Located just off Washington Street behind The Med is such an easy location to access with complementary parking right outside the front door. This site is extremely spacious with plenty of indoor only seating and complementary WiFi. Ordered sandwiches from Jack?s shared space location ?Sleepy Hollow Gourmet Deli & Cafe? in Irvington, Indianapolis. We got the IRV Club on rye bread instead of traditional sub bun, the Turkey Tango on Portuguese Milk bread and a build-your-own Ham & Cheddar with Mayo on a regular sub bun. All three sandwiches were well prepared, tasty and filling! Ingredients and bread were fresh! Also ordered a Peanut Butter Roll Iced Latte - 5??. Will definitely visit again!

The donuts are delicious and are truly the star. The coffee is not great it is not strong, taste watered down. I was most disappointed with the kolaches. I ordered three of them, they were microwaved for a couple minutes but when I got them, they were still frozen. The workers are helpful! I wish there was more attention paid to their appearance and hygiene as employees of a food establishment.

If you haven?t visited this location yet, it?s absolutely worth a stop! Every time I?ve been in, the customer service has been exceptional. The staff is always patient?not just with indecisive little ones, but with us adults too! I placed a preorder back in March and, admittedly, didn?t double-check my order before leaving (totally on me). It turns out my order got mixed up with someone else?s, and I didn?t realize it until later that day. I contacted the store the same day, to let them know, just in case

I stopped by in the morning to pick up some donuts for work and there were 2 employees working so hard to get a much larger order than mine ready. They didn't complain once, got me rang up and out the door with friendly smiles, while still working hard on the other order. Incredible employees here!!!

Jack's Donuts Irvington not only serves tasty dinner and coffee, they also have a very diverse menu of breakfast and lunch handhelds! The do have a wide selection of donuts (hense their name). However they also offer my favorite breakfast handheld, the kolache. Kolache are wonderful! They are a soft bread roll stuffed with a diverse selection of meat and non-meat fillings. Better than KK or DD, but overpriced for value. Unlike most places, they don't include the fritters in their donut donut boxes? Felt pretty irritated with that being a separate cost from the half dozen I bought, considering that's really standard everywhere else I've been. While the donuts themselves were priced okayish, the coffee/latte was not. Way too high priced. The amount of icing on the jelly donuts is way too much. Just got the new gluten free donuts and they are so good!!! No label at the table did an amazing job and I hope this partnership continues. Will be visiting often for gluten free treats!!!

So let me start by saying the workers were very kind and funny ?? and my Oatmeal Cream Pie & chocolate chip cookie I got were superb!...but the glazed Donuts holes and Glazed Donuts were stale and very very very gross...maybe the hot food menu will be better when they get it up. I didn?t actually go in ? my husband went and then brought donuts home. The donuts are really great. He brought a regular glazed and a blueberry one. As of this writing, the location is very new and it seems like they?re working hard to get under their feet and train workers well. Very glad to have a business invest in Irvington! Thanks, Jack?s!

Saw this place on Fox59 decided to try. Did not disappoint. I"m watching calories and decided to get my Turkey Tango on a bed of lettuce instead of bread. Great choice

We LOVE Jack?s Donuts!! So glad this is here in our neighborhood now! We have drive up to 30 minutes one way to get Jack?s Donuts in the past to get their donuts and now with a 5 minute drive we feel a little bit spoiled. It?s such a great location to have a donut shop in the middle of Irvington and so thankful the owners decided to come here!! Thank you for bringing Jack?s to us!!

So happy to have Jack's here in Irvington. They not only have donuts, but they have coffees, ice cream & other beverages. Cute place with a handful of tables. Donuts were great, fresh and there was quite a variety of flavors.

The donuts just taste like wheat bread with crusty icing on it, obviously not fresh. The customer service is absolutely terrible! Every time I've gone in, I am met with an attitude! The coffee is CLEARLY burnt and way too expensive for the quality. We were SUPER excited to try this new donut spot, and met with utter disappointment. :(

Jack?s is a great neighborhood stop for donuts, coffee, and ice cream! It?s quickly becoming a weekend favorite for us to walk our dog & grab a couple donuts and a pup cup of whip cream. Thanks for being in Irvington!

The young man behind the counter was amazing and always so friendly. Their coffee is so much better than Starbucks and OMG the donuts. Amazing! Especially the Strawberry Cream Cheese filled and Maple Apple filled.

Didn?t even taste like Jack?s donuts they were very dry not even moist and fluffy. Was sad about that because I drove 15 minutes to that location and they did not taste like any other jacks.
