24 HOUR DONUT SHOP!!!Do I need to say more? I was familiar with the Lincoln location, but this one was new to me. Luxury donuts and quirky decor are two of my favorite things. There are donuts with rich, sweet, chocolate goodness, encrusted crunchy oreos, strawberry cheesecake smoothness. So, so good. Stop reading and go get a donut. ??????
Came in at around 8:30. Customer service wasn't the best. It was my first time there so I was checking out all the different donuts they had and the lady serving me looked like she was impatient and I felt rushed in my decision. She didn't smile the whole time and it felt like she was in a bad mood. The coffee machine is down (they haven't cleaned it and don't plan to it feels like). After all that and seeing all the donuts that LOOKED tasty from the outside, they all ended up bland and just dry. It dried
Reminds me of Voodoo donut! Everything we tried was solid but my favorite was the strawberry streussel. There is a nice variety at this place, offering much more than the typical glazed and frosted donut. I will say, one complaint is that they didn't have many of the items listed on their sites menu. I came in with a list and left with maybe 2 of the actual donuts I'd wanted. Still, I enjoyed all of the flavors I ended up with. The guy working there was helpful in recommending his favorites as well as the
Thank you Hurts Donut for your amazing service! They were so accommodating and helpful when we wanted to find out the gender of our baby. The donut was adorable and delicious!
We came here 2 years ago and it was clean with friendly staff. Came today at 9:25AM (8/2/24) and the tables were sticky and we had to wipe it off to sit, 2 swings are out of order and one has a skeleton on it? the bathroom was pretty gross and obviously hadn?t been tended to for quite some time- trash can overflowing (I spared you all the picture of the one toilet). Selection was decent, donuts were decent? my daughter was bummed the cotton candy donut didn?t come with cotton candy on it even though there w
Old fashioned, delicious.fast friendly service. Young man was hustling only one up answering about shirts available only in small size, collector cup promo, why out of fritter, maple bacon, cinnamon rolls this early in day. Perhaps, others back baking, creating, decorating, doing nook, creating schedules, or what not. He would go to next person trying to smile on and serve. Tipped him but probably goes to all shift workers, that's fine.
lobby is cool, went there at 3 in the morning once with some buddies. how in the world do you run out of glazed donuts? i KNOW yall aint busy. this was half a year ago, i still think about it. none of us have gone back since. the other options we picked up that night were mediocre at best. i remember vividly how stale they were.
The Omaha location is seriously lacking! I've been in a couple of times now. The store is dirty and out of stock of many things.. napkins, straws, popular donuts... The store had broken seats and overflowing trash. The donut cases were less than half full. We took quite a drive to visit and were disappointed both times. The staff wasn't cheerful at all and the atmosphere was not fun. Other hurts donut locations have impressed me so much that I was hopeful this location would be the same. The donuts we bough
I remember when this location opened a couple of years ago! Seeing as my boyfriend and I work overnights and there is rarely anything of quality open at that hour, we were absolutely ecstatic. For a while, we were able to stop in at night, were greeted by kind staff and were given multiple choices of donuts. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. Around midnight on 4/15/25, we stopped in after multiple so-so experiences with the decision to give them another shot. I grabbed a salted caramel chocolate d
Was so looking forward to visiting this storied donut shop with my work family today and to be honest, I will likely not be going back. To start, they didn?t have coffee. Uhhh?what? Donut shop with no coffee is like cereal with no milk. Then the donuts?phew, looked great, tasted stale and dry. Meh. Lastly the service was horrible, the gentleman clearly didn?t want to be there. We were literally the one folks in there and it was as if we were bothering him.
This used to be the place I took my kids for a special treat. When we arrived the other day in the middle of the day on a Saturday, the lobby was empty. The two people working behind the counter could barely look up from their phones to greet us. The tables were all dirty and sticky. We were given the donuts in a to go box even though we intended to stay and eat. I got up to look for napkins and was surprised there weren?t any. Anywhere. I went back to the front to ask for some and was greeted with a shru
I hadn?t been to Hurts in a couple years, I decided to revisit it this morning post run. When I came in the cases were half empty, and I was told there was no coffee available. They had espresso and cappuccino type drinks available, but no just straight up coffee. How can a donut shop be out of coffee at 830 on Sunday morning? With this being the case I was concerned about the quality of donuts waiting for me, I should have followed my instinct. The three donuts that I ordered all tasted stale and old, bumm
I was heartbroken when I found out that in my hometown of Kansas City, that we no longer had Hurts Donuts in our city. Since my time in Omaha, NE, I have found my favorite shop once again! Joy, rapture! My favorites are the Apple Fritter, large enough for 2-3 people and the Old Fashioned. Even my special guest fell in love with the donut holes. Hip, hip, hooray!
