Instant donuts is a must-visit for any donut lover?the moment you walk in, the sweet aroma and welcoming staff set the tone for an exceptional experience. Their donuts are light, fluffy, and packed with flavor. The staff is what sets them apart, I forgot my wallet at home one day, and realized it after they had already prepared my order. I was so embarrassed to tell them, but they saved me the embarrassment by giving me my order anyway???? It pays to be a regular customer here. I was hesitant to share this

I live close to here and have never been til like a month ago then today. BOTH times I was helped by different ladies and they both were so so so nice and friendly. These donuts are the best in Texas! I drive from Dallas every couple weeks just for their donuts. The glazed donuts are light and airy. I get 1 dozen half glazed & half chocolate glazed Plus a dozen with six blueberry and six chocolate cake with the chocolate icing. Yummy! I really can't say enough about them they are the best!

The most excited I?ve been about finding a new food place! My husband and I moved to this side of town last year and were so happy to have this place down the street. This is our GO to for my girls and I before school. I even bring my employees before work. The boudin kolache, and jalapeno jumbo are my go to's. It's always a treat coming here the staff are always super friendly no matter how early you get there. Most Everything is made fresh daily and is as GOOD as you think!!! We stopped here on a recent trip to visit family. It?s close to their neighborhood, so it was convenient. We got a dozen kolaches and a frosted sprinkled donut. Everything was tasty and the prices were reasonable. The staff were friendly and efficient.

What a fantastic place! Not only were the donuts and kolaches both fresh and very tasty, amazing customer service! My son turned 3 so I asked if they can write happy birthday, they did that and more. They wrote his name, and brought it out to him with a candle lit up, and sang happy birthday to him. I never thought I would experience such kindness at a donut shop, I recommend this place to anyone!

This was our first time at Instant Donuts and it was absolutely phenomenal! A cozy little family-owned business with great customer service and even greater pastries and donuts!! We got the Jalape?o and Cheese Kolache, Breakfast taco, and the Sausage egg and cheese biscuit, and everything was delicious! The bread was soft and fresh, the eggs were piping hot, and the salsa verde was awesome! We live 13 minutes away, but let me tell you..- it is worth the drive! To my San Antonio fam, if you have not tried this place out, you should! They serve some of the best breakfast items I?ve had in a very long time! Their menu is larger than you?d think and they serve tacos as well. Today I had the sausage egg and cheese biscuit, bacon egg and cheese taco, and a sausage and cheese kolache! Four years ago made many photos of Instant Donuts shop. So happy they have survived all the many restrictions imposed by the city during this long Covid19 Pandemic. Those managing this donut shop are doing a terrific job keeping the place sanitary, squeaky clean & baking a large variety of donuts/pastries/kolaches for sell. It was a nice pleasant eperience today. Since we buy our chicken from Church's every week or so, I will make it a point to also give Instant Donuts my business too.

Not bad. Kolaches are solid, though the boudin isn't nearly spicy enough. The donuts were pretty good and my kiddo loved seeing this one. Their bear claws are filled with apple though which is a bit odd. All in all, definitely above average for east SA.

I think better than the mainstream donut places and they are now also adding some creative treats to the menu! Mom and pop feel and service that deserves frequent visits! On a sad note though they stopped doing free bag of donut holes with every dozen purchased (I'm sure bc of the costs rising lately).

Very tasty, handmade + reasonably priced donuts and savory kolaches. Clean and restaurant. Also serves the coffee another River just to enjoy. I?m so glad to have come across this gem of a hole in the wall. I?ve lived down the street for so long and just barely tried them last year. Donuts are ALWAYS fresh and so soft. 1st time here and these are some of the best donuts I?ve ever had. Came in right before closing so the selection was light. I stopped by here with my boyfriend after work early this morning and got sausage jalape?o and cheese and sausage and cheese kolaches, and Thai milk tea along with a couple donuts and everything came out phenomenal. So much so, we went back in to get a few more kolaches minutes later. We will definitely be coming back again to try more! Wonderful customer service!

I've been coming here for years. It is clean and bright, the employees and owner are very friendly and are not afraid to wait on you if there is a line, which there usually is. The choices are ample and fresh, and hey I'm a transplanted NY'er and they have bagels!!! Add a egg, bacon or sausage, and cheese and I'm a happy camper!! Give them a try, you won't regret it!

Was craving some local donut shop donuts so I came by to pick up my usuals, which were all fantastic from here. Thought I'd try their original glazed as well on a whim and and good lord that's the best donut I've ever had. Might honestly look for a non glazed next time because that was the softest best feeling donut I've ever tasted. 10/10 am coming back soon

Krispy kreme and dunkin have nothing on this donut shop. These are probably the freshest tasting donuts I have ever had, not to mention their great prices. Coffee was made fresh when I ordered. A small mom and pop ran donut shop that offers good varieties of donuts and priced accordingly. This is our go-to donut place and has been for the last few years. We normally go about 10:30 and they're already running out of donuts and muffins. The glazed donut after taste I did not care for it all. They have beautiful croissant sandwiches. But when I heated them up the croissant tasted like cardboard. My family likes the kolaches. Because they use eckrich sausage.

Has decent food, very fast service, and is open early enough for me to be able to squeeze a visit into my morning routine without issue. The only possible downside I see is that there's a $4 purchase minimum to use a card. While it's very understandable for small businesses, it does make it a little awkward if you are just buying stuff for yourself. I usually just keep the extra donut or kolache as a snack for a couple hours later. Overall, I would recommend it, especially if you live nearby.
