Jaimes Donuts

I came in planning to buy some donuts, but immediately noticed flies hovering around and landing on the donuts, sandwiches, and kolaches in the display case. The kolaches looked old and dried out, like they had been sitting out for hours. When the staff member came out to assist me, I mentioned the issue ? specifically pointing out the flies. He simply said ?thank you? and walked away, showing no concern or intention to fix the problem. Food safety and cleanliness should be a top priority for any business

Spent nearly $25 and got no donut holes. Almost every location you go to will give you complimentary donut holes. Also the donuts were mid at best

First time there it's close to a job site, so I popped in and grabbed some glazed donut holes. The girl at the counter was very friendly, they had only been open 10 minutes so everything was fresh, and the donut holes were larger than what I'm used to from my local donut shop, but they tasted ok.

This place is great! Really fast service and friendly. The donuts were soft and fresh, would highly recommend. The box they come in is a nice touch as well. The box has a latch on the front which helps the box stay closed.

Great team of professionals, received me politely and they have all you need. Group of people eats donuts in my house all are fun of jelly filled and not all locations carry that variety. Freshly prepared and twists were excellent

Today was my first time setting foot in this dainty donut shop. It was very welcoming to be greeted, so kindly, by the young lady at the front. I tried their apple fritter, old-fashioned blueberry, and cinnamon donuts, all of which were fantastic. Give this family owned business a try to start your morning right.

Found my new donut spot! Ordered a few different styles of donuts and they were all very flavorful and fresh. So many donut places have a large variety, but they all taste the same. Not at Jaime?s! Also - the strawberry old-fashioned donut is something dreams are made of! Highly recommend! ?

Great Little shop with amazing kolaches and donuts. I came in early saturday morning, I was greeted promptly and everything was given as ordered. The only part that was not so great was the young ladies attitude up front, she wasn?t so pleasant to be attended by. I am not asking for 5- star customer service I understand it?s early in the morning however, a more pleasant attitude/ response would be appreciated ecspecially if as a customer one is being extremely pleasant and non-hostile. Been here before and loved their donuts hate to leave a bad review. If employees don?t want to be working so early then open at a later time, I understand it?s early but if you?re going to run a business and choose to open early, be expecting early birds. Then they only had cake donuts ready. Doesn?t make sense to open and have only 1 choice of donuts available. Weird atmosphere and unwelcoming this time.

Good place. People are friendly, and donuts are always fresh and fluffy, and a good variety without being full of weird "specialty" donuts. Easily the best donuts in the area. (Look elsewhere If you want a shaved bacon wrapped maple glazed air fryer donut that sat out for hours...)

So happy I found this place! It's important to me that I support local, and it's an added bonus that this is a family-owned business. All of the donuts that I've tried have been extremely moist and flavorful, without being overly sweet. My favorite donut flavor is the blueberry cake, and theirs is perfection. Service is always extremely efficient and kind as well. Can't wait to go back this weekend for some more delicious treats!

Fresh Donuts, Cinnamon Rolls & Twists, Kolaches! What's not to LOVE! They have a unique flavor in their baked goods that I come back for every time. Absolutely Delicious! They are good with big orders and small. Fabulous customer service. LOVE THIS PLACE! None better in the Firewheel area!

My favorite local donut place yet! It?s been my every morning routine to stop by, pick up a fresh donut, and head to work. Seeing the smiling faces every morning is a great pick me up to start the day! Blueberry donut is a must try.

I told the young lady 2 kolaches,.. she repeated 2? Yes with Jalape?os. She said yes we have jalape?o. She heated the kolache I paid & went to the car... I only got 1 kolache. No jalape?o. She repeated what I said, & still got this simple order wrong. Plus the kolaches were over heated. ??

Donuts were AMAZING! So soft, flaky and flavorful!! Sausage rolls were baked to perfection. The donut holes were a non stop pop em kind of treat. To too things off, the staff was super friendly.

I absolutely love these donuts, especially ALL the cake donuts, and the customer service is so great! The person at the cash register is always nice and polite! The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming as soon as I walk in!

The donuts are ok, but they've served me rock solid frozen sausage rolls twice now, and I can just microwave them the rest of the way but it's annoying I can't eat one in the car when I find out the sausage inside the roll is a rock.

Yummy in my tummy, first time here today and if I must say, best donuts other than Krispy Kreme. Friendly staff and the kolaches were hot and fresh without having to zap them in the microwave like most "OTHER" donuts shops do. WIll be my go to donut shop from here on out.

Holy cow I love these donuts. I just went here for the first time and way better than the chains like dunkin and krispy kreme. The donuts are top-notch quality and delicious. My favorite place in Dallas area to go for donuts now and it's family owned so it's good to support local business as well. Definitely check it out.

They're business hours are until 1pm, 7 days a week. The owner and other workers for some strange reason have closed early in the weekends Fri - Sun, as early as 12 noon!! I don't like that. Its unreliable and against business rules. I confronted them, and they laughed it off. It's not right. I guess they think they can do whatever they want, and close whenever they randomly feel like it. ??

Absolutely Wonderful! I being these donuts into work and they disappear! Well worth the side trip for these donuts. people love them and ask that I only bring these donuts and when will bring them in again!

Asked, and paid for 2 dozen mixed donuts .. got to office, only received 21 donuts and most were cake.

My daughter slipped and fell causing her to hit her face on the floor because the floors were still wet from people walking in from drizzly rain, and no one taking the time to dry them properly. The girl never came from behind the counter to check on her and never even asked if she was ok!
