The chocolate glaze donuts and holes are amazing. They put coco in the dough, not a chocolate icing on top. Apricot and blueberry filled are also great and not something everywhere else has; but they don?t have them all the time now.
Best donuts we?ve ever had. We?ve made several trips from over an hour away just to get some maple bars and chocolate filled donuts. You won?t be disappointed, except if they?ve ran out of what you need. The best option is to call or message them the night before so they can stick away whatever you need. Sometimes they sell out fast!
This place has been here in town for as long as I can remember. They never disappoint! My favorites are the chocolate cream filled donuts and the maple bars. There is a reason they have been here for so many years. Always fresh and delicious!
Miss Jo is the coolest Queen I know! She gets you what you want! I love those spicy kolaches on purpose!! Miss Jo you rock! ??????
I just stopped by the Towson store, they only had about 2 dozen assorted doughnuts, I requested a dozen glazed but had to settle for 6 Glaze and 6 chocolate Glaze. It cost $16.50 and they were stale. I thought the price was high so I came home and tried to find their prizing on line, no luck. I thought that was extremely high, but for a good quality it would have been fair, but their product was sub-par. I will go back to Smith's from now on
Excellent service - pandemic style. This was my first personal experience with food service since shtf & I was rather pleased with the experience. We even got my 4 year old her first handmade mask in an adorable unicorn print for only $2!!!
Worst service in years, from any establishment. You go to get donuts and you think you're going to brighten your day from the experience. Not here to rag on the product, but it was mediocre, could've been the bad taste from the manager or whoever was working on Sat Feb 3rd at 8:30a ..either way they lost a customer and 10 of my friends. No need for attitude and rudeness bc this customer wasn't a regular.. (if you see this bet you remember), well I am a regular at other donut shops on Sat mornings. Just want
LOVE their donuts, even good cold - IF they last that long. Apple fritters had LOTS of apple pieces in them. They did get a little soggy after they sat for a while (probably my fault) but it definitely did not affect the taste any. I will definitely be going back. I used to get donuts from here when I was a little girl and they were just as good as I remember.
Terrible service and horrible donuts. Please don?t bring your kids here!
Got a dozen--6 chocolate filled, 6 chocolate covered--at 5:45am on a Friday. The filled were terrible--cold, tough, chewy. The chocolate covered tasted okay, but were comically small (about two thirds the size of typical glazed/covered donuts). The dozen was $17.55.
Stopped in early before work, store had just opened. I called in my order a few minutes ahead... Long story short the donuts were old and half of the ones I got were hard. 34$ wasted and disappointed employees for sure. I do not recommend this place. It was a waste of my time and money.DONUTS WERE DEFINITELY NOT FRESH. IN FACT TWO EMPLOYEES APPROACH ME SAYING THE APPRECIATE THE GESTURE BUT THE DONUTS WERE HARD. TALKING ABOUT EMBARRASSED ??
Worst donuts I have ever tried. They were thick and not soft and fluffy. The cream filled one I got tasted spoiled or something I ate one bite of the cream and knew immediately I didn't want anymore.
This is a basic donut house with a hint of a different kind of dough. I don?t know what I was tasting but it tastes almost like sourdough the glazed donuts are made of. All I can say is I?m thankful that these didn?t taste like every other donut in existence. I would definitely go here again.
Not very friendly. Was there at 6 am and donuts were stale and so much of a old grease taste that I couldn't eat them. Spent $7 for 6 donuts which I feel is high. Would have returned them but I am from out of town. Will not ever go here again.
The donuts are still made like I remember from my childhood. 5-star. The older lady behind the counter, she needs to learn the art of customer service and not be such a sour personality. -1 star for her rudeness.
