I live on Waco and have not found a good donut anywhere in this town. Jack and Jill in Temple is WONDERFUL! The donuts are light, tender, and delicious! Worth the 40 min drive!

Ordered Mother's Day donuts. Took my order over the phone in advance. They also do Birthday donuts! So cute. It was $25 for the set. Fresh and tasted good.

1st time going there. Very happy with the service. Got my hole staff doughnuts and kolaches

atmosphere in my case has no bearing since i pulled through the drive through but not changing rating due to quality of food and service. These two are invaluable.

I work the night shift so I show up around this shop's opening time when I get off and they're always nice and the food is always good! I either grab something for me or something for my family and everything is fresh and served quickly!

Jack?n Jill Donuts was just what I was craving as I was headed to Dallas from Austin. It is a classic donut shop in Temple. I unfortunately couldn?t go in to see the wife variety of donuts but my old fashioned and kolache were just as expected- hit the spot!

I used to love coming here for yrs for my family and my company! The food is amazing, well priced and fast. But now I will no longer be coming because of their new staff. I do not go there to be harassed about religion and to be coerced into their beliefs. My company and my family will no longer be visiting this establishment. anyone who does not follow the Christian/catholic route, just be weary of having anything showing of your own religion unless you want someone talking mess to you about what you belie

I was on my way to San Antonio from Arlington, when traffic was detoured due to an accident. I stopped when I saw the donut shop. The donut I chose didn't have any filling for that particular donut. Jill (Jack & Jill, lol) offered to fill it for me...yummy. The breakfast croissant was very good also. My new stop by on my drive home from Arlington.

My first time visiting Jack'n Jill Donuts in Temple, Texas. The staff there are nice and friendly. As for their food I Love how soft and fresh their food is. Tasted their kolache's honey bread and sausage and honey cheese and sausage kolache amazingly good. Price is reasonable. Wish that I was able to try the jalapeno one but they had nomore that says it all. But everything else was very, very soft and tasty. The softest donuts ever! Amazing!! We drove 45mins to try these well worth it. Don?t let the appearance fool you. We got a half dozen and couldn?t wait to try them before taking a picture.

We go every single morning to get donuts for our daughter. They are always friendly, smiling, they know our order before we even get to the window. The donuts are amazing.

This place is always quick and ready every morning when I swing by. Something important to note is that for the longest time I had become sickened by donuts, I could hardly even finish a single one. This place is changing my mind on how good donuts are, I've been coming here at least once if not multiple times a week. It comes highly recommended by me and I recommend the chocolate sprinkles!

Their establishment looks and smell dirty. Food has bland flour aftertaste, Walmart doughnuts taste 100 percent better. The food is nasty and restrooms are literally near the food service area . I'm surprised health department hasn't cited them.

Friend brought me jack and jill donut sausage got gravely sick after eating.

The food was amazing! My husband says the boudin kolache was the best he has ever had. Flavorful boudin with just the right touch of cheese to be a compliment, balanced by the light/ fluffy bread and a touch of sweetness on the outside. We will be going back the next time we head through Temple! P.S. the family all had great things to say about the doughnuts they ate as well. I ate the boudin kolache.

Its horrible to say, but I come very often here! The Cassi and Ericka are amazing and always greet me with a smile and always are very quick about getting me my order! BTW the Mocha cappuccino is AMAZING!!! 11 OUT OF 10 they make my day so much better??

Got lemon filled, blueberry, and chocolate glazed donuts along with sausage and cheese donuts. Also got two boba milk teas. The location was convenient enough, service was quick but they did prioritize drive through over walk in customers (standard practice so not a negative imo just a note). The boba was not the best but it wasn?t bad. The milk tea itself was fine. The blueberry donuts were my favorite, and they heated up my kolaches to make sure they were nice and warm. Not bad. Pretty decent donut shop. The kolache bread has a slight honey taste, which I personally like but some people don't. I really like their jalapeno sausage. The donuts are good and the owner has been experimenting with iced drinks, she has iced Cambodian coffee and iced Thai tea now. The iced coffee is good, tastes chocolatey sort of like a mocaccino. Definitely worth a visit for breakfast.

