Jack's Donuts Southport Road

Outstanding service! My family stopped by just before closing, and the staff couldn?t have been more friendly and efficient. We ordered a dozen donuts, and to our surprise, they generously added a free one since they had extras and were wrapping up for the night. The donuts were absolutely delicious, and the warm, welcoming attitude of the team made the experience even better. We?ll definitely be back!

Employee acted like we were disturbing her. Was not customer friendly at all. That was my first and last visit to Jacks Donuts. I can get better treatment at Walmart

Jack's Southport used to be better. Donuts are much smaller than they were and even overheard an employee saying how small the glazed were. They seemed not very fresh for early morning. Most of all, they should be ashamed of themselves for charging over $17.00 for a regular dozen. Anyone who thinks these are the best around needs to get out more and (without naming) try the competition on E Thompson Rd.

When sitting in my car I saw one of the employees clean the rack the donuts sit on with a MOP. Me and my significant other went inside to ask about it and he said he used that same mop for the floor and other stuff. i immediately left. i?m very disappointed and disgusted. This happened on 3/23 at 6:30pm! Was not about to reach a manager there. Please check the cameras and evaluate your employees because that is a health violation.

I like Jack's Donuts. Fast, easy, good. They have a nice variety, and some crazy ones like Fruity Pebbles Cinnamon Roll, or Iced Blueberry, but mostly they just make a good donut well. It's close, convenient, and uses Square so I don't have to have cash, which I appreciate about them. Nice chairs too. Donuts taste fresh (and bigger compared to most), employees are always kind, and for the most part the place is fairly clean (there have been a few occasions where tables were grubby). We love having a local donut shop! If we're not in a rush, though, we always hit up Longs Bakery (even though they're much further). Not that Jacks is bad but rather, a little more expensive. Donuts can be a bit inconsistent at times. Just dry at times. But when they?re good, they?re great. The iced tiger tail coffee is my favorite.

The donuts are delicious....but, I went in today and they have doubled the price of everything. They have out priced this good customer. I won't be going back. I guess it will be Longs from now on.

We bought donuts from Jack's to pass out at our school and everything went perfectly. The donuts were ready on time. They helped me load them up in my car and things went great. Highly recommend this location.

My favorite donuts at Jack's are their cake donuts and the donut holes. This location has a convenient, friendly "neighborhood" feel. It's not unusual to run into a friend or two when stopping in.

The manger misty i spoke to this morning was a huge help! She is amazing ! I needed to order special donuts and she took are of us!!! It wasn?t an option on the ordering so I called and she was amazing and agreed to help.

I want to like this place, but just can?t. Great location, but just poor customer service. They are really nice, but the young kids working there have overcharged me twice, couldn?t give me an accurate receipt, and they are unsure of what to do at times. The place often runs out of the good donuts quickly, and today when I returned home, there was a long black hair baked into the middle of my apple fritter. Donuts were great! My husband got a variety of a dozen. Wasn't a fan of the location or customer service. The woman gave me the impression she just wanted us out of her face. We won't be back to this location but we will try the one on 135 next time. Also the coffee was disgusting. Would rather make my own at home.

The glazed twists have a good flavor & aren't overly sweet. BUT they are a very very dense & heavy donut. Not my particular preference, but not bad donuts by any means. Site is clean with plenty of seating including a tiny table for the kiddos.

Donuts are always good. I got a dozen of the donut holes I received 8 but I caught it and she gave 4 more. Im a Franklin township bus driver so I stop in there often.

The best Tiger Tails in town, and the rest of their donuts are great too. Open later than any other donut shop in town so we can stop there for desert after dinner. Donuts are soft and fresh, even later in the day. Service is really good too.

All I've heard is how good these donuts were and thought I would try them. The dough is very thick and heavy not light and fluffy like most donuts. They had a small selection of variety. Also when I ran my debit card she said 7.00 and later in the day I was looking at my checking account and noticed it said $8 I called and she quickly said oh it must have been an error and said she would return the dollar. It wasn't about the dollar it was the principal that I had been scammed. I won't be back ??