I love Hurts donuts but the inside of this location is lacking some cleanliness. The drink station was a mess, not to mention over half the drink options were out of order. Took awhile just to grab a regular dozen but the poor guy was taking on a full line of people by himself.
ALWAYS out of thee same donuts?? ALWAYS have two trays full of thee same donuts! Make what?s in demand!!!!!! It?s 100+ degrees might be a good idea to not run out of shake products.
This was my first visit and immediately noticed the tables weren't wiped down, trash can overflowing and I'm not sure when the floor was last swept. Understandable if they were busy but this was after 1:30 with no other customers. On a positive note, the donuts were really good.
I love a donut as much as the next person but was disappointed in the actual donut. We stopped in after dinner and LOVED the atmosphere. Super fun place with the swings along the wall for seating. When you see the counter I almost felt analysis paralysis because there were SO MANY options and all looked delicious! We got 4 donuts: The Homer, brownie, apple/cinnamon, and fruity pebbles. I thought the donut was ok, nothing to write home about. Might have been because we were there in the evening but wasn't m
Pretty delicious and moist. A ton of interestingly crazy toppings and flavors. We tried blueberry strudel which was probably the best donut I've ever had. The salted caramel cheesecake, reese's peanut butter cup, a chocolate ring, blueberry cheesecake and more. There were 2 categories of donuts, cake donuts and yeast donuts to choose from. I prefer the soft, fluffy yeast donuts that melt in your mouth. 10/10 Try 'em.
Came for the first time and got a half dozen donuts that tasted stale and strange. At 10 am, they had no coffee and didn?t know how long it would take to make more. The bathroom floor was sticky and trash overflowing. Not worth your time or money.
Stopped in this morning around 8:30. Pretty good selection of donuts. Kids enjoyed the swings. However, every surface seemed dirty, including the floors. Napkin dispenser was empty. Bathroom was a mess with overflowing trash can. Probably won't be back.
Donuts have been consistently stale and the last visit the staff was very rude and made it an unwelcoming environment. We walked in pleasant and greeted them despite them not greeting us at all nor making eye contact. They made a point to leave to go to the back so no one was up front to help us and continued to ignore us as if we weren?t there. Would not recommend and do not plan to go back.
This restaurant has only occupied this space for a few years, but the place looks super run-down. The girl working behind the counter was extremely rude. She wasn't friendly or welcoming and acted like our presence was a bother to her. The donuts themselves were ok but the ones we really wanted were sold out and the selection of bottled drinks was very limited.
Donuts were stale. Definitely not as good as normal. Also weren?t put together like normal- is this really their new cookie monster donut? Disappointing. The service was awful - the lady working was extremely rude. Worst experience we have ever had at a Hurts.
I?ve been to this place now twice and both times they did not disappoint. Not only are the staff super friendly the place is very unique and clean. I love all of their varieties of donuts and the overall atmosphere of this awesome place. I would definitely recommend getting at least a half dozen because after the first donut you are going to want another. Also get the donut shake ??
