These donuts are HUGE & DELICIOUS! ?? Got some maple bars, Caterpillars, Lemon poppyseed, Apple fritter, jelly filled, and vanilla. They are all freaking amazing! Highly recommend! One lady even mentioned they had a taste off in town recently and their maple bars won! I understand why! Maple bars are my number 1 favorite! I can?t get over how giant these donuts are! You must try this spot! Very friendly staff as well, very clean inside.
I don?t like donuts very much but I LOVE Judy?s donuts! They are SO tasty! The flavor is so yummy in all their donuts, I haven?t had one I didn?t like! It?s the only donut shop I go to regularly. Highly recommend stopping by this cute donut shop!!
Solid coffee shop with some delicious pastries. Coffee was good and I would definitely put it higher than your average dunkin or Starbucks. The pastries is where Judy's shines the most. I had the maple bar and the apple fritter. The maple bar was delicious but the apple fritter stole the show. The fitter had everything you would want...crispy, light, flavorful, and everything else great you can use to describe something. Everything is very well priced and I will definitely be back for more. There is se
I love a small town coffee shop with delicious options! Our party tried everything from the chai, to the italian sodas to the brain booster. Everything was really tasty. The staff here were absolutely friendly and helpful. We did not get to have doughnuts this time, but they looked amazing. We will be back in the future for sure!
Judy's donuts was a smashing hit on our vacation. Donuts are fantastic. Coffee is great. We stopped nearly every day!
Taryn at Judy's donuts is a true hero. This weekend I went in for a sweet treat after having a long exhausting bad week. Taryn went out of her way to make sure my week didn't continue this way. She added sprinkles to my chocolate donut since they were out of chocolate sprinkle. Thank you so much for all you did to turn my week around. I made the trip for the donuts, but will definitely stay for the wonderful staff.
We just got these delivered to our agency and generally we have gotten other donuts that were pretty ?meh?, but having a wife who is essentially a pro baker , these are some next level donuts that are going on here. (Side note: the box was pretty dang funny I am not sure the mojo that went into my glazed (gave Kristy kreme a run for its money ) with the strawberry frosting but I had never tasted a donut so melt in in the mouth yummy. Sounds like we have a new reason to head up to Midway!
Great donuts! You can immediately tell the quality, thought, and care they put into their donuts. Not a cheap grocery store donut. Definitely worth a visit! We had the chocolate covered cinnamon roll, blueberry cake, and Samoa donuts. The Samoa was excellent but very rich. Blueberry tasted real? nothing artificial. The chocolate covered cinnamon roll was perfectly cooked with just the right amount of chocolate frosting.
This hidden gem is worth the stop! Friendly service, fresh goodness, lots of varieties, and the best part... the donuts are absolutely amazing! Could not choose a favorite and fritters the size of my face. Yummy!
My Husband and I love extraordinary donuts! Judy's is incredible! We got 8 glorious donuts for a 9 hour drive back to Denver....this was the haul. A raspberry jelly filled with raspberry frosting A chocolate covered custard filled An old-fashioned with lemon and poppyseed glaze A glazed bar with maple frosting A chocolate cake with chocolate frosting A blueberry cake with blueberry frosting And an apple fritter the size of a dinner plate! Each one was delicious....the staff was super friendly...and you can
Big ol' donuts with a flavor to match. It was a quaint little place packed with people. Unfortunately, it was so good the building left little room for moving around. Kinda wish the ordering space was bigger but they did provide a nice porch to eat on.
A quaint little donut shop with delicious variations. They have the largest apple fritters I've ever seen. The inside seating is comfortable. The outdoor tables and counter are a great place to enjoy donuts and coffee on a cool morning.
I had to update my post- order the ?pumpkin mocha, oatmeal and old fashion blueberry poppy donut ?. Abbey nailed the Mocha ?? I always have to come to Judy?s during our annual visit to midway. 2023: I heard how delicious the donuts were here but I was hoping for something a little healthier so I walked in to get a latte. To my delight they also have yummy steel cut hot oats and overnight oats that are delicious! I ended up buying a couple donuts because I couldn?t pass up the craftsmanship! And Liam was
I found Judy's on Instagram and when we drove by yesterday, we had to do a quick u-turn and try them out. The doughnuts are enormous and absolutely delicious. Their fritter just inched it's way up to one of our favorites! I loved the cinnamon roll too! We will definitely be back. We want to try blueberry and old fashioned. Thank you!