I ordered two dozen donuts for pick up the next day. I ordered a dozen glazed, half a dozen Chocolate Iced, 3 maple bars, and 3 filled donuts. I paid around $20 ahead of time. Several minutes later they called me back to tell me they left off the 3 filled donuts and I was going to need to pay for that the following day upon pick up. The next day I go to pick up my donuts and they proceed to charge me for the 3 filled donuts except I got recharged for taxes and the credit card fee!! It was not my mistake, I
First time to visit here. I was expecting the same hot, fresh, tasty donuts from my childhood. Sadly, I'm pretty sure that I got leftovers from yesterday. Not terrible, but definitely not what I expected. If I'm in the area again, I'll probably give them another chance to improve my review, just to be fair.
I stopped here because my commute was different this morning. I ordered some glazed donut holes and they came out to be almost $7. Outrageous prices, even in the clerk agreed.
Ended up getting really sick from my stomach after eating there I would not recommend coming here
Small shop located in a strip of stores at a busy intersection but access is easy to get in and out. Good variety of donuts, price about average for most donut shops. Inside seating available for small group of people to sit and eat. Cooler located in lobby with a variety of cold drinks to select from for purchase. Free paved parking.
We love Irish maid donuts but the business is going down hill. There is an older grumpy lady now that works the front. Plus they are never open like they use to be and when you do catch them open they never have what you want or have no donuts at all left with hours left to still be open...we have finally had enough thinking it would get better but nope and we are done never will we support this business again. And this is why small businesses fail...we except you to be open we except to get what we want
Stopped this morning and got a dozen mixed donuts for my work and they were all OLD Donuts! Terrible taste. Everyone here said the worst donuts ever! This place use to be awesome but not any more. Don't waste your time. I guess the best donuts now come from the chinses own places...SAD!
Best in Fort Smith. The right amount of glaze. The cream filling is fantastic and I have only found here. Same with chocolate used as filling and topping. If there is a better combination I have yet to find it. From New Jersey to Arizona, Montana to Florida not a single one can compare.
They have been around for years. And they have never failed to have delicious donuts. This shop has moved over the years and I believe there is more than one location in Fort Smith but the service has never changed. Always A-1 in my books. Check them out. Oh and if you want your office mates to suffer buy a couple of dozen of the mixed and set them out . All those annoying dieting folks will be dying for one and you can watch them squirm.
I visit the store on Phoenix regularly and have to wait in lines sometimes 10 minutes, then by the time I get to the front of the line, there?s a line behind me. AND they usually sell out of the donut I want by the the time I get there. They aren?t friendly either! Tasty donuts do not make up for bad service. And apparently if you leave them a bad review they harass you. I can?t wait for Krispy Kreme to come to Fort Smith. BAD BUSINESS.
Absolutely inaccurate review on pricing by KS Flanagan. We have 7.99 dz glazed, 10.99 for mixed dz. also we value our customers and if we had been called with a discrepancy we would have taken care of them. No respect to disparage a hard working family business on the internet without contacting them first.
This place is amazing!! Everything made from scratch, fresh donuts and pastries made daily. It has that small hometown old fashion feel that adds to the experience. Will never buy donuts from anywhere else ever again.
It's a Thursday and at 9 am their doughnuts are wiped out. Friend told me I need to be there before 730 to have a choice. Two doughnuts I got was an old fashioned and a cream cheese. Liked the taste but but not fresh. I have 5 years working in doughnuts but this came up short. The older lady had no smile or happiness and maybe I was not welcomed. My 3 stars is rated on the doughnuts.
If the donuts aren't fresh they should at least sell them at discount price. Shh...
Ok for white people donuts, the donuts were dense and heavy. The kaloches had american cheese and wasn't made of good sausage. Got a cinnamon roll and it was also tough.
Fair variety, but very limited amounts. Donuts are not as good as they used to be, and service is lacking. Don't plan on going back.
Over priced for some stail hard donuts. Worst donuts I've had yet. Really disappointed in the quality and price. Try donut palace or something, never had a problem there, plus they usually throw in a little extra.
