Joe Donut offers breakfast and lunch items as well as a variety of coffees and donuts. A lot of the donuts were sold out around 12:30pm on a Saturday. The breakfast items seemed to be a bit more worth the cost as they came with pancakes while the burger was just the burger and no fries. Used to love coming here, usually get it to go because the whole sitting area is set up weird and you never know what?s expected but apparently you do everything yourself and they just bring you your plate. This place is great! It's cafeteria style. You go up and order and take the number to your table. Staff will bring you your order. It's definitely a treat, not a place you can go daily. Was pleasantly surprise about the whole experience inside of this lovely restaurant. The cashier was very helpful and knowledgeable about every item on menu. I just love that! Very cute place and great food, but the service and set up is STRANGE. There is no direction on what to do when you walk in. You have to find the menu and order yourself, but it?s set up as a diner. They also give no direction that you are supposed to fill up you coffee yourself, they just hand you a cup. The lady taking our order just looked at us like we were crazy for asking, where menu and coffee is. The food and coffee makes up for it though.

Had to place a large order of donuts (about 5 dozen) for an event. Staff were very helpful and offered to help carry the boxes out to my car! The donuts are so cute and tasty, would definitely recommend!

I heard they had great donuts, but Daaaang! I?ve been here many times and it has been great every time. The staff are always helpful and patient with us. The food is amazing. The breakfast potatoes they serve are extremely unique and delicious. Overall I really love this place and would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a breakfast or even lunch place.

Donuts are tasty, and they have a variety of donuts from the classic to specialty ones. Sandwiches are good from breakfast to lunch. I wouldn't recommend the breakfast potatoes. Flavoring is off and way too crispy, and that's coming from some one that loves crispy foods.

Food was decent/very meh: we arrived about 2, only powdered and some kind of pineapple flavor were still available. Powdered had a great taste, but the donut itself was stiff and dry. Had the burnt cheese omelet with chicken sausage and pancake (side of potatoes included). Great flavor, big portions, had enough for the next day's breakfast. Would definitely visit again.

Really good biscuit sandwiches. I recommend the Veg Head. You can even eat it like an omelette and then save the top biscuit bun and eat it like a pancake with syrup. Very yummy. I really want to like this place because the food is excellent- however - IMO, their very young and inexperienced floor staff need some additional training. 2 weeks in a row my order was either brought out wrong or they forgot syrup/butter, they ran out of silverware-both times (and it wasn?t even that busy) and they had tables available but needed to be cleaned so offered to have me sit at the only clean table which is in the back next to their storage area (see picture below) Again - this stuff happens

Joe Donuts has a variety of breakfast and lunch items on their menu. For lunch, I love the Royale with Cheese ?? (not to be confused with the Quarter Pounder with Cheese per Jules) with French Fries. It hits the spot every time.

The chicken on the Sidecar Biscuit was INCREDIBLE?so was the gravy! The Mom Jeans omelette was VERY good, wouldn?t recommend getting it with the grilled cheese curds, they were dry. The pancakes were nice and fluffy and the iced mocha latte did NOT disappoint! I love when I can actually taste the espresso and not just milk with sugar, they nailed it!

The donuts were delicious! Pretty sweet but that's what you expect from these. A good variety of classic and unique donuts. Coffee is served very hot but wasn't bitter. There was a line in the back and took about 10-15 minutes to get thru, but was expected for a Saturday morning. I didn't get a chance to have the breakfast but it looked good and substantial. Amazing old fashioned donuts. Get there early because now the word is out they will sell out. Their glazes can be a bit heavy but, paired with a cup of Joe, iced or hot, it all balances out. So glad they opened a second location. Ordered 1/2 dozen mixed. Otherwise would've eaten a dozen donuts.

I?ve been coming here ever since this Niles location opened up. Every time I go, I only get their donuts and breakfast. Finally tried their lunch, and let?s just say I don?t go out of my way to write google reviews... their meltdown burger was phenomenal. I had low expectations for their fries, but the fries turned out better than I expected. I was hoping to try their sour cherry shake, but they were out so I went with the Nutella. Silky strands of Nutella within the shake were perfect.

Absolutely fantastic breakfast place. Between the amazing donuts and their consistently awesome menu, you'll find yourself coming back over and over. Passed by this place around 1:15PM. It looked interesting and we were hungry, so we stopped in. Went up to the register to order some burgers and the cashier told us that they stopped serving at one because they wanted to go home. Ok, that explains why the place looked empty. We ordered a half dozen donuts instead. They looked tempting, but they were dense and bland. I can only imagine what their burgers must have tasted like?

First time having joe donuts and they make a great solid doughnut! Fresh and fluffy, not too heavy! The perfect blend to accompany great coffee! My favorite- the classic chocolate sprinkle!

I had the Sidecar as well as their fruity pebble and old fashioned salted caramel donuts. Do yourselves a favor and get the caramel old fashioned if you enjoy caramel, it is one of the best donuts Ive ever had and the Sidecar biscuit sandwich is amazing. You truly wont be dissapointed.

Headed to Joe Donut on Sunday after breakfast elsewhere to pick up some doughnuts. There were only 3 options at 11am. Red velvet, plain, and coffee glazed. Maybe up the pars for the busier days of tge week to be able to offer the places namesake. The doughnuts we had were good but the display looked like it had been ransacked. I feel like this place could be great if the donuts didn't feel like they were made days before they sell them to you. I had two donuts today where one was SUPER good. Been here twice and each time they messed up our order. The first time they forgot to give us our donuts, which we caught before we left the parking lot so that was good. My first experience here was pretty good. The food was absolutely delicious. The staff was nice but the service was strange. I stood at a sign that said "please wait to be seated" for 4 minutes before I asked staff what to do. I see other people have also complained about this. Get rid of the sign.... Also, the 3 standard tip amounts seem pretty high for the amount of work you put in vs the amount the staff does. Overall, great place and would recommend to others!

This place is one of a kind, at least, in my book. They have a large selections of really tasty donuts that you can pick and eat while you are placing an order at the register. Coffee is really good and it just tastes even better with a donut. Burger menu is worth checking out. Onion rings go with the burgers really well.

Cute place, counter service, and a full restaurant of booths and tables. Ordered lemon blueberry pancakes (fantastic) and they even have decaf lattes here. Got a pistachio cake donut. ( there is a lot of variety!) Everything was great, service quick, I would come again. Next time I'll try one of the heated donuts.

First time visit...love the donut variety and many items to choose from on their menu. Customer service was good. Just a bit of advice for others...I ordered the biscuits and gravy. On the menu it says it comes with sausage gravy, in actuality it is sausage and bacon gravy. I am not a fan of bacon in my sausage gravy so I just wish the menu would specify that. They offered me another item on the menu, so that was a nice gesture.

The food was good but the service and ordering setup was horrible. An order lady came in to sit down at a booth and the booth had a broken backing and she fell down completely and spilled her coffee. I really love this Joe Donut! They have so great variety of donuts. Their menu is so big and so many different flavors.
