Oh, so amazing, yummy goodness! These one of a kind creations are baked fresh and melt in your mouth. The flavors are nothing you'll find anywhere else (peanut butter & chocolate, s'mores, etc.). You have to try this place, but be prepared- there is usually a line out the door!

They have great donuts for the price. If you sign up for the emails, you can get a dozen donuts for less during the week. I like the Jack's dozen that you can get for $15.50, a dozen donuts and a dozen donut holes..

I order donuts for my customers here periodically and the lady that works there in the mornings isn't very kind, especially when I place a large order. I understand she probably woke up at 3am, but it's hard for me to support the lack of customer service. I prefer to order from the Brownsburg, InTech, or Kokomo stores.

I love there donuts. They are always fresh. The staff is super nice and very patient. The tiger tail is hands down the best donut for miles. If you are looking for a good donut on the Northside this is the place to be. They open up super early and you are always greeted with a smile.

Delicious, yummy, perfect donuts. $7.50 for 6 donuts which isn't a bad price considering they are absolutely ginormous. Very, very fresh and always delicious. The glazed croissants are amazing. I also love the blueberry cake donuts.

We used to LOVE Jack's donuts. Recently not only is the staff the serves you less than friendly but they donuts have been dry..they almost taste like day old. Again..it's not be one trip but the last three that we've had a cranky worker and dry donuts. It's so disappointing because we know how good they can be!

I must say these donuts made me feel like I was home in Chicago! My daughter has been talking about donuts lately, so I looked on Grubhub and found this donut shop and we were pleased with the priced & size we paid for a 1/2 dozen donuts. I hate leaving 1-star reviews, and I am very, very patient and reluctant to do so. I have visited this location numerous times on different days and have had the same negative experience. The donuts are delicious. Our family loves Jack's Donuts of Carmel, the customer experience is always great. I wish I would've gotten her name, but the kind woman who made my mocha iced coffee on the morning of 9/6/22 really took the extra time to ensure it tasted amazing even though a line was starting to form behind me. It was a very rough morning for me, but she was such a gem and made my day so much better.

DOESNT ACCEPT COUPONS. Jack?s donuts is an official sponsor of the pacers. At the game they give away coupons for a free donut. Ordered on door dash. Ended up with 10 out of 12 Doughnuts I didn't order. No one communicated with me or offered a refund. I also waited 35 minutes to get the wrong order. And paid way more than other doughnut places. Not good Jack's. Do better.

Best glazed donut I have ever eaten. They are exceedingly fresh, very large, flavorful, not-too-sweet, with perfect texture and donut/glaze ratio. Because of Jack?s stellar donut reputation, I ordered a 12 choice and a 6 choice through Door Dash. I have not been in their store, so except for glazed, I just guessed at my choices. Jack's Donuts. Yeah! They are our favorite. Stopped in a couple weeks ago to grab some and was talking to the lady who works in there. I mentioned that unlike so many places they haven't shrunk the size of their donuts. We absolutely love Jacks Donuts. They are BIG and doughy. Yum! Our favorites are the Tiger bun and Tiger tail. And maybe an occasional apple fritter. They have so many kinds. They have filled ones and topped ones. You really have to see for yourself. Seeing is believing.

Love me some Jacks. Today (June 2) is National Donut Day and we bought Jacks to share at work. The workers are nice, the donuts are great. I judge all donuts based on the glazed yeast... I?ve never been treated so poorly at an establishment. I work in the customer service industry and was shocked by the service I received. This past Friday, October 23rd I called at 7am to check on their donut assortments for my work meeting. I drove 20 minutes because my work place loves the donuts here. When a customer comes in and asks to order over $100 of your donuts, it's probably not smart to stonewall them and act like you're annoyed at having to do your job. Oh well, I guess I'll buy thousands of dollars a year in donuts from other shops that smile and help customers.

Yum! I really love donuts and this place does not disappoint. If you like cake donuts, try the blueberry ones - my mouth is watering thinking about them. I am also a lover of flavored coffees (I'm aware not everyone is) and they have good ones. Not as good as Patachou, but honestly who is? Still worth the purchase is you are a fellow fan.

The most amazing donuts on the planet - seriously! The peanut butter is so good, but when they were sold out on my last visit, they recommended the coconut. Now I have 2 favorites. Be warned - these are addicting - and not kind to your waist line - but SO WORTH IT!!!

Please don't get me started! Donuts have always been my weakness an Jack's hits the spot. Their cronut is amazing. But you cannot go wrong with their classic glazed donuts. If you arrive and there is a line, be patient, the wait is definitely worth it.

At first glance, this looks like just another donut shop. I'll admit, this was my take when approaching an otherwise standard donut fare shop. However, after the first bite your taste buds will tell a completely different story. Excellent donuts with a distinctive flavor that being you back for more. The donuts are great but the lady working this morning was rude and obviously didn't want to be there. A guy made a joke to her and she rolled her eyes and she was very short and condescending with me.

We went there early in the morning expecting fresh donuts. However, it looks like they sell leftover donunts from yesterday. You can tell if donuts are made fresh or they been there over a day or so. Freshly made donuts are soft and rich in texture, not dry and hard.

I stumbled on this place, and I'm glad I did! Delicious doughnuts at a reasonable price.

When Jacks first opened in Carmel, IN , the donuts were amazing. They just melted in your mouth. Now, you can taste the grease the donuts are deep-fried in. If it wasn?t for that, I would give them 5 stars. I hope they fix this.

Jack's Donuts is a great local donut shop, they offer a mixture of classic donuts with a little bit of modern flair. They were very accommodating when I requested a giant birthday donut. I don't think it is listed, but they also offer donut holes. This is important for those of us with little ones. Lots of seats inside and long hours means you can always get a little snack.

The lady behind the counter was super I unfriendly and annoyed she had to take her gloves off to type in my coupon. The tiger tails were very dry. I wouldn't return.

Purchasing a gift card, I was not offered the gift card promotion by the attendant. I don't understand why they can't (or) won't make the Carmel iced white fluff filled doughnuts because some people can't have chocolate. Also can they make powdered sugar doughnuts? We visit the place 2 weeks ago. Arrived an hour before closing time. Seemed like donuts were not fresh and they only had probably 5 kinds of donuts. While we were dining in probably at least 10 customers arrived. Never brought fresh donuts from the back.

These are hands-down the best donuts in the area. They are made fresh every day and are so delicious. They offer a pretty good assortment of donuts and there is seating inside if you want to eat there. The staff is always kind.

This is not my favorite donut shop, but that is just person preferencr. It is one of my kiddos favorites so we frequently visit. The donuts are pretty big compared to most places. Service is usually friendly. It's not the easiest to see from a moving vehicle though since it is back in the strip mall on the end that is furthest from the road.

Classic doughnuts at amazingly low prices. Options include mainly yeast variations but a few cake options are available. The yeast doughnuts are very fluffy with a generous layer of glaze. My cake doughnut was a little dry on its own but perfect with coffee. It seems their Apple Fritter is their specialty item. I haven't had it yet but it's a beast. If you like classic and aren't looking for specialty flavors, Jacks can please.

Local business. They make a monster donut with breakfast cereal on it that will blow your kids mind. I have been picking up a dozen for work about once a week for about a year now. Not one problem and the crew has yet to get tired of them.

Stopped by to get some apple fritters and just made it. They were down to their last few and I reduced it more. The service was very good, as were the fritters, which is normal there.
