24 HOUR DONUT SHOP!!!Do I need to say more? I was familiar with the Lincoln location, but this one was new to me. Luxury donuts and quirky decor are two of my favorite things. There are donuts with rich, sweet, chocolate goodness, encrusted crunchy oreos, strawberry cheesecake smoothness. So, so good. Stop reading and go get a donut. ??????

Came in at around 8:30. Customer service wasn't the best. It was my first time there so I was checking out all the different donuts they had and the lady serving me looked like she was impatient and I felt rushed in my decision. We came here 2 years ago and it was clean with friendly staff. I was heartbroken when I found out that in my hometown of Kansas City, that we no longer had Hurts Donuts in our city. Since my time in Omaha, NE, I have found my favorite shop once again! Joy, rapture! My favorites are the Apple Fritter, large enough for 2-3 people and the Old Fashioned. Even my special guest fell in love with the donut holes. Hip, hip, hooray!

I love Hurts donuts but the inside of this location is lacking some cleanliness. The drink station was a mess, not to mention over half the drink options were out of order. Took awhile just to grab a regular dozen but the poor guy was taking on a full line of people by himself.

Pretty delicious and moist. A ton of interestingly crazy toppings and flavors. We tried blueberry strudel which was probably the best donut I've ever had. The salted caramel cheesecake, reese's peanut butter cup, a chocolate ring, blueberry cheesecake and more. There were 2 categories of donuts, cake donuts and yeast donuts to choose from. I prefer the soft, fluffy yeast donuts that melt in your mouth. 10/10 Try 'em.

Donuts have been consistently stale and the last visit the staff was very rude and made it an unwelcoming environment. We walked in pleasant and greeted them despite them not greeting us at all nor making eye contact. They made a point to leave to go to the back so no one was up front to help us and continued to ignore us as if we weren?t there. Would not recommend and do not plan to go back.

This restaurant has only occupied this space for a few years, but the place looks super run-down. The girl working behind the counter was extremely rude. You may think the donuts are a bit pricey but when you look at the attention and detail they give to each one it is well worth it. If they say the donut is Salted Caramel you taste it if they say it?s Key Line that is what it is. Some places the donuts look different but they taste all the same. Very disappointed went today at around 1pm everything was stocked looked fresh but when we got home went to eat then they all were very dry and stale. This is the second time this has happened. Miss them when they were fresh and amazing. The service wasn?t the best either she didn?t really seem like she wanted to be there. On December 12th I went to Hurts for my son?s 16th birthday. I had no ideal what to get him. He is the pickiest person I know. The staff showed me doughnuts that spelled out Happy birthday. It was perfect!!! And he loved it!

Very disapointing! Looked at the menu online so we had some idea of what we wanted to try. They had very few of the ones we saw. We were told a machine is down and they cant fill donuts. Who owns this place? I wish I read the reviews before I stopped. I had been to the one in Lincoln a few years back so I thought I would try the gluten-free again. I live close by and love their chocolate cake donut with chocolate frosting. To get a fresh donut, I will ask them to pull from the rack from that morning. Which I do appreciate. Otherwise if I pick anything from what?s displayed, it dry and tastes old. They never have a regular glazed donut, only glazed donut holes. Which usually are dry and taste a couple of days old. Wow. I'd heard good things about this place, but never been there before. I decided to stop over for the first time the other day, and it was definitely an experience. First of all, be prepared to be a little overwhelmed by the donut selection. Second of all, be prepared for some surprisingly delicious donuts. The toppings are excellent, of course, but the real star is the actual donut itself. They really are excellent.

Tasty! But be warned, if you are a true donut enthusiast, Hurts only does mainly cake donuts for their flavor offerings. If you have a fried donut preference, you will almost certainly be disappointed in the limited flavor availability. If you like both or just cake donuts, Hurts will do!

My 4 year old loves the cookie monster donuts and that is the only reason I go back. Pretty disappointed this morning. Stopped by to grab a kolache and was told in order to get one I would have to order them 24 hours in advance! The front employees walked away as soon as I entered the building; to which there was no where else in there which was odd. We got a dozen donuts and they were all incredibly dry and the chocolate ones had an abnormal bitterness. Prices are ok but definitely don't recommend going out of your way for this place.

If you want an Apple Fritter, this is the place to go. Not as many apples per fritter square inch as I would prefer(more is always better), but still a delicious and delightful treat. Bigger then your hand or face!

OMG these donoughts are everything. The Oreo one was my favorite. It was a soothing satisfying deep chocolate taste with a frosting that melts in your mouth. It has these Oreo toppings all around the donought for a perfect crunch. You do definitely need a glass of milk, coffee etc to pair it with but sooo good. We returned this holiday and were extremly disappointed, we were there around 9am on a Saturday morning, there were next to no choices of donuts and I could not even order coffee, I was told there was none available. Used to love this place but our most recent visit on 12/15/2024 was our last. Entire place was filthy and the coolers for the milk were filled with literal black mold and spilled milk. I should have taken a picture. It was disgusting. Our donuts were stale despite getting them at 9:30 AM and frankly, I didn't want to eat them anyway after seeing how dirty everything was. Sad to see it's gone so far downhill. The mold has to be a health risk. Nasty.

One of the best donuts I've ever had. I love the different flavors/option. My favorite one was over the summer when they had the key lime pie. They are always open late, so late night after bar snack. Service as always been on point and friendly. Check them out.

Donuts were really good! Until I saw the bathrooms.... They were DISCUSTING!!!! toilet paper shreads all over the floor. Dried pee stains on the toilet seats. Handles were sticky, I didn't even want to wash my hands in the sink as the trash can was over flowing and dirty diapers were on full display touching the sink.

Came in this morning with family visiting from out of town who were specifically looking forward to the experience. Left disappointed. They were out of at least half of their donuts, including Jesus and glazed donuts. They were also out of coffee somehow. It was an incredibly disappointing visit.

Affordable donuts? I bought 4 - FOUR donuts for almost $11! Donuts are good, but I don't think as great as people say. I had the "pie" donuts, apple, cherry, lemon. Just a dab of pie filling in the middle. For almost $3 a donut? Not sure if I'd go back. Mainly because of the price. And yes, there were NO regular glazed donuts, just some donut holes.

Really delicious fancy donuts with interesting flavors. Loaded down with frosting of various sorts. Fast service and pricing you'd expect for this type of pastry. I didn't care for the cake donut based ones so next time I'll skip those. The server had a pleasant attitude.

On 3/14 at 10:45, a customer brought a dog in. She was clearly friends with the employee and put the dog on top of the food case and took a picture. So gross. Pretty sure she was given free donuts too. Get better employees.

An amazing selection of huge donuts! Prices are great and staff is super friendly. I personally love the huge apple fritters!
