The staff is always so happy to be serving their community. Today my boyfriend and I went in and I talked with the kindest gentleman in line while waiting for two other customers to be helped. I ordered very specific items according to the menu on door dash. What I ordered was not in stock and items were completely missing from my order. I had the order replaced through door dash. A female employee (she might be the one in charge) here at this bakery tried to tell me I could not get a donut while picking up my delivery, and to come earlier if I wanted to. Like they have to cook it or something??. First of all, I have successfully completed over 20k deliveries and I manage my own time. If my delivery isn't until 20 minutes then I have given myself plenty of time to make my delivery which was 5 minutes away at Notre Dame. You worry about your employees instead, I don't work for you. Solid donut shop. The sweet girl and her daughter were working this morning. I stopped in and had a coffee with a few different selections of their donuts. All were great. I recommend the strawberry cake donut.

The donuts and staff were phenomenal. The only thing that wasn't great was the coffee; we only dried drip coffee, so not sure how the espresso drinks are.

Jack's Donut is worth every penny! I went ahead and decided to try this place. When I went to college, there happened to be a Jack's Donuts in town, and I would hear everybody talk about it, but I never went. This place is well worth it! There was nice and welcoming customer service, and getting in and out of there was really quick. What makes it even better was the donuts are absolutely huge, and I only payed $1.25 for it. I'd definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

The lady working was very friendly and the kids loved the doughnuts. We all agreed that it was a close resemblance to fair food (like elephant ears or funnel cakes) but it was just a bit pricey for what it was. I'll probably come back again but just to buy a few doughnuts instead of a lot. Overall I'd recommend it for kids for sure they seemed to like it a lot!

Very friendly and excellent customer service. I bought donuts two mornings in a row for a large meeting, and I was very pleased with the service and attention to detail they took. I was even able to leave with the donuts due to technical errors with their card reader. They called me a little while later, and we completed the transaction. First time visiting this donut shop. I ordered the glaze and a cherry donut, which was recommended by the staff person. The glaze had a heavier texture then a regular store bought glaze donut. It also have a lingering after taste. The cherry donut I didn't enjoy at all and it's after taste is similar to the glaze. My guess is Jack's has a good following of folks who enjoy their unique taste but I am not one of them.

So this isn?t my first time eating Jack?s donuts, but my first time going to the shop and purchasing. I was very surprised at their limited selection of donuts and pastries since that?s what they sell. Price is comparable to other donut shops.

I happened to drive by and saw they were actually open at 11am! I thought they had closed down. Inside the new manager stated she was working to make enough donuts each day so they can stay open until 3:30pm. Good luck! They are delicious.

Place is not appealing. I?ve tried the donuts 3x. They aren?t that good. Barely taste cinnamon in the glazed cinnamon roll. The prices are good, but I?d pay more elsewhere for a more enjoyable product.

I used to love Jack's donuts, I went in early this week and asked for two unfilled chocolate sprinkles long johns. I was balancing a baby on hip so I didn't see her grab them. I got home only to realize that that they were just chocolate ?? and then to make matters worse they were stale and dry. I won't be returning and will continue to get my pastries at Meijer.

I have never been into Jack's donuts until today. I was trying to surprise my 7 and 4 yr olds with some fun donuts. I've always heard great things. I go in and the lady working the counter was very rude, not once did she smile and we decided to just leave because of her attitude. I then called and asked for the manager or owner and she claimed she was both. I will never go back!

Doughnuts were cold (like just came out of refrigerator). They were also very dense texture. I ordered a dozen but only 10 were in the box. Not impressed.

Underwhelming. I feel so bad for the lone employee who showed up to work. The donuts were ok at best, and thrown all together in a bag which ruined the icing and smeared everything in a big messy pile in the bag. For a place that's been around almost as long as I've been alive, the donuts were mediocre at best. Tasted like either stale yeast donuts or dry cake type donuts. I am sorry to say, but it's not worth a second trip. Many better options for donuts than here.

Amanda always goes above & beyond everytime i come in. she?s always in a good mood with lots of smiles, making anyone that walks in feel warm & welcome. she is constantly cleaning & making sure everything looks presentable for guests & helps them find what they are looking for. Jacks would not be the same with out this girls bright demeanor to liven up the place. she definitely deserves a raise for all her hard work she puts in everyday.

Not worth the hype. Honestly I was impressed with the portion size of the donuts , they are nice and big. I picked up 2 dozen assorted kinds so let me tell you I did my research and tried most of them . However when it came to taste I was so disappointed , they?re not even sweet and were rather dry! I went to the South bend store I went for a drink and donut after work and was treated poorly by there staff. The cashier and manager are rude and stereotype me because I was in my work clothes. I will not be going back and warn others of there rudeness. The lady manager there needs to be fired.

This location doesn't make their "fresh" donuts in house, so which unit is supplying the inventory. Mishawaka uses to but they closed it. Fresh means within 24 hours...

I've been in at 6 am the last few times I've came and they never have the blueberry ones. Pretty much why we make the trip here.

I ordered 3 dozen doughnuts the day before i came to pick them up. When i came to pick them up, they were closed with a sign saying, sorry sold out. Is that how you run a business? I know I didn't pay for them, but they had my number and they could have at least called.

They have donuts. They taste like any other donut. Didn't separate them in the bag by any wax paper so they kinda melted together. One good thing is that there's not really any other donut places around that particular area so there you go.
