J&J donuts

Really poor quality overall. The good: Their sausage rolls are okay The bad: -almost unbearable oily flavor in their more dense donuts like the old fashioned or the fritter -Fritters have no fruit in them -other donuts are nothing special -sausage breakfast burrito had practically-raw scrambled eggs and very little sausage -out of curiosity, we tried 7-eleven donuts afterwards and thought they were better All I see here are extreme cost-cutting measures. Quality isn?t the goal.

Great variety, fresh coffee, good prices... Just the girls at the counter are never having a good day. Today I went there with my daughter (11.30 am on a Saturday) and they were visibly annoyed because we walked in to buy a couple of donuts... When I paid I didn't get the chance to print my receipt since the girl cleared the sale and said "goodbye" in a rude way. It's a shame, cause the donuts are good, but this was our last time here.

Their donuts are really good and I was coming here all the time! Today I just asked for an extra little squishy toy that comes on top of the donuts (bc one of my kids got one and the other kid was jealous). The worker said ?you?re going to have to pay for that.? I was like ok?and they rang up a charge for $0.10. The tray of those donuts had tons of those little toys in it from people who didn?t want theirs also. So lame having to nickel and dime people that way. Especially loyal customers. It?s not even abo

I ordered letter donuts for my daughter?s birthday and they could not have turned out more perfect. Not only were they adorable and delicious, but the bakers were so friendly and courteous both in ordering and pickup. We had the letter donuts along with glazed and chocolate sprinkle ones at the party. Needless to say they were all gone by the end. I will absolutely be ordering from them again.

Bought a small sausage roll & two glazed donuts. Everything was fresh and delicious! The place smells like a dream. Excellent prices!! The staff was professional and prompt. Will definitely come again and again!

I love this place. Always fresh and delicious. I just discovered the croissant donut. I'm sure have already known about it but let me tell you ... It's hands down my favorite now. The staff are so nice friendly and helpful.

I asked for twilight themed donuts for a bridal shower and they definitely did an amazing job! I loved their enthusiasm and love for the craft! They were absolutely beautiful and delicious.

A few years ago, my daughter and I did a quest to find the best donut in the city. This was before J&J Donuts was around. Let me tell you, they would have won. Hands down. I got some twists for my daughter and I. These donuts are light as a cloud. So delicious they almost melt in your mouth like cotton candy. They have fun designs, kolaches, and breakfast sandwiches as well. Staff was nice and there is seating inside which was pretty popular on a Saturday morning with parents and children. I highly recomm

Wonderfully done doughnuts! My sister loved them! Went in the day before to request some custom doughnuts for my sister's birthday and they went all out with the decorating despite my lack of creative input. Amazing job!

I have yet to actually go inside because I'm lazy but the strawberry donut and chocolate covered donut holes were so yummy, hot, and pillowy. They made me change my mind about the minimum credit card charge of $4., It was worth it, just order another bag of holes. They should really consider adding another exit from the parking lot on the far east side as you leave the drive thru to make the traffic flow better, it's a mess trying to get out when there's a line. Oh, the iced coffee was very good too!

I had the worst customer experience at this donut shop. The very first thing I asked was if they had a 1/2 dozen option to which the employee responded with ?Yes, we do half a dozen?. I proceeded to pick out a few donuts, count how many I had, and asked if the donuts in the next case over were ?included in the half a dozen? because I know sometimes certain donuts have an additional charge. I was told by the employee that yes, they were included. While I was paying I realized my total came out to $10.75, whi

I literally watched this girl take my money with gloves and grab my food with the same gloves. That is unacceptable and I really used to like this place. Then they hassled me when I asked for a refund.

Hands down, best donuts around. You must get there before 10am for full selection of items. They run out quickly. Their sandwiches need some help. They used to be so delicious and served hot. After the staff change a few months ago, the sandwiches aren?t heated up as much and have been cold on quite a few occasions. We just stopped going. We only buy donuts from there now on the rare occasion. So sad? they were our fave and such a convenient location.

Do not listen to the google hours. They close at 12pm. They have a drive thru window (they wear gloves). Reasonably priced and always fresh. Best one I have ever been too.

