Jack's Donuts at Intech Park

A wide variety of donut styles and flavors offered. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcomed. We purchased a dozen tiger tail donut holes, a cereal donut and a cream cheese blueberry donut. The glazed and chocolate donut hole creation was delicious. The cereal donut was fluffy and crunchy with cereal topping in each bite. The cream cheese blueberry donut was a little more dense, with tasty blueberry filling. The cream cheese frosting provided a nice creaminess with each bite. Definitely worth stopp

I've had great donuts , but these aren't it! Heavy , tasted like store bought day old. I liked the strawberry iced yeast one. The cinnamon sugar thing was like a tough breadstick. I recommend going to Pana if looking for donuts that are delicious. Wish I could be more excited about these, but I am glad I didn't buy as many as I went in to get.

I have never visited this Jack's and walked away disappointed. The donuts are always fresh and worth the 20 min drive instead of the grocery store crap. That was until today, the rolls were not fresh and must have been in the display case for quite some time. I won't let this stop me from going back again for one more stop, but I will be more attentive the next visit.

The folks at Jack?s are just wonderful ? so helpful and patient, which I appreciate. Because with all their delicious donuts to choose from, it takes me a while to decide. I love that they have both standard options and very creative flavors (yes they have red velvet donuts and even a cream filled donut topped with fruity pebbles. Yum!) The donut holes are the perfect option for an office carry-in, party or football tailgate.

I've been here several times and the doughnuts are excellent. The selection is pretty varied, and the price isn't bad either. The apple fritters are my favorite. They offer a special "Jack's dozen" option where you get 2 dozen donut holes along with your dozen doughnuts. Pretty good deal for all that.

Absolutely massive and tasty donuts. Service was quick and efficient, prices are on the upper side for donuts but hey: they're huge. Got 3 and 1/2 dozen for work and the guys really enjoyed them. Definitely go for an assortment here as they are all good.

Stop by never been here before but they had some girl who hadn?t been trained running the store herself. She didn?t have a clue what she was doing, didn?t know how to make drinks had to call her manager multiple times to try and figure things out. I've been to many different locations of Jack's donuts and they are all very clean the employees take care of you in order many choices of donuts,pastry's and many drinks to choose from but what I like best are the strawberry smoothies the best hands down

Donuts taste old and bad heavily recommend some other place like the Starbucks close by and there is a dunking like 10 min drive if you have time

This donut place has some amazing yeast donuts. I highly recommend the tiger tales, cronuts, apple fritters, and cinnamon rings. We were in and out quickly. The prices were reasonable. The staff is friendly. I highly recommend this place.

The staff was friendly and nice. The coffee was great - I enjoyed the espresso bar. I had a small Americano. They had a lot of options for your coffee in terms of flavors, Creamer, sugars etc. At a great price point, might I add. The donuts were not as fresh as I expected them to be. The doughnut was very good (raspberry cream cheese filled) and the coffee was some of the best I've had in a while (Carmel roll) server was friendly and helpful. Not a ton of area to sit but nice for a quick bite and a coffee

Threw away Apple Fritter and all yeast holes; all of them taste like too old, stale oil. Nasty.

Perfect place if you want all the cold, deadness of a corporate donut chain with none of the variety/selection you can get at a DD. One type of cake donut. The rest all yeast. 1/2 of the selection looks like a different shaped version of something else they already sell. Donuts mislabeled. Take the extra 5 mins and drive somewhere other than here.

The inside of the place is beautiful and I think the donuts are average but I reeeally love the Tiger Bun!

Larger donuts are consistently raw and uncooked in the middle. I should not have to pull strings of dough away from my mouth when biting into the center. This is not a one-time thing but happens every time I buy a larger donut and oftentimes I will get a stomach ache from accidentally swallowing the raw dough. Always tastes good, though, and great prices, I?ll give them that.

I grew up on Dunkin. I was told Longs was the best donut Indy had to offer. Then I had Jacks and there is no going back! Great staff, amazing donuts that still taste fresh the next day, and very reasonable prices. They also have gluten free donuts and I haven't tried them, but I got some for a friend and she said they were awesome.

