Expect to spend all your money here. We got a dozen and still wished we could have tried them all, we weren't even close to the amount that they offered. Our whole family split them and couldn't find a single one we disliked! I've had hurts before and I missed it greatly. This store was a first for me and I love how colorful and fun the inside was!

Heard about this small chain from friends over the years so had to stop in when I was in town and wasn't disappointed. I was a little overwhelmed by all the choices. I guess I'll have to come back to try a bite of everything. I really wanted a maple bacon donut, but they were out and about an hour away from having more. The workers went out of their way to special prepare two long johns that hadn't been dressed yet for us. So kind! Other than that, everything was tasty and the interior was so fun and vibr

This place is so fun on the inside. Swing seats for eating which my daughter loves. The donuts are huge and so are the cookies. So tasty and they are just as good the next day too!

Nice selection of specialty donuts to choose from. The peanut butter cup donut was so good but also an overload of sugar. The cinnamon rolls are so big! The inside has a cool vibe. It probably gets pretty wild in there on a Saturday night. They also have ice cream.

Only negative thing I have to say was the staff was extremely rude. They actually were grumbling and sighing the whole time I was there. I even saw them roll their eyes at the customer in front of me just for asking one question. We were the only people in there btw, if it was busy I would kinda get it but it was very slow. For the positives though, inside was super super cute, love the decor. There were SO MANY doughnut options, I regret not trying the gorgeous looking cinnamon roll! Everything I did get

Donut shop off of Sunshine with inside seating and a drive through. There are a variety of flavors several dairy free and gluten free options. The inside of the shop has a cool, colorful decoration. A fun place to stop for dessert.

I asked for specific donuts due to an allergy, what the heck? Even if it's door dash or not...there is a box that says requests on your app, so I think everyone would be confused. They're expensive, we should be able to choose what we want.

The young lady tonight was so helpful. I have an odd request, I love their cake doughnuts plain. The old downtown location would always get me a batch. Since the move, the staff has been unable to fill my order. The young lady tonight solved the issue with no problem. I appreciated the assistance.

Wonderful place to get a doughnut. The atmosphere is amazing, it has so many quirks. Even the detail down to the bathroom will leave you laughing. The doughnuts were so good that we stopped on the way home and grabbed another dozen! And the quality is great for the price point! This is a must visit in Springfield!!

Pretty good donuts! The blueberry streusel and old fashions are amazing! The Nutella donut is surprisingly good too! It has a bunch of classic donuts & a bunch of unique donuts too! Great choice to get a quick treat! Sometimes the donuts are a bit overly sweet though. Not my thing but if it?s yours definitely give this place a visit! The decorations are amazing too!

I wanted to like this place so bad! Love that it's women owned and the aesthetic is so fun! The staff member working was kind about my questions and helpful. However I tried the dairy free donuts and they were hardly edible. They had a very weird texture, not donut-like at all, and they tasted like sweet eggs. Even my sweet tooth 8 year old said the vanilla was too sweet and she wouldn't eat it. Also I ordered a half dozen vanilla and chocolate basic dairy free donuts and it was $25 which is ABSURD. I came here at night with a group of people and I loved the vibe of this place as soon as I walked in. The wall art and colors combined with the music impressed me. They had a huge variety of donuts which allows almost anyone to find one that they will like. It was nice being able to try donuts I haven?t had before. I got the strawberry cheesecake donut, and I thought it was delicious. The staff was very friendly, and the whole experience was just what I was looking for tonight.

Cool donut place. Very colorful. They had donuts like peanut butter and jelly, Andy's mint, peanut butter cup, birthday cake and many more. I got some gluten free donuts. Yummy. So proud they were able to accommodate my gluten allergy. They were delicious.

This place is such a guilty pleasure. They have so many unique donuts to choose from. We liked the Cookie Monster, and the mint chocolate one. Good place to stop by pick up goodies for friends and families. The shop is cute too. The staff are friendly , parking is right up front.

Absolute sugar overload, and I mean that in a bad way. I don't know how they managed to make the donuts so sweet that they're overwhelming, but they did it and the donuts are bad. Go somewhere else and eat better donuts.