So bummed. Judy's is "mid", at best. I drove there b/c they advertise a chocolate pershing, which is pretty rare, but if done right...man alive...it'll change your life...for at least 10 mins. First red flag was, no warm donuts at 7:40a, which suggests they cook them the night before (hardened frosting, cracking upon taking a bite is further evidence). This is a foundational breech, if true. I ordered five different options for tasting. Overall very dry, and lacking specific flavor, rather seeming to opt
For the love of all that is holy what the $@?!/ this place is amazing! I can see why a world class biker like Peter Sagan would drop by. I need to bike more out in this area. The kids loved their donuts and the all around aesthetic of the home / shop was beautiful. I want a bicycle table! Whenever I am in the neighborhood I will be dropping by. You should as well.
Wow are the donuts good here! My favorite is the maple bar, but the blueberry and chocolate cake donuts were excellent as well. They have absolutely massive Apple fritters, so that?s on my radar for next time.
Cute breakfast stop. I had the nutella toffee cake donut and it was super good. I also had a hot mocha and it was alright, the beans were somewhat bitter for my taste. Both baristas were very kind
Such a disappointment. These donuts were all everyone talked about so we went and got a dozen variety to try. Every donut was so dried out, many lacking flavor.
What a great little shop. Once you get one or a dozen, you will probably never buy one of those corporate or chain donuts ever again! Just looking is almost enough; everything in the case is a work of art. Flavorful, not greasy with excellent fillings.Almost forgot, fritters the size of a dinner plate with nice blend of cinnamon and apples Love the raspberry Bismarks! Traveled many places and Judy's is in my top 3 faves! ????????????
Delicious Donuts! We got the Bavarian chocolate and the coconut donut they're both delicious and creamy. I'm also so glad they had gluten free options!
Judy's donuts are the best in the state, and I've tried a bunch of others. They're reasonably price for the high quality and large size. My favorite is the apple fritter (literally as big as your face) and anything that is filled. The hot chocolate is OK... I suggest they use a better mix like Ghirardelli or Godiva. I'd pay more for a quality mix. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The building is nicely decorated and spotless.
Charming little place in Midway with amazing donuts.
Caffe Ibis great coffee -- exceptional! Instead of the drive through, park and go inside to get full experience!
Amazing gluten free donuts and great coffee. My soy latte was perfect and I loved sitting on their front porch while enjoying the yumminess!
Midway Charm and Friendly Staff - Even Better Doughnuts. Hidden gem in Midway, just two blocks from the main intersection, an unassuming white house is the portal to Doughnut Bliss. Open your wallet as they aren?t for those feeding a family on a budget, but worth every caloric bite!
Favorite shop I've been to. Loved every donut we got. They sell out, don't wait too late.
The coffee and donuts are delic. Service SUCKS! We?ve been here 3 time. Last time we walked in 10 minutes before they closed, we didn?t know the closing time, the cashier rolled her eyes as we walked in. This time they messed up and made me the wrong drink and she acted irritated and made me feel like it was my fault they messed up. Sadly we won?t be returning as it?s not worth the drive to midway for poor service.
Best Bavarian cream donut I've had since living in Utah. It's been 6 years, I thought I'd never find one.
My wife and I were traveling through Midway back in February and decided to stop by to pick up a donut. We noticed they were closing down in a few minutes and had a craving for one. As they were packing up, the owner was so sweet that she spent the time talking to us sharing stories of her little store and BnB. We picked up a few donuts and continued on our way. As far as taste... A++++. Nice thick non-oily dough that creates a perfect consistency and flavor. We had the maple frosting, fritter, chocolate A
We did donuts instead of cupcakes for a birthday party, and it was the best decision! We only gave the shop 4 days notice and they were so cool about the custom order and they were so nice. On top of having amazing customer service, they make the best donuts I have ever had. Eveyone at the party asked where the donuts came from. My favorite is the strawberry glazed.
