Delicious and varies selection of donuts. The chocolate yeast glazed was the best I've ever tasted. Also of now was the applesauce cake and the apple fritter. Can't go wrong with whatever you choose!

It seemed really clean the girl was very polite to us. She didn't try many of the donuts I wanted to try but she said they were great sellers. My wife and I came here for the first time today because we heard that they have amazing donuts. They did not disappoint. I got the blueberry cheesecake donut, and that icing was top-notch. Usually, cream cheese icing is artificial tasting and weird, but this was not. It was subtly sweet, too, so it didn't take away from the donut, and the donut wasn't too sweet. I got their jack'd sweet tea (strawberry), and it was good but way too sweet. We will definitely be back!

My brother and I went with some of the kiddos, we got three dozen doughnuts, your drink of the month, and a shirt. It was all totally delicious and the lady who took our order was very kind and patient with us. She even gave me a recommendation towards my drink when I asked and I always appreciate that ???? My husband picked up 2 Bear Paw donuts this morning for a quick breakfast for us. To our surprise the center was not fully baked and the outside was crusty with glaze. These rolls didn't even smell right. I called the store to tell them and the girl said they had been having trouble with their ingredients from their vendor. I ordered Jacks Donuts with UberEats and highly recommend. Fast service and I ordered a half dozen but they gave me a whole dozen ?perhaps because I?m a first time customer!? Regardless very thankful for this fantastic first experience with Jacks.

I ordered a maple bacon donut. I straight loved it. This treat is more on the sweeter side due to the maple icing but the bacon is a great balance to that extra sweetness. I'll definitely be going back there to try more of these special made donuts.

Not over priced, but the donuts were over sized. I loved it, I thought I could eat three, so that's how many I ordered. I mean they are JUST donuts, right! Oh contrare, I could only eat one and a half, the were so big and filling. That's okay, they also had fabulous coffee to wash it down and some "to-go" bags. They have multiple coffee choices too. I will definitely eat there again if I am near.

Really nice selection of donuts. They were quite good; but a little on the heavy side of that matters to you. Still, recommended. I particularly appreciated the cocoa added to some varieties.

Went kind of late... maybe 1h before closing. All my donuts were ok but almost stale (again, it was late, so I guess I get it). Every donut that wasn't basic had an upcharge, so 1 dozen was almost 25.00. They were ok but nothing to write home about and definitely overpriced for being so dry and hard. Went in to get donuts on 10/9/23. The young later behind the counter was very friendly. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We need more people in the work force like her :). The donuts were amazing too :).

Being new to the area and a donut lover, I tried a lot in the area. Jacks is by the far the best I've tried! Their donuts are fresh and heavy. By heavy, I mean they don't spare their fillings! Skimy filling are well, skimpy, and undesirable. Their donut-the donut part is fresh and soft. Give them a try! They'll satisfy the donut lover in you!

They had a nice selection of donuts and drinks. They have bobo energy drinks, which I didn't try, but it's cool that they have it. My biggest disappointment was that they didn't have many low-sugar drink options. I'm always looking for a coffee/tea place with some lower sugar options. Overall, we were pleased

This is a very clean and organized donut shop. The lady that waited on me was very pleasant and friendly. Donuts are great. Every time I see a Jack's Donut I stop and get at least one. Their donuts are some of the best.

Great donuts..... but today when I went in "filthy" sticky floor, there were crumbs on tables, coffee grounds on counter along with chocolate syrup and flies. Three employees standing around and not a one noticing the uncleanness of the place let alone greeting and asking how may I help you. Mind you this was at 12:30pm so not at a busy time. Like I said good donuts but need to keep the place clean.

First time here and will definitely be back! The Cashier was very sweet and patient with my little kiddo who wanted to Oooo and Ahhh at all the donuts. The donuts were great, I'm surprised I didn't know about this place already! We mostly got their basic donuts but they had a lot of really interesting ones I'm looking forward to trying in the future!