They are very rude they don?t say hello back they don?t help they just look at you like you slow or sum. Do not recommend

Extremely delicious homemade donuts served with a friendly and inviting smile. We love stopping in on the way to work for a quick, sweet morning pick-me-up especially when it comes to the yeast and applesauce cake donuts. The atmosphere is so friendly and everyone there is very attentive and want to make sure your order is completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Get there early. When I went around 11am there was very little to choose from. However, what they did have was good. I got a coconut and peanut long john (they don't call them long johns) and they were good. The chocolate frosting was a little thick for my liking, but I also don't like sweets so take it how u like. Over all it was good, but I would have loved to try one of there yeast donuts.

In town for the weekend, Jack?s was right outside our hotel. Our toddler LOVES donuts so we have a tradition to try a new shop every weekend. Expected to have to skip this weekend, but this place was a welcome surprise. Donuts were good, staff was friendly, prices were reasonable. Shop has a local vibe with the efficiency of a chain.

The donuts here are amazing, but it's the stellar customer service that is most memorable. Dawn was so pleasant and went out of her way to be kind. It's not often you get service like that. Thanks so much, and we will continue to be returning customers!

I came to Jack's Donuts on Friday March 4, 2022, about 10:30 a.m., and it wasn't busy. There were two people working and the lady who check me out was very calm and patient. I love Jack's Donuts, everytime my family goes the donuts are fabulous. I would definitely recommend Jack's Donuts.

The kids, hubby and I loved the donuts! The only complaint I have is the coffee. I could sit here all day and complain about that because I am from Seattle and was a barista for 10 years. Big picture no decaf espresso offered and I have a heart condition so personally couldn?t get one but my husband did, they don?t know how to steam milk or pour shots properly and there is way too much syrup added I watched her make the beverage in horror. I heard about their donut cakes and since I first experienced donut cakes in Rhode Island, I've dreamed of being able to once again taste a sweet morsel. For my daughter and nephew's birthday, we decided to give Jack's donuts a try. We ordered 5 donut cakes ( we have a large family). I was told on the phone that they would each fit snugly I'm their famous Jack donuts purple boxes. A day before I was to pick up the cakes at 3pm, I was called and a frantic voice on the other line told me they didn't have blue

Customer service was warm and welcome, the donuts are good too but let?s talk about the coffee cups. I almost gave myself 1st degree burns because their cups fell apart also the lids are not secure. Put me in a really bad mood this morning as I had just got to work and spilled all over me and the inside of my car. Won?t be getting coffee ever again from here.

The donuts tasted like they were a day old. Customer service was lackluster. Even with the stale donuts I still would have given a 3 star rating if the service would have been better. I believe they have been in business since the 1960's, plenty of time have to ironed out these issues.

Good donuts but too much sugar in my opinion. I like Dunkin for the light to no excess glaze, but most locations don't cook the donuts on site anymore. Jack's are fresh. I wish they would cut the glaze way down.

I've been here a few times just to grab a donut or 2 and some coffee. I've never had an issue with customer service, the price is fair, and the donuts have always been good (I especially like their cake donuts). This is definitely worth checking out if you haven't.

Quite the variety of donuts here. I recommend stopping if you have a donut craving. Their dough they use for the donuts is different than other places I've been too. It's a little more dense and I think that's my favorite part of their donuts. However, the fruity pebbles and oreo donuts are delicious too.

Great donuts, as typical for Jacks, but the service members aren?t trained on how to use the coffee machines. After waiting for 20 minutes for them to try to figure out how to use their machines, I gave up and requested a refund. Unfair to offer coffee drinks when your staff can?t make them, and unfair to have entirely untrained staff.

If I could rate today's experience a zero, I most certainly would. The product is great! The customer service wasn't. I was unable to make a purchase because I was made uncomfortable by an inpolite young man that addressed me rudely. I get it, the store was busy. But, I don't support businesses that don't respect my hard earned dollar. I also take issue with the cashier that wears the gloves while handling the register and donuts with the same pair of gloves on!