Today was my second time visiting Jack's in Franklin and let me tell you about the amazing people who work there, the welcoming environment, and the extremely delightful donuts ! Today I met Paul who was such a ray of sunshine, he also helped me discover my new love for croissants ! Just a great experience. So please if you haven't already go to Jack's donuts in Franklin and get yourself some yummy donuts or in my case give me all the croissants! You won't be disappointed!

I'm averaging this out to 3 stars: 5 stars for quality, 1 star for selection. I've visited this location several times, and the donuts are always good, but regardless of time of day the selection is always very poor. Admittedly I have never tried at 5am...but I have went as early as 7am.

Misty and Tonay always meets you with a smile! The coffee is always great! I have never had a bad experience at the Southport jacks!

Donuts were very fresh and tasty, yeast Donuts melted in your mouth. Red Velvet donuts were near sinful. Staff was friendly, and store was clean. Wish they had a bit more variety, but they were somewhat comparable to my long time favorite longs Donuts, and they take cards and will do custom Donuts which longs does not.

Overall pretty good donuts. A pretty good selection. Highly suggest the toasted coconut long John and the basic yeast. The cake doughnuts were good, just a little too sugary for me. Coffee was marginal. Service was fast and kind. A good atmosphere for kids.

I would love to give a review but I can?t. They say they open at 5:00 AM but I have tried for the last 2 weeks and off and on for the last couple of months. They are never open at 5. I have even tried as late at 5:10, store dark and locked. I have to be at work so I can?t wait around. Their pictures look really good and I would love to try them sometime. Maybe they should update the website with their REAL times.

Stopped in for donuts and decided to try a Chai Latte. The drink was more milk than anything and didn't have much flavor. And the donuts tasted like grease. I don't think I'll be going back. The staff was friendly though.

Grew up near the original Jack's Donuts, loved them! A couple of months ago heard about the one on 135, couldn't wait to go. So disappointed. Refused to go back. Pretty good so far. First time. Lived all over but haven't found a donut shop here locally that I'm particularly fond of yet but this one seems best so far. One big issue though, these donuts aren't exactly small or light so if they could get boxes or not put as many in the bags that'd be great. So extremely rude!!!! This past weekend we went to visit and purchase the products from Jack?s. Half the case was full. That?s OK we were still going to buy something. Both girls in the staff were extremely rude. I?ve heard of a selling before but I?ve never heard of down selling. The girl started off asking if we only wanted two or three donuts. Highly recommend you do not order delivery with them. They screwed up my. order twice in the same morning. The first wasn't even mine. The second redelivery, they did not give me any of the items I ordered. Pana all the way from now on.

Donuts are amazing! They ran out of the kind I ordered however they added another half dozen of another kind to my order. Then even wrote a hand letter apology. Very thoughtful of them!

I have only been to this place one time and do not intend to go back again. I ordered a variety of different pastries including yeast and they were all very heavy and doughy. When I got them home, my wife tried them and she agreed that they were yuk. Ended up throwing them all away. They are pricey, so that was indeed a big waste of money's and dough, no pun intended.

Donuts are pretty good, but you'll never know unless you're some freak who waits in a line for doughnuts at 6 a.m. Seriously, don't even bother trying after 9 a.m. on a Saturday. Somehow the concept of supply and demand thoroughly befuddles these people. Try another location or Long's instead.

I was having a bad day and found out I was out of coffee!!!!! I put in an order for Doordash and even put in the comments that I was having a bad day and thank you so much for being an awesome coffee coffee shop to help me out in my time of need.....they gave me extra donut holes and told me they hope my day gets better!!!! Some of the best available donuts in the city. Small but great selection of donuts. The prices are decent especially when you consider the size of the donuts. The customer service is also top notch, they are both knowledge and friendly.

This place has the best tasting donuts I've ever eaten! They have a great selection and they're always fresh. They also have refreshingly nice service.

Donuts are great but you'll never know as they're closed at 12pm on a Saturday. With nothing suggesting so other than a locked door. Even their hours posted say open until 5pm

This location not only has the best donuts, they also have the best staff! Misty knows my kid?s order when I walk in the door!
