Consistently good donut shop. Don?t holes slap and apple fritter is top tier. Hot coffee is also good, but I?m not a fan of the specialty coffee drinks. Take out only, no tables.

Terrible service. Lady in the front was extremely rude. Literally rushing us and there was no one in line. She pick her own donuts and just thrown them in the box. Even both of my kids noticed as we leave the store they turn to me and ask me why is that lady so mean and rude. Don?t ever go back here again.

I don?t usually leave reviews of places but this morning I experienced horrible service at their Carey road location. The girl at the counter seemed very annoyed about us simply ordering and was very assertive. As if she didn?t want us there. My family and I walked out wondering how someone could be so mean. Go to a different location.

Worst experience at any Jacks I have ever been too. Was not acknowledged when walked in and stood for 10 minutes while the only counter person was on the phone with an order. If I had been acknowledged I would have stayed but no so after 10 minutes at least I left.

Honestly, there are better donuts to be had. The yeast glazed are probably better than the rest of their selection. Most of what I received tasted burnt (check your fryer oil!) or seemed day-old stale. For $13, I'd rather go down the street to Titus Bakery. My favorite filled donuts are still Mary Lou Donuts in Lafayette or the original Square Donuts in Terre Haute. My favorite glazed yeast donuts would be from Long's in Indy. I get the "Jack's dozen" from this location to bring to work on a weekly basis. The service is always fast and friendly. The donuts are great for the price.

The gal working the store this morning, 7/4/24, (red dyed hair gal) took a phone call & it was a customer calling to see if the store was open. After she hung up the phone, she announced to everyone in the store (at least 8 of us) ?Why would I answer the phone if we weren?t open?? Like, what, you think I just come on my day off for the enjoyment of it?[with a heavily sarcastic undertone.] Obviously we?re open..? The donuts were okay tasting. There was not a lot of variety. There are other donut places in the area that are better.

I have always had outstanding customer service from this store, they do a great job! I had an event where I was hosting a booth for a nonprofit and we were going to serve some donut holes to those who visited our table to learn more about us. I came late in the day, after 1pm, to pick them up. The staff was giving me more than a bakers dozen! AND even this late in the day they still tasted fresh and amazing! Thank you!

This place has gone downhill. We used to swing by almost once a week. Last time we went, the service was terrible (two employees wouldn?t stop gossiping with each other), we didn?t get the donut holes we paid for, and the chocolate dipped donuts were inedible. Not sure if they made the icing wrong or what? Anyways, after increasingly bad experiences we will not be going back.

Came to pick up some donuts at the Westfield location. The hours clearly say they when they are open. I tried the door at 11:30 and the two employees just ignored me. The one lady was actually in the front of the store and acted as if she couldn?t hear or see anything. At least a sorry we are closed for whatever reason. I saw at least five more customers try to go in after me as I waited for my family to come out of the grocery and they were ignored as well. Customer service might be a good idea for futur

We love Jack?s donuts, but every time I walk into this location in Westfield on 32, they make us feel like they don?t want to work and don?t want customers there. Saying they were closing at 11 AM today? Always low and out of stock. Will try other locations in Westfield

The employee servicing the customers did not accept the Westfield High School Coupon Card of buy one get one free. The employee seemed as if the customers were an inconvenience. Overall, my experience was poor and I'd like for them to honor the coupons the store has committed to.

Get there early. The donuts go quick!

I am so glad I found Jack's Donuts. We were staying in a hotel and because of COVID-19 needed to find take-out food for breakfast and donuts were the easiest thing. Wish they sold coffee to go with it, but the donuts were great, the customer service was great and the lady working there was really nice. Was very happy with the donuts and will go out of my way to find it on any return trips.

I have never had a bad experience at this location. Great product, great people, great service! I would like to see some options with maple frosting. I tried the peanut butter frosting today and it was pretty fantastic!

I have gone to Jack's Ian Carmel several times and been happy with the quality, service, and the selection. Went to this one and they got the service but not the other two. Didn't have much in the way of donuts (1 kind and only 4 of them) with sprinkles and didn't have ANY jelly filled. Didn't go at a crazy time either unless you consider 7:20am on a Sunday is crazy... Went to Kroger next door and got what I needed.