I ordered a Donut Cake and the order was misplaced causing it to not be ready; which really sucked. The staff was extremely helpful and did the best they could to make up for the situation. The donuts were great but it was still a huge let down to not get the Donut Cake.

I stopped in on a Friday morning and I was pretty surprised... This place has some pretty good donuts! There are several locations of Jack's donuts with the first being from New Castle, if I'm not mistaken. So I didn't know what to expect from more of a chain donut shop. However, I ordered three dozen yeast donut holes, half a dozen blueberry cake, and three cronuts. The donut holes were amazing! They weren't greasy at all! Just pure glazed deliciousness. I have been to this new location and unfortunately it isn't the Jacks I have grown to love. I have been 3 times and each visit my donuts have 1-2 day old texture and taste. I honestly may give them another try in about 6 months before I finally write them off.

I can tell you, I like the service better than the doughnuts.. Doughnuts are OK. Gourmet that usually just don't do it for me and alot of others. They are mediocre at best.. Great donuts. Get here early because they run out of the popular ones. Employees are always working quickly and keep the lines moving. Never really seen anyone sitting down and having a coffee so it's usually empty.

Buyer beware I love Jack's donuts, but the past two time I have gotten donuts from this this location they have been day old and not fresh. I will not go to this location again. I have never had this problem from any of the other locations and will continue to enjoy Jack's from other location.

I am from out of town so the first time I ever went to Jax was just a few minutes ago. And God sure blessed me this morning! Best Bavarian cream I've ever had! They have fruit filled croissants glazed. Wow

All you have to do to get me to move this to 5 stars is stop having terrible cake doughnuts on the weekend. You have fabulous blueberry and cinnamon applesauce cake doughnuts. Why do they get shoved aside for your mediocre chocolate cakes and bad strawberry cake. Also if you like Bavarian Cream (not my thing) theirs are apparently really good. My GF loves them!

Way too sweet! If you're white chances are you will get an attitude from the clerk. 3 different people from my job went on seperate occasions all received an attitude from the clerk. I went because its close and low and behold you guessed it ATTITUDE. Normally I would chalk it up as the clerk is just having a bad day, but then a black woman came in and the clerk was nice as can be. We now drive to the shop on keystone which is way out of the way and will mot be returning!

This lady that helped me (the only lady there best I could tell) was AWESOME! Doughnuts 'eh OK. Better than dunkin or kroger for sure. Great selection. Other workers were so indifferent bordered on grumpy. She was great! Only reason I'd go back.

Very disappointed with this place. Went in on national donut day and they had the smallest selection of donuts to choose from. The employees were rushing me and packaged my donuts poorly. When I got home, the icing on my donut fell off in the bag because they put the donut face down in the bag. Should have went to Walmart instead. It would have been much better.

Fresh donuts, good quality, and they stay stocked. What more could you ask? Better quality than the larger national chains, in my humble opinion. Sizes are generous.

My experience was so amazing! The service was spectacular, she was so nice! I got a dozen donuts for only $13. I tried the cronut and pb&j donut in the car and went in for another dozen! They were so good.

I was psyched to taste some amazing donuts...but there was little discernable quality difference between Jack's and donuts from Kroger's or the gas station. Prices are just slightly high.

The donuts were slightly stale/hard and we got less donut holes than what was ordered. Just so many local donut shops around that are way better options.

This location is charging double for under-proofed Cronuts, very dissatisfying. Very rude customer service when questioning the price and quality of the product. I was given a, this is franchise you get what you get do you want it or not, kind of attitude. I will never return to this location.

The location in the 71st area is our fav. They seem to have more of the cake donuts, which I think are Jack's best offering. Try the Salted Carmel Cake donut!

Compared to other Jack's Donuts I've been to, this location has smaller Donuts that don't taste nearly as good. Make the drive up to the Carmel location for larger, better tasting donuts.

Always fresh. Always good. They didn't have any caramel iced donuts so they made 4 for me. Awesome!
