Love their donuts better than other donut shops. Decent sized donuts for your money. Fair price, patient especially when. Kids cant make up their mind what they want lol. We only get donuts never tried the drinks.

Stopped by to pick up 2 dz donuts and coffee. The place is cheerful, and the aroma of coffee hits you as u enter. Lot's of different varieties to pick from. Love the raspberry filled and cream cheese filled donuts. The cherry ones are a must try, and them u have the classics. Menu is online. Amber was very cheerful and happy to help. Felt thus different kind of warmth in there. Love my cinnamon twist coffee. Must visit

Stopped in for doughnuts on 5/2/25 at approximately 6:30 am. The young man and lady at the counter were both very welcoming. They put my order of fresh doughnuts together quickly too. It's been a long time since I have experienced service that's both fast and friendly. Great job! I will be back because of them. Thank you.

We always enjoy coming here to get donuts for the family! The donuts are so fresh and tasty with a huge selection. Be sure to get there early on the weekends as they can run out quick!

Donuts are good. Apple fritter has really good flavor. Only downside was the employee mostly ignoring us to watch TV. My partner wanted something filled and kept asking but we eneded up not getting one because we could not get a straight answer for what is filled with what. But kids are going to enjoy the donut holes.

I love the customer service here. You always get a ?Good Morning? and a smile when you walk in. I know it?s small but it makes a difference. Donuts are very good as well!

My husband comes to get donuts every Saturday. There is always a line because everyone loves Jacks donuts! Their donuts are fluffy and really good. If you come at the end of the day they will run out of all the good ones. They have gluten free but not dairy free donuts.

I had gone to Jack's Donuts a few years ago, and thought it was average. My sister convinced me to go today and it was fantastic. I purchased the long carmal maple donut and the jelly filled donut along with an iced vanilla latte and it was all very devious and at a really good price! I will definitely be returning soon with my kids!

I preordered 2-dozen chocolate cake donut holes for producing a chocolate donut hole cheesecake. I received glazed. Not sure if I got 2-dozen as many were crumbled apart. I was able to pick through enough intact holes for filling insertion at least. I didn?t have time to stop for pics; once I opened the stapled bag I realized I was screwed in the throes of production. If you're not going to be open during normal business hours, update your hours on the Google site so that people don't go there expecting you to be open. I drove a long distance this morning after seeing on Google that you are open today, which is not a holiday. When looking at the top of your Facebook it also states that you are open now. I do see now that if you scroll way down it says that you are not open today. That is of no help.

Wow! This is the best Jack's I've been to and definitely in the tops for donut shops. The service was so good. They talk about donut selection with kids, have a better selection than most, and make a surprisingly good boba. Blueberry cake donut holes are amazing. I don't often give chain restaurants 5-stars, but this location definitely does better at customer care than most, if not all, of the older bakeries I've been to. Location used to be great. The selection is slim if you visit after 8am. Not sure how they are open until 8pm with 2 donuts to flavors to pick from. I visited and they had 4 racks of blank donuts with 4-5 people working while not busy at all. A different location went back and dipped it for me back in the day. Visited for the first time, overall okay experience. I got a dozen doughnuts and The person working was patient through my looking at everything to a point. I wasn't rushed, just seemed like they were a bit annoyed. It wasn't until I arrived at my destination that I counted the doughnuts in the box and there was only 11, even though they clarified how many as they put them in the box. Flavor of the doughnuts were pretty good though. Just be cautious when getting multiple.

Amber was a lifesaver! I ran into issues with the app, couldn't place my order, and she took time to do it for me. She also took the time to check on item availability and added a sweet note for my girlfriend on the delivery box. It's rare to find that kind of personal touch in restaurants these days. Their hours are 5am-8pm, unless they feel differently day of. Went there for a mother's day treat. Arrived at 11:53am, and they were out of donuts and closing down completely for the day. I didn't think to call ahead before making this special 30 minute trip because their hours clearly state they are 5am-8pm, not 5am-until we sell out of donuts. The blueberry cake donut holes are INCREDIBLE! They have tons of different options when it comes to both drinks and donuts. Gluten free options available as well. Very accommodating and super friendly! Anytime my kids ask to go to Jack's it's an automatic "yes"!

Ordered custom donuts for a baby shower. 36 yeast donuts all with sprinkles. I received 24 yeast donuts, and 12 cake donuts, no sprinkles on any of them. I didn?t have time to fix them as I had to get to the baby shower. My kids LOVE Jack?s. It was just a bad experience.

