Been coming here for over 15 years. Greatest donuts for the greatest prices. This place is so nostalgic and the ladies are so friendly. I would highly recommend the donut holes chocolate sprinkles

We have been coming here on a weekly basis. The croissants kolaches are on point and will always run out if you don?t there early enough. Staff is always friendly and great with the kids.

The fluffiest and most delicious donuts you have ever tasted in your life! We used to live 4 minutes away and now 15 and I still make the drive to grab these donuts once a week! Their glazed, chocolate, cinnamon, donut holes, spinach wraps, EVERYTHING HERE IS AMAZING! Not a single person I have brought donuts for from here has ever said anything bad about them and says that they are the best donuts they have ever had! I hope they stay in business forever!
Every Sunday I pick up at least 7 dozen for our church. The great taste is consistent, as is the service and care. Other people in our church who buy donuts elsewhere are now asking me to pick up some for them. It has quickly become our "go to" donut spot.
We recently moved to the area & we were missing our favorite donuts back in Oregon. So I researched some places & found Jay?s Donuts. We absolutely love them!! Always so fresh & delish ? became my son & I?s Saturday thing & I also bought multiple dozens to take to the office.
Our family?s favorite spot in Dallas! We always order a dozen doughnuts and doughnut holes. Every doughnut is soft, flavorful, and simply amazing. The shop is spotless, and the customer service is perfect?always friendly and welcoming. They have a great variety of drinks, from rich coffee to refreshing iced tea. We?ve been here several times, and it never disappoints. Highly recommend if you?re looking for the best doughnuts in Dallas!
Great donuts glad they are back to the old recipe. Always fresh and the owners are super friendly.. Seating is limited but who cares eat them in your car. Glazes old fashion is my choice. I have not tried the coffee but you can alway smells it brewing in the mornings.... This is also my dad's spot to go to before fishing.. Cheers

After returning from a break, I am glad to hear that the original owners are back working at the donut place that I have grown up loving so much! The donuts are the best in the area by far and are always made fresh. The owners are some of the nicest people you will ever meet and always make me smile. If you want a great start to your day, go to this donut shop... you won?t be disappointed.
I have tried many donut shops in Wylie and Murphy and this is by far, hands down, the best donut shop. Their donuts are soft, fresh, and so so good.
Sales rep brought their donuts in our office and I was hooked from the first bite! I now won?t go anywhere else for a donut. Service is good and the food is fabulous! Never had a bad experience in the several years I?ve been going there.
I came around 11:30am (near closing) to pick up donuts and some Jalape?o sausage rolls and the quality of the items weren?t good. Donuts were dry and stale and the rolls just didn?t taste right. I am a bit disappointed based on the cost they charged.
Great donuts. AWFUL service ever since ownership changed. No one ever picks up the phone. They barely make enough of the sprinkle and speciality donuts (they are very popular, so its not like a bunch would go to waste at the end of the day). I love this place. They have the best glazed donuts ever. Like beats Krispy Kreme. Glazed and donut holes are what we usually come for but occasionally we get the Boston cream pie or strawberry donut too.
Best donuts in my neighborhood, always fresh and melt in your mouth good. I love the Strawberry iced, Maple glaze and the classic plain glaze donuts. They also have to die for croissant kolaches and great customer service.
I?m giving two starts because the donuts are good. The service on the other hand, is very bad. Not sure what the lady?s problem is, but she wasn?t nice at all, seemed to seriously want to rush me and didn?t even offer me my receipt, i had to press print myself while she rushed to help the only other customer who just walked in. She then just threw the receipt at me. Just so freaking rude, makes you not want to come no matter how good the product is. Please learn a thing or two about customer service.
My wife comes by once in a awhile and usually buys donuts, fritters and kolache's to go. We came by to celebrate Valentine's day here as a family before everyone had to go to work or to school so it made for a memorable breakfast. It doesn't look like much inside (pretty sparse and empty) but the donuts here are not bad, the staff is courteous and works hard.
Used to be some of the best donuts around town and now they suck. What happened to the chocolate glazed ones? They used to be sooooo yummy and now the chocolate taste cheap and they are way too greasy. I guess I'll make the drive to Krispy Kreme or DD from now on.
Their glaze donuts are so good! light and buttery and so addicting. The kolaches are also good. It's not heavy and oily like other places.

Our friends brought these donuts to a baby shower yesterday and the texture of the dough just melts in your mouth. I?m told that unlike other donuts they are still moist the next day.

Used to be the best donuts in town. A few months ago, management changed and now everything is way too sweet and not nearly as good. So so disappointing.
Moved to the area recently and tried to get a simple glazed donut after they open and they state they don't make glazed/choc glazed that early. Really? They could definitely take some advice from Donut Palace in Sachse.
The store smells of burnt oil, may be they are not changing the oil as often. Over used and burnt oil may be bad for human consumption. The plain donut I bought tasted of rancid oil. Their shelves were also empty. Looks like there is new management.