Jack's donuts in Westfield is fabulous! I pick up donuts frequently to bring into work and they are always a hit. They offer a wide array of both cake and yeast donuts and I always follow them up with a couple of dozen of the assorted donut holes. Coffee is always available and the hours are early riser friendly. Jack's is just one more reason it's great to live in Westfield.

Great donuts late night, because donuts aren't just for breakfast people. There wasn't a huge selection at night but the recommendations he gave me were very good. They have treats for your dogs as well so be sure to remember all of the family when you go??

These are not the very best donuts in the world, but they are still distinctly better than the grocery store level. The best part about this place, though, is the hours. There was a local donut shop in Westfield for years, but it ran out of donuts every day in late morning. Jack's has fresh donuts well into the afternoon.

My daughter and I walked in and right away we where greeted. The young lady working at the time was very friendly. We only bought one doughnut because I really don't like donuts. When we got home I got a tiny bite of my daughters donuts and boy do I regret not getting one for myself. It was delicious.

These doughnuts are great! The custard filled doughnuts had the perfect amount of filling and I loved how they?re open later for when you want that afternoon treat. I was surprised at how much I also liked the coconut covered one. The employees were nice and didn?t rush us first-timers. The only thing I would change is the variety. I wish there were more filled doughnuts.

this was my first time going into jacks doughnuts and today will definitely be the last they barely had anything and everything they had looked old nothing i was expecting the people were nice though ill just look for better alternatives

This is THE BEST place to get great donuts in all of Indiana. They have every type of donut imaginable. Even types that you have never even imagined! The staff are always the nicest and the donuts are always the best! If your in town, I recommend swinging by Jack?s Donuts to get some good donuts!

I placed an order for 4 dozen donuts for work. I walked to the case and specifically stated do mostly iced from this case and a few glazed from this case. I also specifically asked for some of the fluff filled as well (we got one of those out of 48.) Next day I picked the donuts and got to work and the order was about 70% glazed and 30% iced. The staff still loved them. I did call the store and asked if there had been a mix up and it was explained that I should have been very specific about my order.

I have given this Jack?s Donuts a one star because it is a clean facility. I definitely have been disappointed both occasions this summer and my Childrens faces when they cant get what they are hoping for. Both times we have been there which have been around 8 am the selection is minimal. What are staples in other locations they never have. This particular store lacks quality in their donuts, quality in customer service, and poor selection. Went there on a Tues at 9 AM and they had no round glazed donuts, no blueberry or cherry cake, no long johns. The donuts we had were hard and not fresh. Better off going to White's donuts or Titus.

OMG! This location offers the very best Dounts in Indiana! The service was excellent and the guy educated me about the history of Jacks Donuts! Did you know that this is a Indiana based company start up which began in New Castle? Support your local business! Live them and try them out if you are ever around this location! You know the more I eat Jack's donuts the more I fall out of love with them. A lot of icing seems to be their thing, but they put too much, and if you get them in the afternoon the icing tastes stale. The glazed donuts are completely average.

Terrible customer service. Wondering if this rude woman is the owner. At 12:30 no donuts in the case, all on racks ready to close. This was September 11 at 12:30pm. Will never come back to this Jacks.

A great place to get doughnuts. If you happen to pass by on an empty stomach, or maybe before you go shopping at kroger, you should give them a try, as they have quite the tasty selection. Would be a five star but prices are a tad too high ($1.25 per doughnut) and there's usually a line, sometimes even out the door. Another issue is they're quite understaffed. They usually only have three people there at once.

Wow! Donuts were NEVER that great, service was what it was all about, and this place let get away from them their absolute best thing they had going for them, Jacci... I really do not like giving one stars at all. I usually ignore them because people who give them are usually just Karen's and Kevin's. However, there is something that I do not tolerate at all. Flies trapped inside the casing. I do not know what advice to give. I told the employee working there that there are flies in the donut case. Unfortunately for Jack his employees ruined the experience for us. No one wants to eat at place where the workers are rude and couldn't care less about the customers overall experience. I'd recommend going to Titus Bakery instead, which is only a 10 drive down the street

One of our favorite donut places. Most of the donuts are pretty big and the donut holes are a good value. Sometimes I have to scrape off a little icing because it is just too sweet.

Jakes are good solid donuts. They aren't the best in the world but they are a nice bike ride from our house and one of the beset nearby.