Part of our order was gluten-free donuts. They were disgusting. They looked old, they were dry and not edible.

My husband and I tried this place out for the first time last week! We went a little later in the morning (11am) and there was a huge variety of donuts and cinnamon rolls to choose from. I got a cinnamon roll, my husband had a donut, we both got iced coffees. Everything was delicious, service was friendly, restaurant was clean. We will be coming back for sure. Staff friendly & helpful very conveniently located which we love. My husband really likes their coffee options. The donuts are good & fresh. My husband likes The Old Fashioned & cream filled the best. I like the custard filled & Tiger tails the best. My adult son likes the custard filled, Tiger Tail & Fruity Pebbles topped donuts. To me the flavor is about the same as Duncan or Krispy Creme. I'm sorry, but no one comes close to the yeast donuts at Long's Donuts in Indianapolis.

I can?t say enough good things about this place. The staff was warm, friendly & really made you feel welcome. They were so kind to my kids. It was really clean & the donuts are delicious. My kids were devastated when Marsh closed because they loved the tiger tails, so we were thrilled to discover Jack?s. Having said that, try the tiger tails! We will definitely be back.

Stopped in with my son for a quick morning treat. I ordered an apple fritter and my son got a powdered donut filled with chocolate pudding. I am a teacher, and I made an online order a day in advance for 10 dozen donuts for the kids. I walk in and was told to call next time because she had to make donuts. So, I am confused as to why she's upset about making donuts, especially when I gave advanced notice. Did not disappoint... Donuts were delicious, coffee was good, and best of all service was exceptional. Donuts are a bit on the high side, ($13/dozen). These donuts are larger than traditional donuts, and a bit more sugary. They seem to make donuts throughout the day, and are one of the only shops around to do so.

Ordered a dozen variety donuts that I picked on door dash with 24 donut holes and also 3 extra donuts and they sent me 12 yeast and 24 yeast holes no extra donuts. Idk if it's someone else's order or they just sent me what they wanted but if you can't accommodate my order just cancel it. Don't take my money and give me something else. Needless to say I got a refund but I did not appreciate being sent just anything. If thats the policy then that needs to be stated and I wouldn't have even bothered.

The donuts I was able to purchase were of tasty flavor. Light and delicious. However, there were only three selections. Normal yeast, two cruellers, and one eclair. Then the stock was gone.

The donuts and pastries are good quality. This location has 2 problems. #2 - the donuts are overpriced. The donuts cost about $14-15 for a dozen. And you don't even get a bakers dozen (13) which most donuts shops do. Krispy kreme and Dunkin donuts tried to sell a dozen donuts for $10 and their strategy failed. I will not pay that for a dozen and neither will most people. #1 - the biggest problem is bad management and lack of business accumen. I only go there to buy apple fritters. Jack's of Bburg is one of my favorite stops just because of the exceptional service. In a world of poor service, walk into Jacks and take notes on their acknowledgement and description of their products. My favorite is all of em but the maple pecan puts me in a sugar coma. Tiger tails that were almost as long as a yardstick... Cant just get one. Sometimes the donuts leave a little grease taste in your mouth, oh well.

They are always friendly,the donuts and drinks taste great and the prices are fair. What more could you ask for?

Would love to buy 3 dozens . But they change hours and seen waiting in the door . Act like i am Invisible so i guess Dunkin donuts ! I will go else from now on !!!!!! I wasn't impressed with their donuts. If I'm going to be spending $13 a dozen they better be way delicious. I can get better tasting donuts at Walmart at a fraction of the cost. They were good but not that good for the price.

I went here on the way to Chicago for a bachelor party and all I got was an apple fritter and a Starbucks drink, but that fritter was probably the best one I've ever had. Their doughnuts are absolutely amazing, and I wish I could be hungry enough to eat more than one.

New place in Brownsburg. Donuts only for food (no muffins or sandwiches). They have coffee, chai, hot chocolate and a lot of bottled juices, milk, and cold coffee. They have a little seating area and a kids TV/table. Very nice inside. Donuts are scrumptious!

I grew up with Jack's in New Castle. Love the chocolate yeast donuts. Coffee is very good also.the help is always pleasant and talkative.

So sad I went to Jack's Donuts because it said they closed at 10 on Wednesday evenings. Got there about 8:45 and they were already closed. I wanted a box of donuts for my trip the next morning and now I can't have any.