I went to the drive-thru and got 6 donuts and a bag of donut holes! They're so delicious and fresh! I'll be back!
On vacation + stopped by on our way to Rocky Mountain Outfitters for Horseback Trail Ride + YUM! What delicious donuts + great coffee, just what we needed! Judy?s is definitely worth stopping for, you will not be disappointed!! We had Apple Cider Donut + the Lemon Poppyseed Donut as well. Delish!
Judy?s Donut Shop confirmed my love for all things sweet and holy (no pun intended)! Just sweet enough without being too messy, not to mention the good coffee! Most of the bad review on here are just about the wait time?.. makes sense when you?re slingin? dough the way Judy slings dough!
Better than Starbucks for sure. Came in town for a quick trip and glad I stopped by for some rocket fuel. 10/10 would go again.
High quality, huge donuts! That Bavarian cream donut is what dreams are made of. And a fritter as big as your head? It was delicious...just make sure to share with 3 other people. AND my daughter with celiac disease could get a donut!!! She enjoyed her gluten free donut. My son complained that the maple frosting was too sweet, but that just meant that he had to save the other half for later.
I took a drive to see the fall leaves on the alpine loop from Salt Lake and purposely went the long way into Midway to go to Judy?s. I love their coffee and donuts. The donuts are overpriced but they are tasty. The coffee is also great. However the staff is not friendly or welcoming and seem irritated to have to help customers. Each time I?ve been there I haven?t been impressed with their staff. For being in a small town you think they would be more thankful for the business. Next time I?ll skip a visit the
Super cute place with delicious donuts and food. All the donuts we tried were great and the avocado toast was really flavorful too.
Great place for donuts.Freshly made from scratch , which makes the difference.Their Apple fritters and maple bars are a must try.The donuts are fantastic too , specially the chocolate ones.Good prices for the quality and a very nice and cozy shop.Plenty of parking around too.
Do you guys love donuts? Is that a question even needing asking? These guys have some of the world's best donuts. We waited two hours for them to open just so we could get a taste! Well worth the wait! ????
Great stop on national donut day. Coffee is delicious. A good stop if you are in Midway
This family owned coffee shop is amazing. The fresh donuts are amazing and pair well with a latte!
Absolutely loved my maple donut with sprinkles, so fresh and delicious. They have all the classic choices for coffee which were also great. Fast wifi and power plugs at every chair! Definitely would recommend and I will be back!
My iced mocha looks and tastes like a shake. No complaints here. I was driving along in a new town and saw a huge line for a drive thru for a coffee and donut shop. Of course I had to jump in the line. The coffee and baklava was worth the 30 minute car wait. I got some donuts to try later tonight or tomorrow morning and I'm sure they will be worth the wait as well.
Yay for a local donut and coffee shop! And the best part is that there's a drive-thru. Kids loved the caterpillar sticks (glazed donut holes with sprinkles on a stick).
Love Love Love the coffee, delicious donuts, friendly & wonderful service , lovely cozy atmosphere.
both times we have came here the employees have not been nice but the coffee and donuts are good. we drove up specifically for the gluten free donuts just for them to tell us they didn?t make any. so we won?t be back. not worth the drive up.
I?m not a big fan of glazed donuts, I?d rather taste the bread. I liked Oreo more than I thought but I didn?t love the cinnamon roll one. Overall, it wasn?t worth the 20 minute wait but they were unique.
Beautiful little shop with very delicious donuts and great coffee. The staff is friendly and service is quick.
Great place, good coffee drinks. Friendly staff, a must visit when in Midway.
Donuts to donuts you won't find a better donut shop in the Heber Valley. Judy's puts the Gour in Gourmet donuts. The maple bars are to die for, the apple fritter will feed an army. The Cold Oats and Oatmeal are healthy alternatives to the sugar bombs. The coffee is first rate also. Friendly service and a great product add up to wonderful experience.
