Jack Frost is phenomenal! It's a tad pricey, but that's because the quality is above all other donut places. The gluten-free donuts are pictured, and they are actually 10/10 very good. Moist, soft, dense. $4.35 ea, and you have to order a minimum of 6. Available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. They might be one of the only places near parma that has gluten free donuts. I haven?t been here in a while because I?m not up around there anymore but told my grandson I was taking him for the best donuts ever! Boy we?re they a big disappointment. I paid $25 for a dozen dry and stale donuts. I couldn?t believe it! I have always loved this place and didn?t even mind paying the price for them because they were so worth it. Well I don?t understand the rating of this place because these donuts are very sweet and dense. the glazed donut are o.k. The sour creams are super heavy and just bad flavor all around. The French cruller we're super sweet. I do see many flavors but only the employees know the names? The store is very small and parking is difficult to get. I?ve gotten these donuts my whole life. They used to be such a great treat years ago. Now the varieties are so over the top & loaded with so much frosting, sugar and candy. I went there at 11a and paid $3.15 per donut. I picked out my 2 childhood favorites. I came home so excited, but instantly disappointed. Both of my donuts were hard on the outside. They tasted like yesterday's leftovers. Not acceptable at those prices.

Delicious donuts! One of the best cake donuts I?ve ever had. Lots of variety and kind workers. Not the biggest donuts ever but the make up for it in flavor. I bought a dozen donuts this morning and I thought they were just ok.. some tasted like they were from yesterday. Probably wouldn't go back!

When I first moved to Cleveland in 2016, a dozen donuts was $12.95. Since then I have watched the prices rise steadily to $15.95, then $18.95, and now to $25.95 a dozen. They're good donuts, and I recognize that things have gotten more expensive, but that kind of increase is unreasonable. I doubt I'll be back again, at least not as frequently as I used to be.

My boyfriend who is severely allergic to tree nuts told the lady at the counter he was allergic, the lady didn't say anything about the dount he ordered nor do they have allergens listed anywhere. One of my favorite donut shops in the Cleveland area. Donuts are on the smaller side, but they are delicious. They offer a wide variety of flavors- raspberry cheesecake, s'more, butterfinger, fruity pebbles, French toast, and more! 2 of my favorites are the maple bacon and the blueberry cheesecake. Amazing donuts! We went there on a Saturday morning so it was rather busy, but they had everything we wanted and they fulfilled orders very quickly. Staff was very nice and helpful when I kept asking what was in the donuts I was interested in. Everything was delicious.

Bought 1/2 dozen for $15.75. Two maple bacon, 2 almond joy, 2 Samoa, got home to try them and not the freshest donuts, probably sat out all day. I bought 3 donuts in total 2 glazed twist, and 1 cake, I thought the total was $5.45 but to my surprise the total was $9.45 and they weren't that good, Jack frost 6 years ago had the biggest and delicious glazed donuts, but all the regular donuts are small and they don't taste the same. I heard these were the best donuts in Cleveland. They most certainly are not, and the prices are almost comical. $3 for a single plain donut. $16 for HALF a dozen. $7 for an apple fritter! They are ok, but nothing particularly different or remarkable about them, and definitely not good enough to be double to triple the price of every other donut shop. For their stand at the Cleveland Zoo, do NOT risk $8-13 on a drink, just get a donut! -protein shakes are powder snd water for $12.50 -got a chai instead and it was the black chai liquid, not how its even supposed to look. So I?m originally from Cleveland but was married Indianapolis. I knew I had to have Jack Frost as our dessert. My aunt picked them up on Thursday for a Friday wedding. Not only did they survive the trip but the were an absolute hit!! Everyone was going crazy for them. Our venue even posted them on social media. They were perfect!

Use to be the best place to buy donuts. I remember back in the day when they turned their red sign on, the glazed donuts were hot and fresh. They were the best. Melt in your mouth good. Moved away and haven't been there in at least 20 years. $15.75 for half a dozen of stale donuts. Was there at 10:30 am should have been fresh. I miss the old Jack Frost. Will never go back. Operating hour is until 8pm, but they always run out of donut at 3pm and hung up a sign that says sold out. What kind of business have this terrible operating schedule? Can't make enough donut to last until 8pm? Then change operating hour to close at 4pm.

Jack Frost Donuts go without saying.... the most phenomenal donuts you will ever eat. There is not one single donut on their menu I do not enjoy. They are all so unique and very fresh each day. We had the good fortune to meet Fred who is the owner and he gave us a sample of some of the donut holes. We had a great conversation with Fred and he is an amazing guy who we won't soon forget. This was a great experience for starters. The ladies inside were very friendly and patient with my 4 yearmold niece and I. I loved the selection of donuts that were available and they even had cake pops for her little brother. The donuts were made really well too! Very delicate looking and tasted just as grand! I was a fan of Jack Frost donuts over the years, but went in recently to buy 18 donuts for the co-workers. Picked 18 donuts that were adorned with what I would consider a light amount of frosting/sprinkles. When I checked out the total was $40!!!! Sorry, $2.25 a donut is a bit ridiculous. Very disappointed, glazed donuts seemed stale, raised donuts were dense and hard.Was there at 9am so I don't believe they were day old donuts. Fried donuts were fresher and softer. I remember when JF was on Broadway in Cleveland years ago, they're quality has definitely slipped. Every year I get 3 - 4 dozen donuts around Christmas for work. Been doing that for almost a decade. Always been great, but very disappointed this year. The donuts are about 25% smaller than they used to be and some looked sloppier than Dunkin? yet the price has gone up. Sadly the last year I will be doing this. Not worth it.