Great donut stop! They have a really fun variety of delicious donuts! Different prices depending on glazed, classic, or special. You can buy soda or coffee or bottles of water. There is a nice seating area available. Staff is polite and customer oriented. We will return!

One star for their exploitation of those with dietary needs. Their dairy free Donuts are half the size of their signature Donuts but almost twice the cost. No special ingredients, just an omission of dairy but 4 Donuts came to $17. Almost $4 versus $2.85 for their signature Donuts. They can do better and hope they do.

I would do 4 1/2 starts really. The location and building is awesome. The donuts are great but they could feel a little oily or heavy. Too dense. Still really good! I enjoyed the variety. Not so much the names. Apparently it?s even confusing for the employees since they got the wrong donut in my box. I noticed when it was too late. Anyways, overall really good!

I went in this evening to buy a couple of donuts. I stood at the counter for almost five minutes watching two young women talking and eating a donut setting back in the kitchen. Never looked up, never mentioned they would be right with me, no acknowledgement at all. The drive through was full, no one was helping anyone. You need to get new staff and take management of your business. This is terrible customer services. The inside of the store also seemed dirty and unclean.

Holy bleep!! ???? this is some serious yummy-ness. I added a pic of the giant menu for your viewing pleasure.. we tried the apple pie and the red velvet cream cheese. wow wow. both were soft and delightful.. the blueberry strussel latte was like a dessert itself.. Donuts are DELICIOUS, prices are meh, service is great but it varies with each person. Kaylee was awesome. They are open 24hrs so great late night snack.

We tried calling before we drove there to see if they had what we wanted but no answer. We we arrived there was 1 person making a special order request for another customer of 2 dozen Cookie Monster donuts (which I learned from trying to call them required a 24 hour notice). We asked her if she was the only one working and she said Yes. 10 minutes later a guy came out of the back to serve us. The donuts were good though.

We are continuing our hunt for the best donuts in NW Arkansas and this would make it up to the top. We visited this location in MO but they have one in AR as well. They will take traditional donuts and Jack them up with lots of toppings. Lot of varieties to try and can?t believe they are open 24x7. Really liked the blueberry crumble. Hands down the best donuts on the PLANET. My life is complete! This place does not disappoint. Variety of donuts that will leave your soul in heaven. Homer donuts, cookie and cream, red velvet, Blueberry, and so many more. The red velvet with chocolate icing, is a must!!! Go by and check them out. You didn't know you needed these in your life, and it will hurt if you.dont satisfy your soul.

Absolutely amazing! The staff member (John) that helped me today went WAY above and beyond. My daughter had a picture of what Halloween donuts she wanted and they didn?t have them out, so I said I would just get a dozen of what they had in the cases. Fun experience from high energy and enthusiastic staff. They put so much creativity into their donuts that they are hardly recognized as donuts. If you like novelty you'll love this place, if you're seeking authenticity I'd look elsewhere.

Hurts is a icon for Springfield like getting your kicks on Route 66 - it wasn?t around when your parents were on their way to CA in a 57 Chevy, but the 57 or more donuts varieties, long johns and plate size chocolate chip cookie, they offer is just a drive away.

We had Hurts Donuts last weekend. We drove by a few weeks ago and knew we had to try it. We tried the red velvet cake donut. Sooooooo yummy! And we took home half a dozen plain glazed. You can really judge a donut shop by their plain glazed.. let me tell you... best I've ever had. Even better than a hot fresh Krispy donut. I was definitely impressed and a little surprised. Was just here a few minutes ago and stood in front of the counter and was acknowledged with a hello but was completely ignored As far as them taking my order, employees continued making donuts and they did not approach the counter to take my order, also seen by another employee who was doing other things behind the counter and completely ignored by them as well.

Donuts were good, the original was different tasting than expected. If it's sour cream donut I'm guessing it was a different sour cream but I still liked it (wife didn't) We picked out 5 and it was 10 and change so decided to get half dozen because it was a dollar more... We absolutely loved Hurts Donuts! Their apple fritters are the size of a small head! Their prices are higher than some donut places, but they make super fancy donuts with lots of character! We will definitely be visiting again when we return to Springfield! The cherry topped donut I ate was so soft, it melted in my mouth! ? Seriously, so good!