Above par doughnuts. 4 stars because they always seem to be out of something. Overall a decent place for convenience but a little pricey. (What isn?t anymore)

Love this place! Always so friendly! The breakfast sandwiches are a huge value. The donuts are sooo soft. The cinnamon roll is one of the best I?ve ever had, light and airy like a cinnamon dream.

I love donuts. Gotta be careful on my sugar intake or I trigger a headache, but these are good. I love the drive thru option. I keep missing the pumpkin donuts before they sell out for the day, but that?s my fault because I don?t arrive early enough. I?m definitely a repeat customer here.

Standard quality donut shop with an inflated price tag. The shop typically is out of several things listed on their menu. When interacting with the staff they always seem to have a flat affect. The donut selection is below average, and some of the donuts are noticably smaller (half-sized) than their cheaper glazed donuts. They also do not offer afternoon specials on leftover donuts.

These donuts are honestly some of best I?ve ever had. The drive-thru window is quick and the service is friendly. I drive out of my way to specifically come get these melt in your mouth, sugary sweet calorie climbers. Highly recommended.

Been getting donuts from this place for a while now, quality recently started degrading with today as the last time to get donuts from them. It was dry donuts from how old they were. Why would you sell old donuts at 7am in the morning when it should be freshly made!!! Besides a few of the donuts were over cooked in oil and crunchy as you can see in the pics. Don't recommend this place.

This place used to be really good. Recent change of staff has led to less friendly workers. They're always out of something nowadays. They have cream, but no doughnut to fill it with. They have doughnuts to fill, but no cream or jelly to fill them with. Do better. Edit: 9/10/2022 Yeah I tried them again and went a little earlier. They weren't out of everything I wanted. I asked for the sausage rolls to be heated up. They didn't offer. Got my bag and the sausage rolls were cold. Staff is young, rude, uncar

This place has the BEST sausage rolls I've ever had. The prices are great and every single thing I've had here I've enjoyed. Try the iced coffee for sure!

I really like this place. Most of the donut shops around here have a gross after taste and here I don?t get that! They could be less pricey per donut but I guess that?s what works for them. They have many different styles of donuts which is great for kids! Friendly staff as well!!

The donuts are pretty good. The selection is decent. The music in the lobby is so loud it?s hard to hear. The employee apologized bc she hard a time Hearing me as well. The couple times I?ve gone there, I only order the minimum bc the music is so painfully loud.

There is one thing that earns this place a 5 start rating. Iced coffee. It is the most delicious, scratch-made, iced coffee I have ever had - and that is usually my go to order at coffee shops. This is a MUST TRY if you are an iced coffee fan. It's sweet, but not too sweet, creamy, but still iced coffee not iced creamer (shout out to my scooters review) and just an overall delight.

Always love working with these people. I gotta roll out about 10 dozen donuts for teachers once a month and I just call ahead in the next morning, Bam, drive up, pay with no wait.

The donuts here are very good. They are only open till 1pm each day, but my wife says their donuts are better than Krispy Kreme. They were very good. It was about noon when we went in but they had a pretty good selection and they were good. Price was not bad either.

Good and fresh with friendly fast service

I came across this shop randomly bc its near my house. As I've never been a huge fan of donuts.. this place knows exactly what they are doing. From the fluffy+crisp apple fritter, the melt-in-your mouth plain donut hole, the maple bacon donut, all the way down the best-i-ever-had sausage roll/Kolache.. id say I have been beyond impressed and so excited to give to friends and family. The only item I wasn't too impressed with was the peach fritter.. I can't fault them too much bc of the expectations they set

hours of operation are inaccurate or they just close when they want i?m not sure? came by at 11:53am and doors were locked but online it says they close at 1pm on fridays. this needs to be updated ASAP

I'm new to this area so I wanted to see what was around. I saw this doughnut shop and couldn't resist (doughnuts are my guilty pleasure). I came in and was greeted with the smell of warm, fresh doughnuts. The workers were very kind and didn't shy away from giving me all the help I needed. I will have to bring my wife here, she'll love it !!

The new owners are horrid people they mistreat their staff, talk behind their employees backs to other parents as well as break multiple labor laws. They ask 14 years olds to be at work at 5 am. Work until 1 pm with no break. Improper taxing of wages. All around horrid people
