A great local coffee shop. The baristas are very kind and welcoming. The owner is also very sweet and took the time to get to know us when we placed our order. The donuts are fresh every day and you can tell by how delicious they are! The coffee is amazing too, the best one is the golden spice latte

The owner is about the kindest person you will meet and has built this business from the ground up. At the farmers market I ordered 6 gluten free donuts to pick up the following week. He happened to have one gluten free left over from an order that day. I bought it and it was amazing! But then?.when I picked up my 6 gluten free donuts for $30 (which I think is expensive but you are paying for gluten free) they were terrible! Extremely dry. Not cake like or donut type at all. Casey and his team are the best! I made it point to stop by the cafe when I was in town Easter weekend. A friend and I stopped by on Friday. Casey welcomed us immediately with a bright smile on his face. Very knowledgeable about the menu and was able to recommend some products to us as first-time customers. Atmosphere is splendid, and everything including food displays looked fantastic. We tried a few different doughnuts and they were so so good. Also had the panini, can't remember the name, but it was buffalo style chicken, it was the best I've ever had ! The ranch that came with it was beyond dreamy. We will def be back

Ignite Donuts & Coffee is a must-visit every time we?re in town to see our son at Alma College! The donuts are always fresh and delicious, and the coffee is top-notch. Donut frosting may be run through new equipment. There was a bit of plastic taste. A diner in Sterling Heights ?? had same problem with orange juice of theirs. Running a product through new equipment sometimes creates a plastic taste. Coffee was great ??.

Just got our first few items from Ignite Donuts and they're great! Original donuts, maple and bacon glaze, and then chocolate vegan with chocolate and cookie crumbles. THESE ARE AMAZING! The creme brulee donut had a REALLY NICE crunch with every bite and sooooo flavorful?? my sons had the Oreo cream and a Nutella filled ones that were just as good. These paczki?s are absolutely disgusting. The custard has absolutely no flavor. They slice them in half then put the filling in them. It?s almost like the filling is made in the house by somebody that doesn?t know how to do deserts. Traditionally, they?re dusted with powdered sugar, but these had glaze on them which some do but this is a huge disappointment. I would never buy these again. I would never eat them if they were free, and I really wish robairs was still in business.

First and foremost... there are so many things I like about this place + I very much appreciate the story, the journey, the vision, etc. I have been here several times and I am yearning for consistency. Sometimes the product is flat out sinfully great and sometimes they are dry. Sometimes the establishment is clean and sometimes not so much. We love Ignite for so many reasons, the food is great, the drinks are delicious, and the people are friendly. I am one of those people that never knows what to order, and they always help me figure out just what I'd like! Ignite also has that cozy, open, but easy to work in coffee shop environment. You can tell that they care about their customers. If you're looking for your regular coffee shop this should be it!

My last few visits to Ignite Donuts have been some of the most positive, most enlightening restaurant/coffee shop experiences I?ve had. The staff is extremely polite, genuine, and friendly. Large selection of donuts available to go or made to order (gourmet donuts!). By far my favorite spot in Mt. Pleasant to get a break from the office or host a friend for a coffee and snack.

I have purchased doughnuts and beverages from Ignite since a year ago and always say it has the best atmosphere in town. I love how you can study and chill there very freely and the customer service is top-tier. You can feel the cozy vibes that are rare in other franchise stores. My personal favorite is anything that is like shakes, Frappuccino with chocolate, lemonade, and the filled-in doughnuts!

My roommates and I recently went to Ignite Donuts after our classes to have a study session. We absolutely loved it!!! It was such a welcoming and warm environment. Donuts were incredible! Glaze just as I liked it. I asked for powdered sugar, but there didn't seem to be any. All in all, I loved the experience.

Really great donuts! They are a bit denser than you might be used to as he said he uses brioche dough, but they are seriously good. Not oily/greasy like other shops I've tried. The Nutella and the cinnamon(I forgot what it's called in the store. But it's not filled, just coated in a sugar mixture) are my favorites. Will definitely be back! Super convenient if you're going to Verizon since it's next door. Also, pretty affordable and clean inside.

This was my first time visiting this donut shop. Unfortunately, I will not be back. It was 11:00 on Saturday morning and the case was virtually empty. My son and I chose 1/2 doz plain, cinnamon and sprinkled. The entire car ride home my son kept asking me if I smelled McDonalds. He associated the donut smell with McD?s French fries. This is was my second time going it?s about a 45min drive for me! This time I was very disappointed my donuts were extremely cold they drowned my donuts in way to much icing my donuts were not fresh! I asked for a blackberry lemonade and he just gave me a regular one! I felt rushed not sure if I?ll be back I was so excited and just was bummed out

We were served by Casey and he was very professional and down to earth, answering any questions we had about the menu. He described it as ?Subway for donuts?. We had the maple and vanilla glazes with cinnamon sugar and coconut flakes, respectively, and it was delicious. I ordered the cheddar grilled cheese and it was SO good. I appreciated that it came with apples and glaze as well as flavored popcorn. The pumpkin spice glaze has always been my favorite and it went so well with apples! I also had a latte with oat milk and pumpkin spice which was also tasty. I was heading to work so I couldn't stay but i love the atmosphere. Can't wait to go back!