The donuts are to die for!! Soooo good! Good coffee, just really comfortable place to go chill! Loved it. The employees are so friendly and the owner takes time to talk to u too! I like that!
The coffee (espresso based drinks) were very good, and the donuts were very good as well, though, a little too sweet for my tastes. The employees were nice and the cafe was cute but could get a little noisy because it is an old house.
We discovered this gem a couple years ago driving from Utah to Los Angeles and we?ve tried to stop in at least once during each subsequent trip. These donuts are the best! Definitely try the apple fritter, Bavarian Cream or Raspberry if you get the chance.
Stopped in for an old school donut shop experience with a hot chocolate. What a great experience, we were helped by a young lady named Lauren; such a wonderful attitude and smile. Love to see small businesses still getting it done and employing local youngsters.
This is a great donut shop! Top notch handmade donuts and award winning maple bars. They also serve high-quality coffee that you don't find at many places. My only complaint would be the short hours they are open, 7-1 Tuesday to Saturday. Wish they would open on Sunday.
100% the cutest donut place i have ever seen! Must try!
What kind of heavenly goodness are they putting in these donuts? They are not only perfectly delicious, but they are the most beautiful donuts I have ever seen. They are soft, without being doughy. They are also dense, without being heavy. Perfect! After meeting the owner, I can see why these donuts are so lovely. She puts her heart and soul into what she does. Your biggest concern when you visit should be which one/s you?ll choose and if you?ll be able to stop yourself.
Donuts and staff are both out of this world ??????
Some of the best donuts around. Everyone in our group loved them. The fritter, pershing, maple buttercream, and old fashioned were our favorites. So many of the grocery bakeries these days are making dry and over-mixed donuts. In contrast, Judy's donuts were soft with just the right chew. So many of the small donut shops are overwhelming small and light donuts with gobs of too much glaze and icing. In contrast, Judy's donuts have substantial bread and/or cake to support a healthy but still very nice ratio
We came to celebrate birthdays and haf to get donuts! We got here at 7:45am and made it just before the crowd. Service was excellent. So nice and quick. If there is a line, just be patient. Donuts range from $1.75 to $5. They at bigger than normal. We ordered the Oreo, ($4) Confetti ($1.75) Lemon poppyseed old fashioned,($2) maple glaze (different from the maple buttercream) and Apple Fritter. The maple glaze was pretty sweet. They also do sell gift cards which we also got for family
The place is cute and quaint but that won?t bring me back for donuts. The selection is rather limited. I got a blueberry cake donut, a raspberry jelly filled donut, donut holes, and Bavarian cream filled donuts. My daughter did enjoy her raspberry donut which was given to us fresh off the tray. As for the others, they were honestly just ok. The glazed donuts ( holes, cream filled) were honestly a bit hard almost as if they?d been sitting out awhile. The blueberry donut was too dense and was light on the blu
Absolutely fantastic donuts! At first as I was ordering, I had some sticker shock seeing $2 and $3 donuts. But after opening the box I understood the price. These donuts are huge! And absolutely delicious. The Bavarian cream had more cream inside than any Bavarian cream ordered elsewhere. And the raspberry filled was also amazing. Worth every penny!
What a fabulous spot! Coffee (cold brew and regular) were delicious, the donuts and cinnamon bun were incredible. Super friendly staff to top it off. We are regular visitors and will add Judy?s to our rotation!
Nothing better than a good donut with my coffee! It was a cute lil drive up place with great staff!
Easily the best donuts I've ever had. Finally a maple bar that is perfectly balanced, not overpowering. And the chocolate glazed was huge and had some secret extra flavor that was fantastic. I must get back to try some other flavors.
My family is visiting the area from south Florida. A few days ago, we visited Judy?s donuts right after they opened. Mg daughters and I came in like a tornado/bats out of hell, immediately charging at the two poor guys behind the counter asking them a battery of questions about their delicious donuts. The manager, Hans, maintained the friendliest smile and demeanor, despite our frantic and rushed nature, and helped us as quickly as possible. The other young guy with him was also super charming. My autistic
Stopped by on our way to Soldier Hollow, and we were helped by the nicest guys you'll ever meet. They whipped up a refreshing Sam and Alec and selected a fantastic donut variety for us. These donuts. . .these donuts. . . I almost swallowed my tongue, they are so good! Whatever happens on the golf course today, our visit to Judy's was a hole in one. Thanks for adding a little sweetness to our morning!
