I?m a donut snob, so when I say Jack?s Donuts are FRESH and delicious, you will like them. The Apple fritter was filled with chunks of apple. The sweet glazed croissant is a MUST try! The owner was in the store and was so friendly and kind. I?m from Kansas, and Jack, Jack?s Donuts and the adorable Downtown Franklin area delighted me.

Donuts were amazing. Staff was horrible. We were the only people in the whole store and she was rushing us saying ?hurry up? and was not helpful since it was our first time there. We are from out of town so had no clue about the selection and she wouldn?t tell us the flavor choices. (May 23rd @ 9:35am)

When I entered Jack's the counter lady was so pleasant. She greeted me and explained the specials and kept up a nice pleasant conversation with me while she carefully chose two dozen mixed donuts. The donuts here are huge. They taste scrumptious. They are light and fluffy and there are so many different varieties it's hard to decide which one is my favorite. We stopped in this morning (Saturday @ 7a) due to recommendations from family. The staff was great & patient with us as we picked out our Jack?s Dozen. All the kids (& adults) loved all the donuts. We got tiger tails, sprinkle sticks, Oreo crumble & glazed crescent. My fave was the glazed crescent.

On the door it says ?Tap to pay preferred?, but then they charge a 3% credit card surcharge.

Love having Jacks in Franklin! Awesome place to bring kids too, they have a mini table with crayons and several coloring page options for the taking! The boys loved to sit in chairs their own size and color while they ate. Got 3 of these massive iced with sprinkles donuts for my 3 kids and the total was under $5! My fianc? and I got 2 coffees and 2 donuts. The donuts were fine, but the coffees were horrible. The first time we got them, they were thick from the amount of syrup the girl put in them- I counted when she made it, and she put 7 pumps of raspberry syrup in my medium drink. I didn?t catch her name, but it was the girl with blue hair. I like sweet coffee and I couldn?t hardly drink it. We?ve been having such a rough week and my 2 year old has been begging for a donut with ?sparkles? all week. I finally took her this morning, and they treated her like royalty. I left in tears because sometimes just a little kindness can really give you hope. They were so kind and giving. We really really needed that so badly today. She left with me skipping out the door. There were two ladies working there and I wish I caught their names because they were just so kind.

We have been here several times since it opened and never had any issues but today when we went the kid working grossed me out so much I don't think we will be back. 1st off he wasn't even in the store when we got there and tried to hurry in the door before I walked in and was extremely rude, not even apologizing or anything, then just ran behind the counter to ask what I wanted withOUT washing his has or putting gloves on or anything!!! Now I know how Superman felt when he faced Kryptonite, as donuts are my kryptonite. I couldn't say no until I ate them all, and the next day, I mysteriously did the same thing again, and they were beyond delicious. On day four, I thought counseling was needed. Their policy is to cram a dozen of mixed donuts in a bag to save money. When we asked them not to do that, they charged us $1 for a box. I'll go to Pana from now on. They can keep their boxes and donuts.

I come here weekly because it is close to my house. When the younger teenage girls are working, they are very pleasant! If the older lady is working, she always seems like she didn?t get enough sleep the night before and is always on edge. Today they ran out of my wife?s favorite donut (which they frequently do) and it?s only 8:15am. I?m going to have to start making the longer drive to Long?s.

Their Donuts are delicious!!! The price you pay for the quality and the mere size of the donut, it?s a great value.

The donuts are so delicious! Always fresh and the perfect texture. There's a flavor for everyone. And definitely don't skip the drinks! The energy drinks with added boba are so good, especially on warm mornings. So glad to have a place like Jack's in town!

I stop in every Tuesday morning for a dozen tiger tail donut holes. The place is always clean, the donuts are always on point, and the lady who works mornings is always attentive to each customer.

We were there around Noon on a Saturday. The donuts were good, but the self-serve coffee was TERRIBLE. It was cold and mostly bottom-of-the-pot dredged. Skip the coffee.

I went into the shop with my children for the first time ever. There were tons of donuts to choose from and the drink selection was even more so. The employee Debbie was so helpful! So, up until now we've always had a good experience here. Today me and my two boys went in to get donuts. First off while the woman was making our order she was putting a Door Dash order together at the same time, which left us feeling like she didn't pay attention. I go almost weekly to get the amazing cronuts in the morning. The lady working there in the mornings is always pleasant and wonderful to deal with.

Steve at Jack?s Donuts in Franklin personally took 2 donuts for my daughter to re-ice them and add sprinkles. That might not sound like a big deal, but it made my daughter?s entire day!!! The personal attention and enthusiasm was so delightful, and the doughnuts are absolutely delicious and the best anywhere. Can?t recommend them highly enough!!

Place is clean staff great. Selection is limited, no labels, need to focus on the donuts more and less on the other goods. The one of 135 is much better organized.

Asked for ICE water and didn't give us the ice. She forgot one of our donuts. She has an attitude and it's the short heavier girl. She was also arguing about doing a door dash order for a customer. From better people!

This place gets ????? from me for their glazed croissants. It's everything I wish cronuts had been when that craze was going on. But since the croissant isn't deep fried, it's still got the light buttery texture on the inside and a nice thin layer of glaze on the outside.

Jacks donuts had the most personable and sweetest staff ever. They treated us like family and their maple bacon donuts are TO DIE FOR!!! Must have!!!! And their donuts are the biggest we?ve ever seen!! Definitely coming back when we?re back in town.

Doughnuts are great and so big. The staff are even better so friendly and polite. Take cash to tip. Wish you could tip on a card. They deserve it!!

You can tell the girl working Sunday visibly hated her job. She was not nice at all to us. It?s unfortunate because this was our first time in and that was the first impression we got was a miserable worker not wanting to do her job. Doubt we will be back.

The customer service here is phenomenal. I asked about a filled long stick and they didn't have one so the associate did one for me. She didn't have to do that. The donuts I bought we're very fresh and quite good.

I love the Jack's in indy but this one was a disappointment. They didn't have their famous carmel nut iced donuts. They didn't have jelly filled, and the donuts we did get were dry. I'm not sure I'll give them a second chance.