Our local Jack's Donuts is owned by a Veteran and staffed by some amazing people. Logan was friendly and well-mannered. He was able to tell us how the donuts are made and what ones were going to be best fit my current dietary needs. Cannot wait to bite into my "dessert" donut and my "breakfast" donut!!

Have been there 3 times total! First time all cases were full of a good variety of donuts, second time there was maybe 7 trays but not a good variety, third time there was maybe 3 trays and no variety! And it was around 5:30 pm each time we were there! We already have one donut place like that we don't need another one! You have to have donuts if you expect to stay in business!

It took a minute them to get into the flow of baking but they?re staying open till 9 with at least one full case usually two!!! Donuts are always amazing and nicely sized. If you like artificial flavors and over priced dough this is your place to go. That have a good variety but the after taste is awful takes a day just to get rid of it. Plus $12 for a dozen when Dan's donuts is $8 with better flavor no thanks I will stick with Dans

their donuts are a little overpriced for the flavor that they are. I definitely prefer the other donut shop in town who's dozen donuts are $5 cheaper. Convenience is nice that they're open later and they have a decent selection but I wasn't overly impressed with the flavor

I really wanted to like this place, but it's just an average donut shop. I tried an iced coffee (Tiger Tail Latte) and even with the three different kinds of syrup that were supposed to be in it, it still just tasted like bad, bitter coffee. Of the three donuts I got to try, only two were good: the tiger tail tasted the way a tiger tail should, and the applesauce cake donut was pretty tasty, but the fluff-filled one not only was sans fluff, but definitely didn't seem fresh. Jack's Donuts is great - when it's actually open. Their google page and website both say they're open til 9pm daily. However, I've gone several times around 7 or 8 to find them closed for the night. Today I went around 4pm and it was already closed.

Just a great place for coffee and donuts for the morning. Costs of the donuts are excellent. And to top it off they are larger (maybe 2x) than your chain shops. The taste of them was great, and lots of variety

The donuts are pretty good. Way better than you'd find in a grocery store. I was there on a day where they brought in Donuts from another site, and it was quite clear that they weren't made fresh there.

Love the huge twisty donuts , an the cinnamon frosted saucer size donuts .... All of the donuts an buns are very tasty an of course bigger then any place in Kokomo I' average a trip to Jack's once a week if not twice depends on errands for that day ... Also the staff' are so friendly an if you dont know what you want from the big variety ' they will help you with a suggestion on one or two to try .... I' have 4 favorites just by the suggestions .... So glad they are in Kokomo an easy to get to on 931 South

These are fine. Not Great, but fine. I prefer Dan's, but since they don't make extra's anymore, I don't get them anymore. They usually have lemon jelly donuts and they are my favorite.

This place was great the 1st time, and horrible the 2nd. Chocolate everything. No variety. Just when I thought I could stop going to Dan's at 1am...back to Dan's. This is why multiple donut places have tried and failed. You gotta do it better.

I bought a dozen donuts and they were awful, from all the assorted flavors I got there was not one decent donut. Very sad that I got 3 regular glazed donuts because they tasted like they were left in the oil for a day.

Dan's Donuts is the place to go in Kokomo. As a Kokomo native, I disagree. Jack's Donuts has the best customer service. Something Dan's could use a lot of. This is the only place I go for donuts and the only place I recommend.

Shows hours are till 9 pm show up at 810 and they are already closed the girl working said they close at 8 but whys your sign and online state otherwise. Guess I'll take my buisness where it's wanted.

They are Always Good! Have smaller donuts since new owner took over but added more items to there store like ice cream, more coffee choices

It was about 20 min till closing and the employee was more worried about getting out of there than customer service.Every question asked of him was i dont know. I only work close.Says he dosent know much about anything there.More training is needed for him.The donuts were excellent though.

Clean, efficient, always a good selection with a few unique choices that change day to day. I think the prices are a bit high, but you have to expect that from a stand alone specialty restaurant.

Fantastic doughnuts!! These doughnuts are huge and freshly made. They seem pricy at first glance but because of the size the amount is comparable to other doughnut shops.
