. i paid $15.00 for nothing thanks a lot now i have to go spend more money to get a real key lime pie!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is one of my favorite places to go when I'm in the area! I love the cranberry chicken salad, and I always grab a bag of broken cookies off the clearance rack because they're delicious and affordable... just not as pretty anymore. Lol

Went out of our way to get the blueberry muffins just to learn that there were none "today". 7:30 am on a Monday. The friendly staff was more than ready to help me choose other blueberry treats including scones and fritters.

One of the best bakeries in Conway. But, they have also some,limited breakfast items along with lunch. I usually order the chocolate donuts just to take care of my chocolate fix which is limited.

To be honest, for all the hype I was expecting more. There?s not a great selection (no gingerbread men, no fruit tarts, no cheese danishes) , the cookies were very mediocre and staff was slow to serve. Definitely been to better bakeries, but it wasn?t terrible either.

Absolutely livid the Hot-Wheel birthday cake was NOT anywhere near the correct design. Cake was not even ready when I arrived for my cake,it was like they forgot my order and it looked pre-made just added the plastic cake toppers.