The donuts I tried at Hurts Donut Company were very good. They had a great selection of creative offerings including a special flavor made for the weekend, Apple Crisp, which was delicious.

If you want plain boring donuts this is NOT the place for you. The donuts were amazing - I got a dozen in order to try a variety and I don't think we found one we didn't love. I tried the brownie donuts and the Andie's mint (which I was skeptical about) and oh my goodness it was delicious. The so is very nice and big. One side of the shop is where you pick it your donut creation and the other side is the tables. There is more going on than just takes but I got my donuts to go but I will be back.

The first time here was amazing! They have so many donuts to choose from, which makes it hard to choose! It sells like diabetic coma as soon as you walk in as the sugary smells are so strong. Prices are a little pricy but they are fairly big donuts with lots of stuff on top of them. They have so many drink options as well as other things on the menu.

Are you finding yourself thinking, "I want some good donuts... ", but it is midnight... well, if you're around Hurts Donut, you're just in luck. Doesn't matter the time, you can stroll on down and get some delicious donuts. Be ready to ponder for some time because they have several different options and choices you can make. Make sure you get the apple fritter, but bring a minivan because that thing is HUGE.

Best Donuts I've had anywhere in over 40 years. Perfectly mixed and cooked. Very little oil absorbed but fluffy and moist.

Eat local! This is a spot in Springfield that is locally owned and operated. It has that wonderful Springfield atmosphere. Staff greeted us and were very attentive. There is a wide selection of specialty donuts you won't find anywhere else. This place has been on my list for years and I finally got to visit!

Hell. Yes. I'm from Austin, we have VooDoo donuts as our modern hip donut shop. This place stomps it into the dirt and uses it's remains for the dirt n worms donut. Definitely worth checking out if you're in Springfield

We have been to the one in Branson multiple times and love all of the fun and unique flavors. Glad we found the one in Springfield and grabbed a half dozen.

Honestly, despite the fun atmosphere and wide selection, these donuts didn't don't for us. I could taste the artificial vanilla in the glazes and the pumpkin donut tasted like nothing but cinnamon extract. Some of the worst donuts we've had. The chocolate cake was dry and unappatizing. If you want really good donuts with better quality ingredients I recommend Parlor Donuts instead!

If you're looking for variety, they're better than Krispy Kreme. I suppose their specialty would be best described as "Craft Donuts." They are also open 24 hours. If you've never been here and you like donuts, do yourself a favor and check it out.

My wife has been wanting to go here for years, and we finally stopped by! The girl who checked us out was friendly, and helpful which was nice. The donuts were really varied, so we got a dozen. They tasted just as good as we had heard, our only complaint was that they were just too much in the sugar dept. Clearly when you buy donuts you're buying sugar right? I tried my 1st Hurts yesterday unfortunately. (Disclaimer no I don't want anything but for them to do better) After getting home w our order, we all commented on our donuts being stale, the fat & sugars completely soaked into the cakey bit, & frankly gross. Please have a better business model than this. -Sadly, -4 'new' customers

This place would be truly awesome if they had comfortable chairs. The donuts are always fresh, soft, airy and delicious. High traffic location so the tables were not cleaned quickly but they did clean well. Great place to fulfill a sweet tooth.

I am leaving a 1 star review because the music was so loud and over stimulating at 2am in the morning when I was trying to order. I almost could not place an order. However the worker tonight dude with longer hair was amazing and tried to be helpful despite him not being able to control the music. I thought he ordered a dozen donuts when I saw the box. Turned out the fritter just required a box that big because it was massive.

The donuts are AWESOME!! My favorite donut is the maple bacon donut but it is even better in a milk shake. Got the Strawberry cheesecake and red velvet cream cheese. They were the best donuts my daughter and I have ever had! The flavor combinations were immaculate! 10/10 highly recommend. However the girl at the window looked annoyed, didn't tell me my total till I asked. Donuts were good but they need to work on their attitudes.
