We did a drive through order, the whole fam was craving KK (our gold standard is the plain glazed) but they were closed, found the next open donut place. They also carry two sizes of chocolate milk, an item that's sometimes hard to find in donut shops. The donuts are fresh and delicious! The staff was fast and friendly.

I've had plenty of bad experiences here. Frequently they were out of stock on the specialty donut I wanted in the past and I hadn't been there for 2 years. So I went recently and there was a problem with making change for $100 bill. Ever been to North Hill? That's my favorite donut shop.

This was the second of two times they messed up my order. I asked for a red velvet, which the employee responded: glazed, frosted, or cream cheese, and then i ended up with a regular donut. Their donuts taste good, but I'm done because getting the wrong order twice in a row is too much.

Amazing choices. They had every single flavor I wanted! This is a production store so they have a lot more than the other location I frequent ( tallmadge circle). The woman working even special made a donut for my daughter. She was very excited! I will definitely be coming back here again!!

Good experience, stopped in there tonight for a donut each for my wife and I. Walked out with 5 donuts. Good time though, staff real knowledgeable, and friendly. Ate inside and it was real clean, a bit chilly for my likening though. We ordered a few cream sticks and iced donuts, all were very fresh.

AMAZING donuts and service! For background, I did not like donuts until I had a Jubilee cream stick. The dough is light and it's filled to the brim with cream; every bite of my cream stick had cream! They are made fresh daily and the best part is you can get them in the morning/early afternoon (6am-2pm) or starting at 8pm in the evening! They even have donut cakes. The service is phenomenal! Today, they turned my ordinary morning into extraordinary. I HIGHLY recommend Jubilee Donuts in Cuyahoga Falls.

I was a little disappointed at this one compared to the one on Talmadge circle. I was surprised the selection was less than the other one, they seemed to be out of a lot even for 10am. The donuts were tasty, but my apple fritter still had unbaked doughy bits and was ice cold, I ended up not finishing it. I'd still pick this over a dunkin, but would much rather go to the one in Talmadge. I like the interior, the seating is nice.

Hubby raved about these donuts and today was my first trip there. Once the kind man behind the counter stopped laughing and trying to take my "I'll have one of everything" comment to heart, he and Kevin promptly started promoting all the good aspects of this business and their product. They gave very generous samples of their favorites and also looked up when their seasonal flavors were available for me. Great first and definitely not my last trip there!

Donuts are solid. The filling is the best and I liked the icing. The dough part is a bit dry for my taste. Seem to be on the pricey side as 6 cr?me filled ran $11.50. For the price and quality they are an easy three; maybe four but I liked the service so I went with a four. I wouldn?t get them too often but they are worth a try.

I wanted to write a message and say how friendly the staff was last night at 11:30 at night and very helpful. There wasn't any maple creme sticks so they filled and made some for us. Their donuts are the freshes I have ever had. Their apple fritters are the best . This will be the only place I will come to get donuts. Thank you for your great customer service last night. How to lose a customer. Been a loyal customer for several years. For a treat today, wife went there for a couple of treats for breakfast. Brought them home, sat down with glass of milk to find they were stale. Not from earlier in the day, but from days ago. Now I know why hours are being cut. If you try to short your customers, it will show on the bottom line. We won?t be back. That isn?t a mistake. You intentionally tried to mislead us.

Every time I go I have a great experience and an excellent selection of donuts seems to always be on display. I love chocolate and they have quite the variety of chocolate donuts to choose from. The donuts themselves are so tasty, you might buy a dozen and have them gone in an hour lol. Pretty good donuts, but they must have changed their prices without changing their sign. The sign clearly stated $15 a dozen. Apparently that wasn't correct because I ended up paying $22.80. I could barely hear the kid helping me, so I didn't realize until after I swiped my card. I certainly did not want to pay $7.80 more than the stated price.

Jubilee Donuts is family owned and their donuts are delicious. Made fresh every day. They are open from 5AM to 2pm during the week and closed on Sundays. But don't tarry- somedays they sell out as early as 10:30am! If the do have any donuts left, these are donated to local charities. The donuts are good if they don't run out of what you want. Their pricing is ridiculous. You can't get a dozen of assorted donuts with cream sticks. If you get cream sticks they charge you for each donut so it ends up being almost $20 for a dozen. I've never heard of a donut shop doing this. Absolutely ridiculous. Oh and watch the employees, they will sneeze on your donuts.

I have always liked this place and still do but a couple weeks ago I changed my mind. I had an event for a client and called Jubilee 5 days in advance to order 12 dozen donut holes and they said no worries. As the saying goes " you get what you pay for" these doughnuts cost a little more but well worth the cost. Fresh baked with the cream sticks filled from end to end. Specialty cream sticks are to die for , my favorite is banana or peanut butter. Flavors rotate so not a guarantee which flavor is available.

Jubilee Donuts is awesome! My kids love their chocolate frosted with sprinkles and my wife loves the creme filling in the creme powdered sugar donuts. My favorite, and one of their specialties, is the do-ssant, which is essentially a mix between a croissant and donut with creme filling. So good!

God, this place is so dingy. Has it always been like this? I have these great memories of it being a Krispy Kreme when I was a kid - sort of like an old diner, with regulars sitting at the Formica bar sipping espresso & reading the paper. Now, not only is it not a Krispy Kreme - which means it doesn't serve frosted glazed donuts, my favorites - it's also not 24-hour anymore (I guess I don't need donuts at 3am) AND it's just... sort of gross.