Super friendly lady was working that morning. They didn't have the product I was looking for, but pointed me in the right direction to find it. That kind of customer service is rare. You should definitely try them out!
caught them early in the morning just pullin the Boston Cream filled out of the oven...Great Donuts, Quality service..Place smells really good in the morning with the Coffee brewin and the Donuts cookin..
I live in Muldrow OK and this is only store with my cream cheese doughnuts ?? in a 25 mile radius. Plus they have more options then the other stores. Doughnuts ?? taste great!
LuckyVBAR 1981 has posted a fake review. I am the owner of Irish Maid Donuts & LuckyVBAR is associated with Knesek Guns Inc in Van Buren Ar for which I posted my HONEST review on another site about how I paid cash in full for a product they will not deliver even though I still have my original receipt. He has provided fake news in retaliation & copied & pasted this exact same review on several other sites. Besides,we don't deliver nor do we have a truck as he has stated in his numerous fake reviews & our d
Best chocolate filled donuts in the country! Friendly staff and owner. Glad they have kept Irish Maid a favorite in the Fort Smith area!

Beautiful fresh variety every morning I stopped in mostly on Saturday mornings very early even got in on the Pay It Forward donut Purchase made it all worth it one day when a little guy was behind me wanting a thousand sprinkles on his special donut I made sure that he was able to get that I was also the recipient of my very own box of donuts on another Saturday it's just a comfortable delicious shop!
Overpriced, $15 for 6 glazed, 4 choc. frosted, 2 twists and a pint of choc milk). Plus bad quality. The glazed were flat and dry, the choc was caked on. Skip this place.
Amazing!!!! This place is open through the night for factory workers. It is great for a late night stop during the weekend to fix a sweet tooth. Everything is made there in the store. The customer service is wonderful.
The doughnuts were okay they seemed heavy the frosting was tasty but also you could just feel the sugar in it, it was gritty.
Love their cream cheese donuts and every time I go if they dont have 1 they will make me sum kinda donut that has cream cheese either on top or inside it... Yummy ?????????????????????????????????? ??????????????
Long time business in Fort Smith. The go to doughnut place. Wide selection of classic bakery goods. They all taste good and are priced Right!
Good quality donuts overall however lady was rude and not friendly and don?t plan on using a debit card here they charge u extra without telling u ahead of time ?.oh and what kind of place doesn?t heat up kolache for u
Excellent customer service. They go above and beyond to make customers happy! And the donuts are the best in town!
The donuts are always great but the lady working the counter was extremely rude. She acted like I inconvenienced her just by walking in.
I love there donuts I go there at least once a week in the evening when there open on the weekend. The ppl there r awesome if u havent had there donuts ur missing out
Place is never open. Closes early constantly. Get there at 9 and they are sold out of everything. Use to be great. Now they they are just a waste of a drive 95 percent of the time.
Went out of my way for this place, remembering it from High School. They were practically out of donuts by 9:30 when I came in.
Went this morning around 7 and the lady who served me was extremely rude and the donuts were old and nasty my kids refused to even eat them first and last time you will get my Business
Great place to get donuts. They are fresh everyday. Mouth-watering yummy.
Donuts have went down hill they was the best a year ago. What happened I was so sad.
Ben going here for years prefer it over any other don't place the do-nuts taste truly amazing
Very disappointed September 8th 2021 when for donuts and two kolaches almost $13 got home I would swear I got day old donuts I will never go back to this place
Never open. Drove all the way here from okc for donuts i grew up eating. and theyre not even open on sundays anymore
Been going there since I was a little kid. The service could be better from the owners, but the pastries TOTALLY make up for it.
Yummy!! But I miss Wanda. She would have put Bavarian in my maple bar for me. :(
Okay I love the donuts but I bought a dozen and it cost 30$. INSANE!!
Not only are these donuts the best thing since, but are BETTER than sliced bread! Mad props and love!!!
Best donuts in town. Try the maple bacon bars!
