A good place, good donuts are pretty soft.Even know they almost check a long time , but it's fine good. We could lock cheese or pretty good there.They're not burned.They're like the perfect temperature to eat
Not very wide selection of donuts. No vanilla/white frosted, no maple and the lady who came to window was pretty rude and impatient.
I drive a semi and was just refused service since I cannot put 93 feet through the drive through.
The lady who owns the place is very VERY RUDE . I pulled into the drive through , briefly looked at the menu and the woman gave us a disgusted look and went to hide in the back , she took several minutes to return and when we were ready to order after waiting she went off on me and my sister about how we should?ve hurried to look and order .and also stating she doesn?t have time to have people look at the menu , even though we looked at the menu less then 20 seconds . Would not recommend ??????????
I older a bacon ?? and egg sandwich but the egg look like it was cooked in the microwave Some Chinese lady told me the sandwich is cooked fresh I told her I want my money back she told me no and to kick it off I gave her a $20 bill and she did not give me me my chg at all ???? door was locked
I attempted to get breakfast this morning around 6am but the place was closed. No lights on, no doughnuts in the display, the place was completely blackout. Check first before you go.
Three stars only because I was staying at a hotel in Waco and I couldn't go inside of Jack and Jill's Donuts because they say window only on the door I'm still going to try to walk up in the Drive-Thru and get my kolachi
May completely disrespected my dad of 87 years of age after he as been a loyal patron of there for 17 year. He has eaten breakfast there every single day. She screamed and cussed him for 10 minutes. I urge everyone to ban them. Completely inexcusable.
Just had gotten off work to come have breakfast. Lady kept peeping from behind the corner like she didn?t want to service me. When she finally came to the window after ten minutes or so she proceeds to be rude for no apparent reason and slam the window in my face.
Best doughnuts in Waco. Friendly staff. Un-expected family illness. I think re-open August 21st
I used to think that this was a good donut shop, until the female owner did not give me my change. I sat there and told her that she never gave it to me and she proceeded to say that I dropped it somewhere when I didn't even get out of the car. She became very condescending when I was talking to her. I will never go there again, beware because they will steal from you.
I love it here. The workers are really nice. They always remember my family since I only have sisters and no brothers. :)) I love Jack N' Jill Donuts , their kolaches are better than Shirley's.
It's been while since we visit. Jack 'n' Jill Donuts. The morning drive thru line is always to long. I wanted to say. I have missed my J.J Donuts ??. I was so excited to be first in drive thru line this morning for fresh warm donuts and hot delicious kolaches, taste the best at sun rises???? Remembering, our Dad would bring us. Fast friendly service. A wide array of yummy favorites. Their donuts are always soft and delicious. The Kolaches are nothing short of out of this world. Hometown favorite, but if your in Waco visiting, try this awesome place, for fresh coffee and awesome, yummy choices.
Shipleys doesn't have jack on Jack n Jills!!! Neither does the West!!! Best kolaches in Texas!!! Man, ya guys really need to open the lobby again. The lines are atrocious at times and I'd like to see the donuts before buying them again. The kolaches are still the best around ??
The coffee was great. Made just right. The donuts and kolache's was delicious. ?? she did a excellent job. Kept the drive thru line moving swiftly.
Our favorite local doughnut place in town! Mai and Henry, the owners, are very nice and make everything themselves. The prices are great - we spend about $6 for some kolaches and doughnuts for two. There's usually people coming in and out but it's quiet enough to sit inside to eat.
Jack n Jills is so slept on! I?ve been coming here for a couple months and it?s now my only place I?ll go to for donuts and kolaches. They are extremely sweet to me every time I go. I?d highly recommend.
Jack and Jill is my favorite, go-to donut shop in Waco. Cheap and yummy, their menu offerings are simple. I usually get a dozen donut holes and a large coffee with cream and sugar. They have a drive-thru window and limited indoor seating. They offer a small variety of donuts and kolaches. Definitely give it a try the next time you're driving down New Rd in the morning!
The reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because they only have drive thur right now, which nothing is wrong with that.. its when you wait for 3 minutes on new road to turn in and then a car coming the other direction get in front of you. Tell the person that is holding up the line to move to the front of the building. Donut where okay.
The best donuts in Waco. Really nice people that work there and fantastic prices. The kolaches are good but not amazing and the jalapeno kind has better sausage but can be pretty spicy sometimes.

The best place for donuts and kolaches in Waco! The owners are extremely nice. My 4 year old grew up coming here every other week and he refuses to go anywhere else.
I'm giving this place a 1 star because the donut was just okay. I was not at all impressed with the blandness in taste. If you want a better donut go elsewhere.
I would not recommend coming there it's cheap but you get what you pay for plus the lady is extremely rude, i was looking at the menu because i had a big order and she went to hide to the back and wouldn't come out, i called and she ignored the phone so i drove around and she said to me "if you drive slow I'm just going to go to the back" i said "so you just ignore people? And she said "yeah if you drive slow I'm just gonna go to the back" what kind of way is that to run a business!? Never going back!
The ham and cheese croissant was delicious but customer service was lacking. To me it seemed the person at the register did not want to be there at all.
This is not the place to go if you want to preorder for a child?s birthday. They were not interested in being helpful. I really wanted to support the local, but I am being forced to go to the chain.
The best! My mom used to drive from Austin when I was a little girl for these donuts in the 80's. Way better than Shipleys or Dunkin..

Best place in hiway(Waco Blvd) we used dunkink donots, but lately they do not have a breakfast kitchen open in the morning ,we found this is the best alternative! Thanks G!!

This place is a long time favorite ever since the days they were located on N. 18th and Lyle/Herring Ave where the Dollar General is located today. Donut holes & pancake donuts are my personal favorites.
