I?m not kidding - my entire meal came within 2 minutes of ordering - incredible service! Unlimited refills of coffee. My two eggs sunny side up with bacon were delicious. The meal was under $10, great prices for the area. They have specials like chicken and waffles and breakfast burrito. Classic American diner experience, perfect option for breakfast.

It might not look like much, but you're always going to get great fast service, good food friendly wait staff. This is always my go-to diner whenever I'm in the area.

A convenient spot in the heart of Fort Green, Brooklyn. A community recommendation. Request for a good breakfast head there or even get it delivered. Everything from Grits, Eggs, Home-fries, pancake?s, waffles, cheese burger, onion rings, french fries and the BEST LEMONADE EVER. Not too sweet but perfectly made. Head there early because they close early. I heard the gyros are good but I haven?t tried yet.

Where else can you get quick breakfast at 5/6am? Customers know this place and it shows even early in the morning. Despite being 8 degrees outside, it was cozy and warm in here. I ordered and got hot coffee in front of me right away. Food is quick. When you're done eating, collect your bill and take it to the register at the front to pay.

Small dinner, been coming here for YEARS. I grew up on Taaffe and this spot is a small hidden gem. No modern sign or setting. Just your average dinner but boy, the blueberry pancakes are a must have. Paid about $20 for pancakes, Bacon eggs and an orange juice. I think it's worth it. Big portions. Thank you!!

It's ok. Traditional diner vibe with a very affordable menu. This food is nothing special, but service is quick and the food fills the tum. Also one of the only few places flipping omelettes at 5:00 a.m.

Johns donut which doesn?t really serve donuts anymore is one of the few old world coffee shops that has survived the gentrification of the neighborhood. The coffee tastes like water but they serve a decent breakfast and standard diner comfort food at affordable prices.

Do not go here if you are hungry or want decent quality food. I ordered a garden salad with chicken for takeout. The chicken was grizzly/chewey and not edible. Pretty gross experience. The salad was also lacking decent portions of the salad additions that usually go with a garden salad. So I got lettuce and non edible chicken for $15

Ordered breakfast. The food was ok. But, they will overcharge you and scam you on deliveries! They just make up the price. The price on their menu does NOT match what they charge. Do not do business with people that are dishonest!

The breakfast here is everything. So the other day, I love a Belgian waffle, but every time I get a Belgian waffle is always be wet and soggy. So when I order, my Belgian waffle said, make it when I get there and don?t cover it. When I got there, my waffle was ready. It was crunchy and flaky. It was well cooked to perfection. Oh my God I love my damn waffle. This place definitely without a doubt take care and love their customers.

Really busy corner spot. I've only ever had gyro platters from them but, their other offerings seem to be liked by all. It's a small place in a very busy area so, it's best to get takeout and even better to call in your order in advance since the place is so small and there really isn't anywhere to stand while waiting. The food was good but be prepared to spend an arm and 3 legs for it. I ordered 2 breakfast eggs, home fries with turkey sausage and the other was eggs, bacon and grits both came with toast and it came up to $19. The only reason I got anything from there is because I knew I could get something other than pork as a meat there's not many none pork stores in the area but next time I will just have to travel farther for breakfast.

This diner has been here for many years. But they have seen their best days! But all they need is a NEW COOK! Because it is hit or miss in there with the food. Food was good, but I had a Philly cheese, and idk what it was, but it wasn't as good as some others I've had. Other than that, the servers were fast, and everything went smoothly. Even though it was crowded, it didn't affect the experience as much as I thought it would.

Been going here for 17 years. I grew up with these cheap, tasty, convenient food. And the staff is mostly hispanic so that helps the ambience stay chilled. It can get a bit busy but they still put in awesome service. You just got to love this classic diner in the Clinton Hills neighborhood !

This place has always had great food I have been eating here 20 plus years the weekend get super busy so be prepared to wait for a table they have the best lemonade around but if you're not in to sweet stuff like my wife don't get it or ask for less sugar

Typical diner format for breakfast and brunch. It can be crowded on weekends, but the wait time is usually under 20 minutes, maybe longer if you wait for better seating (they have seats at the counter and tables but I always opt for a booth). I recommend the waffles and cheese eggs, they are my Mainstays along with the chicken tenders. Price is reasonable for what you get, although they have raised prices recently.

I love this place! The food is delicious! Meals are freshly prepared but quickly made. One can call and go pickup or have it delivered. Eat-in service is offered but due to capacity on weekends you will most likely need to wait.

Real small shop, but super quick and friendly service. They do accept cash as well as credit cards unless they have the "no credit card" sign up. Take cash for tipping, though. Or specify to whoever process your payment to add it on. I had the typical sunny side up eggs, but everyone around me ordered the best smelling waffles ever. Would return if back on this side of town.

Money down the drain. I Spent $28.00 Dollars on breakfast and they couldn?t get my omelette right and the pancakes tasted like pork. I Called the guy asking if he can change the food and he said there was nothing he can do about it and gave me attitude. Definitely won?t be ordering from here.

Oh where do I start. Let's start with Breakfast ... the donuts are fantastic, I mean nothing like Dough but they are massive classic style donuts that you grew up with. This is your typical hole-in the wall breakfast spot. Amazingly fast given that they prepare mostly everything to order, the food is fresh, it's clean...but they don't stay open long...I think they close at 3pm.

Burgers and Greek Plates are really good. I haven't tried their breakfast but the pancakes look great. Excellent staff. A must-try if you are in the area.

It's okay. Sometimes, I feel it might be overcrowded or too many orders. Some times the orders come out wrong and they give you an attitude if you correct them. Not horrible. Not great. It's fills the tummy when newded.

I've been too perhaps hundreds of diners in my time. I love diners - my mind always wanders to John's. Consistently solid food and service is the hallmark of great diners and this one has it in spades.

My coworker called to order and the guy that takes delivery orders over the phone says he does not have time to take credit card orders over the phone. Rude and disrespectfully said I'm busy call back later. Of course she got upset and he proceeded to say that he doesn't care if she's upset or not he's not taking the order. DISRESPECT LIKE THIS WILL SHUT A BUSINESS DOWN.

Ive gne a few times but would rather go elsewhere. Its a very small place that is usually crowded and noisey. Hardly have seating available but do have great food. Attracts alot of customers. Reasonable prices.

This is my breakfast and lunch spot when I'm in this area once a month...Owner is a nice guy and the cooks/staff are cool. Great Pastrami and lunch menus and good breakfast.
