These donuts were so big and fresh and unique and flavorful.. we had to get some for the road. The employee working was so friendly and very helpful with suggestions. The place was clean and he took time to make the donuts and sandwiches taste and look their best

Wow! I can not believe this place is not more busy! First off, the customer service is phenomenal! Secondly, they make these super fancy donuts right in front of you that not only are super super delicious, but you also aren?t paying nearly as much as you would expect with the size a d quality of these donuts! I plan to come back again to try more of their items!

The donuts are amazing! The coffee is unfortunately only so so. I thought I had heard that they used coffee from Elixir Coffee but it didn?t taste like it. But none the less they put Dunkin to shame. Very little parking, no inside seating, but there is some outdoor seating.

Ordered Caramel Marshmallow latte, cannoli, fried chicken and buffalo chicken wrap, and the sausage egg and sweet. Everyone was satisfied with their meal, and I LOVED the latte and cannoli. Service was quick. Staff was pleasant.

This place is under new management.!! Ty he owner Israel was very welcoming and this place is clean and is a nice little chill spot for some on the go food. I purchased the Bacon Egg & Cheese on a Brioche bun and it was made fresh very good. I also ordered French Toast Donuts. They were good but seem to be missing something. The chicken was absolutely delicious!!! my entire family was super into it. The restaurant is still being worked on in the inside.. but so far it looks so nice and cozy!! Izzy is awesome and his family is great. I was surprised to see it as empty as it was. More people need to eat here.

Stopped in during Grand opening month to meet a very pleasant staff. Beautifully redone space with bright positive vibes and indoor seating. Right now you can order on the app and get bogo chicken sandwiches. I got fresh squeezed orange juice and a maple bacon donut! Great addition to the neighborhood and a must try.

Place was clean employees were very courteous and cheerful. Donuts were very tasty light ,I had french toast and powdered sugar. Also like that they box your Donuts instead of bagging them so they don't get all bundled together and they stay within their flavors .

We are getting a tier of doughnuts for our wedding reception in place of a cake! The catering contact was terrific to work with and she, the managers and employees are super professional and friendly. Price point is reasonable. I've had donuts from the other places in the city (Federal, Beiler?s, and the cronut), they are on par if not slightly better than the others. They make them to order, while you watch. Ordered 5 donuts, 2 glaze and 3 specialty flavors. Came by Uber eats, came quickly! The donuts looked presentable but when we took a bite, we both instantly spit them out. It was old, dry, stale and unflavored. The toppings were not so great either. I do not recommend this location based off of service alone. I called and was placed on hold for 10 minutes while I could hear people in the background joking around. Someone claiming to be the owner then finally picked up with an attitude, no professionalism or interest in helping me. What these business fail to realize is that GOOD SERVICE goes along way. Had been wanting to come here for a while, and sadly they fell short. Ordered the chicken sandwich (mild), chicken tenders (medium hot) fries, and a blueberry donut. Firstly there was no distinction in spice level at all. The fries were so soggy and undersalted. The donut was a plain donut with some blueberry jam on top. The worst crime though was no sauce. None on the sandwich and none to go with the tenders .

The 2 ladies working were extremely nice and quick. I got a hot chicken supreme sandwich which was really flavorful and loved the slaw on it. ( The only reason I took a star off was because I thought the chicken had too much batter on it). Besides that great. Bought a deluxe 1/2 dozen very flavorful as well and filling. Wish some of the donuts had flavored dough and not just it as a topping. I would still recommend to anyone and I will definitely return.

Usually love this place. Order delivery all the time with no issue. Order all sorts of donuts. Get my little one up and all excited to take him there to eat in for first time ever. Went today for the grand re-opening. New owners. The staff was great and my food was cooked to order. I got the spicy premium chicken sandwich. The chicken was hot and spicy and the coleslaw was cold and creamy. What a delicious combination. It was a very juicy(messy in a good way )sandwich! The donuts are horrible. I used to come here often, but the new management/owner downgraded the quality of their donuts completely. They don?t make the donuts in front of you like they used to and the new flavors are not even comparable to the old ones. I was excited to try Factory Donuts, sadly I will never return. I liked that the donuts were made fresh to order and they had a good variety of flavors. However, the dough for the donuts is the same for every flavor. They are cake donuts not yeast. They taste good freshly made but after about 20 minutes the taste went quickly down hill. My advise is to buy only what will be eaten right away because once they cool the taste is so not worth the calories.

Stopped in this past Saturday for a chicken sandwich and a couple donuts. Both are excellent and the chicken sandwich blows away anything you can get at other local places. Only compliant is the fries I bought were pretty bland/soggy. Otherwise, I think everything on the menu is great.

Food was gross. It was slow so they must have given me old stuff. Ordered the mild chicken wings, but they gave me naked wings. Blue Cheese sauce was runny and tasted old. Ordered the Dirty Monkey Donut and It was hard. Wasted my money because we couldn't eat what we got. So disappointed. Will not go back.

I placed an order through Uber eats today. The driver done her job. But the store packed whatever they wanted. Out of 6 donuts only 1 was correct. .I got Caravelle with is supposed to be creme filled. There was no creme in mine. Chocolate deletes and strawberry and creme... No cremes... no cookies it actually look like regular donuts but charged the fancy prices. Total disappointment.

Great place for fresh, custom-made donuts and good coffee. All their donuts are made from scratch right in front of you, and then you have a choice of what kind of glaze, drizzle, and toppings you want on them. A little pricey, but they are very good - especially the Lemon Meringue and French Toast ones!

1/5/23 went in there today. I was hoping to get a hot and fresh donut. The donuts are not made fresh and hot no more. I didn't even get the right donut. My son wanted a cannoli donut and they do not make them no more also. This is not the same place no more. They lost us as customers. Sorry we will not be back.

I?ve given this donut shop a few chances and nothing improves. I?m not a fan of the donuts but that?s not where my issue lies. The service is slow, very slow. Standing and waiting for 5 minutes while the employees converse isn?t something I want to do. They act like they?re doing you a favor. The inside is fairly clean but the outside needs a cleaning. Trash and debris everywhere.

Big fan, the staff is amazing, theyre so happy and nice and helpful. I dropped my donuts one day and went back in to buy some new ones and they recognized me from a few minutes before, said "back so soon?" & i told them what happened, they said "oh, no problem!" & had me step out of the line & made the fallen donuts asap.
