Jack's Donuts of Broad Ripple

Man, I wish we weren't tourists...... Loved these donuts! They have so many different kinds!! We had never seen a chocolate /glazed mix! Those glazed twists? Mmmm mmmm. Next time we drive 5 hours to Indiana, we will stop again! Lol

The donuts are great but the girl was leaned over the counter and looked irritated when we walked in. I got my donuts and then asked if they had coffee she said no we don't, we close in 5 mins but it was more like ten. Not the point though, just leave the coffee till you close it's a donut shop and coffee. You sell two things. She was just kind of there and not friendly.

The donuts were okay, not great. The staff was friendly and happy to serve us when we walked in. We got 5 different donuts. The apple fritter was a bit dry. Our favorite of the ones we got was the glazed with chocolate frosting.

The donuts were slightly bigger the the normal location we go to. The taste is was slightly off. They weren?t cooked fully. Some of them were doughy in the inside. Also the younger male with long hair needs training. I seen him rub his hair, pick up a bag to help a customer, rub his hair again, rub his nose with the glove he had on and proceed to help the customer. Absolutely disgusting!

I've never had a bad experience in this location, but I must say the selection is not as good anymore. They run out of apple fritters too fast, there's not enough cake donuts, and for some reason they have a lot of donuts with nuts on top, which is a health hazard for some people. I don't know anyone who likes nuts atop their donuts, let alone several different types with nuts on top. It doesn't even look like they sell well, based on the amount on display. There are nowhere near enough cake donuts anymore,

I was excited when Jacks came to Broad Ripple but this location has made me wonder if Jacks expanded too fast. I usually don?t leave reviews for places but I wanted to after I got a donut that was not baked all the way through and quite honestly tasted like it was made the day before. Others have left similar reviews so I wanted to reiterate this. For $3.50/donut I would expect the donut to be made on site, fresh daily and these donuts do not taste like that at all. For a new location I have to say some of the best donuts around. I got a pumpkin and blueberry cake. They had to be the best cake donuts I've ever had. Hands down. At $1.75 a donut it's worth a cinnamon roll as big as my face. Nothing beats a freshly made donut. Sad to see Rise n Roll go, but I think these are better!

I work Nextdoor at the wine shop and I love stopping in and grabbing a little snack now and again. The owners are as sweet as the donuts. I love that my company gets to hold wine tastings with them. Nick is literally the best. Always in a good mood, kind, and you can tell he just loves working in broadripple and loves our community. The donuts are A+ I recommend the buns with the raspberry swirled in. Or the tiger tales. The specialty coffees are always good for a quick pick me up too.

It would go a long way if management labeled the donuts in cases. Service is slow because customers ask what each donut is then hem and haw over whether they want it. When there?s only one employee and a bunch of people in line, it would be massive improvement.

Donuts were fresh and taste good. I would like for each donut with icing to be put in separate divider sheets because icing melts and gets on other Donuts, especially on warm and hot days.

I Highly recommend this place. I've been coming since they opened a few months ago. The main guy that works there Nick is Amazing. His customer service is outstanding! The donuts are great as well. So happy to have you guys 2 blocks from my house! 10/10

Came out from Connecticut 810 miles to visit family and get my wife a Jack's donut which turned into two for her and two for me which was totally worth the trip. Great tasting donuts.

So happy to have a donut place close by us again! We've had them several times and have found them fresh and delicious (and a great size too!). The customer service has always been wonderful too!

It's just like any other donut place other than there cinnamon rolls those are uniquely done and it gives a new twist on a cinnamon roll then I've ever had!! Definitely Different but just like Dunkin donuts really the same concept.

Donuts used to be so much tastier when they first opened. Not sure if they got a new baker,but donuts taste much different than they did.

Delicious. Unfortunately I stopped by midafternoon and some of my favorites were sold out, which is the only reason I gave 4 stars. I was not disappointed with any of the others I chose. If you haven't tried them, please do so. You won't be sorry you did.

I happened to pass this location on their opening day and pulled in. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The donuts were fresh, tender and tasty. Highly recommended.