Extremely disappointed you would expect when you get there first thing in the morning that they would have plenty of selection of donuts well I was completely and totally wrong. I wound up having to settle I don't think in this day and time and age that what's the price of everything that we should have to settle be more prepared for good morning Rush have more of a selection ready for purchase. I loved this place! The place was swamped in DT and whenever I walked in to only see one person behind the counter I got worried that it would take forever. The girl worked so well though and I was out of there in a jiffy. She was very nice and helpful with deciding on a donut. Prices were very reasonable. The kolache and Bavarian ? filled donut was absolutely delicious! Its dangerously close to my work too so this will most likely become a frequently visited spot for me!

I had gone here for birthday donuts only to find the store was closed. If the stores normal hours were 5 to 1 like the other stores I still would?ve had 45 minutes before the store closed. But with the hours now closing at 3 PM I was two hours and 45 minutes before they closed. I am so severely disappointed in this store. I understand if they had sold out but there was no indication they had. Set a foul taste in my mouth that should have been filled with donuts

Donuts reasonably priced. I went there is a Sunday and it was a one-man (actually a lady) operation. She answered the phone, served me inside and the store and managed the drive thru window without skipping a beat. The donuts were really tasty and fresh. Will definitely go again.

I drove across town to try this place out and was not dissapointed. The doughnuts were delicious both the light glazed and the heavy cake type. I tried the "Earl" as recommended by another reviewer and it was awesome!!! I think this must be the best doughnut shop in Temple! I've tried other and wasn't impressed.... they do not have great coffee though as another person suggested lol. Drinkable but not great

As a child I grew up in Waco, Texas and I had a uncle that worked at Jack'n Jill Donuts and he would bring us donuts every weekend. I was very apprehensive to try this place because I didn't want to be disappointed. Let me just tell you I was not disappointed the recipe is just like I remembered. Best kolaches hands down. The bread isn't super dense and dry like others I've had. My kids love the donuts and the service is always excellent.

Family style food, with so many choices to choose from. Everyone that works there is delightful and kind. Especially Sam. She does a little bit of everything around the restaurant, but can be found mostly near the bar and soda ?? fountain area. Cece

Oh man the Boudin kolache! It completely changed my outlook on life. I couldn?t even take a picture due to me inhaling the food.

My favorite jalape?o cheese sausage kolache and old fashioned donut in Temple! Staff is nice and efficient. Admittedly would go at least once a week when I lived within walking distance!

I first started patronizing Jack'n Jill at their Killeen location which is closer to home but their Temple location is closer to work and it is my favorite! Everything tastes better and is fresher at this location. Omg! Bacon, egg, and chesse croissant and an old fashioned doughnut are my favorite. I tried the sausage and cheese kolache based on other reviews, bread was amazing but the sausage is a hotdog which is gross so I was disappointed with that.

I purchased the raspberry filled donuts they were very good all the other options looked delicious as well and friendly staff

I purchased a glazed old fashioned donut. When I bit into it, there was a bug baked in the donut. When I returned it, they weren't very concerned. She offered me another donut. I told her it would be a really long time before I would want of their donuts again. They didn't bother to check the dough or the other donuts. She just pitched it in the trash.

Very nice fluffy doughnuts. The bread used to bake the kolache is just deliciousness! It's definitely my favorite donut shop in town.

Pretty nice place. Just need to pay attention to the flies getting into the donut case display. Would have purchased more donuts but when I saw the fly in the glass display was a bit of a turn off.

Every Sunday I treat myself before Sunday a school and church start to the Jalape?o and cheese sausage kolache with a cold Diet Coke and it is delicious ! The kolache melts in your mouth and I am ready for church to get my praise and worship on! Great Doughnuts too!

Got a dozen doughnuts and a bacon croissant sandwich. It was all fresh and tasted amazing. Definitely stopping by next time im in Temple.

This particular store is GREAT!!!!! I wish the other Jack and Jill in Sparda was as good as THIS ONE! The store on Sparda donuts holes are as HARD as a rock.
