Been coming here for years and always get great service. Through service and inspections, they have always done great work. Also, can?t forget the food that has been sold. The best breakfast sandwiches in the world! Gotta give them love for what they do!??

Dropped off my car the night before to have it inspected. Picked it up the next day before closing, after being called and told it has passed and was ready to go. That was in the morning. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and professional.
Went there in my tow truck had a tire flat on the outside tire driver side ask them how much the flat repair would be the woman stated it would be $30 I said cool as long as it wasn't over 50 I'd be fine with it then they claim they had to use two mechanics and because it was a tow truck all of a sudden it went to commercial prices which I would understood if they told me in the beginning they waited until they had the tire halfway off before they said anything and charged me $75 when it should have been 30

My husband was told he could come on Saturday (09.07.2024) for his inspection. Was told they opened at 7 and inspections are from 8-12. My husband was there at 7:45 along with FIVE other people. 8:30 came around and no one was there to even open the business. Had to meet my husband somewhere in mechanicsville to get the inspection done. And to pick him up. On the way home it's now 9:45 and still no one was there to open shop. Won't be returning.
First off, did not get any work done. Just stopped to get gas and grab a drink. The ladies inside were extremely friendly, and is a well maintained store. I wouldn't have wrote a review if I didn't get one of their donuts. Got a coconut creme filled donut as a snack and that thing was amazing. If I'm ever out here again, will definitely stop by for another.
I took my car in for warranty repair. We were sitting and waiting for my repair. There was a loud crash outside. There was a terrible wreck. Kelly ran out immediately. She checked on everyone in both cars. The mechanics also were ?? ng all they could. I was so impressed by their concern for others. It took a little while longer to get my car fixed but I glad there are people like these still in this world. Thank you all for all you did for these people. Thanks for fixing my car. They deserve recognition.
I had to get my sunroof shade and track replaced and i have to say i am really happy with the work that was done . This was a three week process due to having to re order a track because the first one came in and it was broken so we sent that one back and got another one ordered but they did a great job and worked with me on the price and worked with my schedule. I will definitely be going back if i need other work done . Y?all did a great job with this project. Thanks again .

I took my Jeep in for a TPMS sensor that went bad. I was treated professionally from the moment I walked into the building. Kelly was very kind and courteous. The young man that put the sensor in was also very courteous. I was in and out of the building in less than an hour. While waiting for my service to be completed I experienced a drop in my sugar levels. Kelly made sure that I was alright. I'm sure if I needed anything special she would have taken care of it. My low tire pressure sensor light kept coming on a day after putting air in my front tire. Called my usual tire place, which the earliest they could look at it was next week and also was told I would have to drop the car off, which schedules make it difficult to be without a car all day for just looking at a tire. I stopped by this place because my tire was going flat and I was about 45 minutes from home with my child in the car. They said that they were to busy to even look at or put air in it. I know as a business you get busy but sometimes human compassion can go a long way.
Jake's Tire has brought my car into a smooth running Green Machine. I bought a used car from an owner who claimed it was wonderful. It wasn't. The talented mechanics at Jake's Tire, especially Greg, have given it new life.
My experience was great. I could not make it to my usual car repair spot cause my alternator was shot. They turned my car around same day with a very competitive price.
At first, we had a great experience. However, our recent experience was horrible and they have lost our business. Brought our vehicle in to have a tire replaced. When we picked it up the tire pressure system was throwing an error message. When asked, the guy said it was "broke when it was dropped off". I know for a fact that it was working when the vehicle was dropped off. I have pictures to prove it too. That's how we knew the darn tire was flat!!! The simple courtesy of telling us about it when we picked

I purchased tires from Jakes Place. Thought I had a great deal 4 tires for $350. As soon as I left the tire light came on, turned around went back to Jakes. All they did was reset my tire pressure. Well needless to say, they sold me tires as brand new, BUT they were not. Been dealing with low tire pressure to found our they already plugged the tire!!! Now I have to turn around and purchase new tires!! This guy is a crook and it saddens me

Enjoyed doing business with them, good price for what I was having done, press in wheel bearings both sides and two rotors with brakes and calipers and front end alignment, the mechanic kept in touch and updated of all repairs and completed relatively on time.
They have taken care of both of my vehicles. Always fast an excellent service.

I got a four wheel alignment done about 4 months ago and my tires still went bald in the back. I called them to let them know that the alignment wasn't right and all the could say was im sorry. Im out off 4 tires and a 4 wheel alignment. I dont recommend this place

Unprofessional and untrustworthy! Bait and switch on quoted tires! Stripped every single lug nut on my car and told me I brought them in messed up! Owner has never returned our calls. The worst service experience ever!

Called asked if they had a specific tire, was told yes. Get there and the "boss man" had left with the ONE key to the tire warehouse. So I leave and come back and that specific tire that I was told they had is no where to be found. A whole day wasted WITH NO TIRE!!
