First time at Jacks. We went for a quick snack. Mango smoothie was delicious! Full of flavor and so fresh. Also ordered the a?a? bowl! The fruits were tasty. We shared the bowl since it?s a pretty big size. Hope to go back to try their breakfast!

One of the best donuts available around here. The Boston Cream is filled with Bavarian cream and the chocolate is delightful. The glazed donut is drizzled in rich syrup that?s to die for. I've been meaning to try this place's breakfast for a long time and finally decided to do it and oh my god. Like many others say, the staff is amazing! I got to meet the owner and she was super sweet. She even gave me a fresh donut they just made. I came here for their signature Jack's donut breakfast sandwich. It was very good, the eggs and sausage had great flavor. My only criticism would be that it's too much donut. Jacks Donuts is under new management! Lana is the new manager and this place is wonderful. Today, my wife and I came in for brunch and was welcomed with open arms. She had the Grilled Cheese with Bacon and I had the Combo#2 which comes with Pancakes, 2 eggs, and a choice of meat, I choose Bacon. I hooked it up and turned it into something more. It was my first time trying this place and more than likely my last. I ordered a bacon, scrambled egg and cheese on a cinnamon raisin bagel with a tropical smoothie. The smoothie was so bad my 4 and 2 year old nephews didn?t want it. The tropical smoothie tastes like pure Greek yogurt, no fruit flavor whatsoever and they put oats in it?yes in a tropical smoothie smh. I'm sorry but $22 for 6 donuts and 2 cinnamon buns is insane. I know prices go up, but 5 years ago it would have cost $9.40. They no longer have the prices listed for the donuts, so you don't know how expensive they are until it's time to pay.

The wait staff was absolutely amazing! Every time we come in, my family and I, we typically order to go and it?s a pleasant and quick experience. Doughnuts are delicious and the wait time is not long even on a busy day. If your in a rush you can call ahead. Staff is very friendly, parking is a bit snug but definitely worth a visit.

We went in around noon on a Sunday, the place was busy with a significant number of takeout orders, but our server was very kind and had great pacing in making sure we were served alongside handling customers coming in for their orders. The kitchen was very prompt in delivering our food, and even with it being closer to closing time, the donuts were great, and tasted fresh. Highly recommend.

Their food was never an issue, it?s great. But the service on the other hand is terrible. I placed an order before took a while and I understand it was busy, no problem waiting. But this time I placed an order over the phone, got there 30 mins after and still waited an hour. It?s ridiculous. People came in ordered and got their food wayyy before me somehow. The new owner Lana is doing such a wonderful job. I?ve been patronizing Jack?s Donuts since 2015 and I can tell you that?s she?s brought a great energy into the place. We love going to Jack's for breakfast! Their delicious flavor is consistent and they serve a good healthy portion. They serve local Lacas coffee, which is always a big win for us!