Doughnuts are dry and over priced I had heard great things but granted the fritter was huge lacked flavor and gooyness I come to expect from a fritter but 14 bucks for 3 Doughnuts I expected higher quality the other 2 the clasic was stale and the Samoa was average at best. I can get better doughnuts at 711
The staff were so nice and the donuts were incredible!!!!
The service was great, the staff was very friendly and helpful. But a helpful tip, get there early. By 7am because if you don't they will run out! However any doughnut is great! Just a friendly warm environment! They also have different drinks to go along with your "breakfast"!??
Although the prices make you balk a bit, the donuts are legit. Maple bar, soft, glazed, and generously covered in maple heaven. Raspberry bizmark was the fave. The frosting combined with excellent jelly was shockingly good. Lemon poppyseed old fashion had a light texture. Probably the lowlight for us, but still better than your average donut. Apple fritter is massive. We enjoyed the texture and cinnamon flavor. Makes you just want to keep reaching for more.
The donuts are amazing! Best I've ever had. Waited for them to get on Google maps just so I could post a review. We were there in May 2019. Wonderful employees too!
Amazing donuts!! They have some exotic varieties, but my favorites are the Bavarian Cream and the Raspberry. I highly recommend Judy's Donuts. The shop is so cute and such a friendly staff!!
Fantastic coffee. Doughnuts are huge.
Yep. This is an amazing donut shop. So many good ones to choose from. They told me the fritter is the most popular (it?s massive) but I really enjoyed the other flavors. Good service and location. Check them out!
Judy?s Donuts & Coffee is my go-to donut stop. The coffee and barista beverages are great. The fritters are gargantuan. Drive thru is sometimes busy but that?s infrequent. The staff is friendly. The owner is a wonderful local. Thank you for being here.
Must visit while in midway. Judy is the nicest person. We bought 4 donuts and she gave us 10. Mainly because they were a day old and she was trying to get rid of them cuz we came in right as she was closing. However. The store is super cute and very clean with a rustic but modern feel to it. All in all 10/10 will come again and totally recommend.
Beware...the doughnuts are pricey! The prices were not listed on the drive through menu or online that we could see. When we ordered our dozen and the total came to almost $40 we were shocked. Most of the ones we chose were large, so that helped. The flavors were very good.
We loved the doughnuts last year and were not big fans this year. We love coming to this place.
really friendly service and great coffee!!
These donuts are great. I always thought donuts were the same. Judy's changed my mind! A full bodied donut with a floral bouquet. No, wait, that's me. Not only super yummy but they are big. Some are as big as your face! No kidding!
This is my favorite coffee shop I?ve ever been to. We were traveling through town and Judy?s caught our eye. We had the pleasure of meeting Judy?s nephew and he was so kind and told us about his family history. A wonderful coffee shop with great history and a very sweet staff. Can I give 10 stars please?
The donuts are delicious!!!
Every donut I?ve tried is delicious as it is beautiful! Filled donuts, Apple fritters, frosted donuts?so good! Great flavors, soft dough, nice people. Drop what you?re doing and GO THERE NOW. You?re welcome. ??
What a great experience. Love bringing the family here. Friendly, fun and amazing donuts. (Great gluten free ones too)
From Vegas where everything is huge and mind blowing... So we thought. This! THIS! Is the best doughnuts we've ever had! Amazing friendly staff. Keep up the great work Judy & staff! You are fantastic!
Had a lobby full of people with only one girl at the counter. Waited almost 10 minutes and then people started coming to the drive-through and the girl said ?these people (in the drive through) are in a hurry so can I take care of them first?? Ummm, we?re all in a hurry - and we?d been waiting much longer . We finally left. The donuts looked good, but I guess we?ll never know. Seems so strange to me to put so much money into a place and then have no one to help customers.