My husband went in today (April 2025) and bought a half dozen. 3 raised salted caramel and 3 cake - peanut butter, snickers, and chocolate with nuts. He got there at 7:30 am so it's not like it was 4 pm with stuff sitting out all day (although being open "25/8" as they say, there really should be no excuse for old donuts. First - ALL 6 of them were HARD. I mean bang it on the table hard. So we bite into them. Mine raised, his cake. They were so stale tasting, dry, and just crumbled. I asked him if he bough
The past two times we have been there for donut milkshakes they say they can?t make milkshakes because they don?t have enough staff, I don?t know why they can?t make them when the place was empty before and after we left. Today we called to check before we drove 25 mins to avoid the same issue. The girl replies with yes but I don?t know where all the things are. As someone who has worked in food service before, y?all need to train your staff better, take things off the menu that you are gonna be too lazy to
You may think the donuts are a bit pricey but when you look at the attention and detail they give to each one it is well worth it. If they say the donut is Salted Caramel you taste it if they say it?s Key Line that is what it is. Some places the donuts look different but they taste all the same. Hurts does not stop at the stunning presentation which is pretty awesome too! Did I mention they have friendly people working there also ? Bottom line a must try place for sure
Very disappointed went today at around 1pm everything was stocked looked fresh but when we got home went to eat then they all were very dry and stale. This is the second time this has happened. Miss them when they were fresh and amazing. The service wasn?t the best either she didn?t really seem like she wanted to be there. Not sure what is going one but owners might want to reevaluate their situation!!!
THAT was good! ???? I hadn?t been to Hurts Donut before and am glad I went. What a great little spot! Great atmosphere for the kids? A sign warns that solicitors and troublemakers will be glazed and sprinkled ?? Left with more donuts than I had planned on, but I?m sure you will too!
On December 12th I went to Hurts for my son?s 16th birthday. I had no ideal what to get him. He is the pickiest person I know. The staff showed me doughnuts that spelled out Happy birthday. It was perfect!!! And he loved it!
Very disapointing! Looked at the menu online so we had some idea of what we wanted to try. They had very few of the ones we saw. We were told a machine is down and they cant fill donuts. Should have left then because what we did get were very stale. Cut into a couple to try but some are hard as rocks. Will have to just throw them away. They are to expensive to be stale. Unfortunately, will not recommend to this location.
This donut shop is magical for kiddos to come and enjoy the atmosphere and a sweet treat. This morning -8:45 on a Tuesday was pitiful. Zero napkins for customers except near checkout, empty creamer station, note on the dry creamer saying it gets clogged but works, every trash can overflowing. Spills and splashes all over the coffee bar containers on the coffee bar covered in built up gunk in every corner sprinkles under every dining room seat and table and no clean table to sit at. I am usually forgiving at
As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a symphony of out-of-order signs. Seriously, it?s like a treasure hunt to find something that actually works. The floor? Filthy. The trash? Piled high. The coolers? Barely any drinks in sight, like they?ve been raided by a pack of thirsty zombies. Speaking of zombies, let?s talk about the guy behind the counter. Poor soul looks like he?s seen the end of days and is just waiting for the sweet release of? anything else. His customer service skills are on par with a ro
Nice cool vibe. I was in Omaha for a a few days and saw them. A lot of fun flavors to choose from
Went there 3 morning in a row, grab a few donuts, still could not get a cup of coffee, the machine was out of order. Trash cans full, dirty in places, manager needs to be relieved of her job!!!!
I placed an order for birthday donuts for my son. I spoke with Lindsey who was extremely friendly and helpful. When I picked the donuts up the night before my son?s birthday (at a different Hurts donut location) they were not what I expected. I called Lindsey as I thought maybe there was confusion with the order. She went above and beyond and not only replaced the donuts but had them brought directly to us (and we aren?t located close to the store). When I opened the new box of donuts I cried because I was
The 2 guys working were very nice and attentive I got 2 donuts, Cookies N creme and Twix The twix was moist and delicious, the other fell apart and crumbled as i ate it, pretty dry and not great, but its a donut at 2am, I didn't expect morning fresh... ive also had deliveries from here and they are always fast, solid 4 stars and thats mainly cause of the friendly workers and I like that you get a box even for only two
the service was fine, but when we walked in there was barley any selection of doughnuts! they were missing at least 10 kinds. My doughnut was freaking crunchy?. I GOT ONE OF THE SOFT DOUGH ONES! and it ended up being crunchy and oily and was so unpleasant, I normally love these doughnuts but this was by far the WORST doughnut i?ve ever had in my life?. go back to what you used to do cause it was way better.
Every time I come here(which isnt often and now I know why). Open 24/7 and I can't even get a simple order of a dozen glazed donuts. There was 4 in the case and can't even offer to make more. Horrible customer service
Who owns this place? I wish I read the reviews before I stopped. I had been to the one in Lincoln a few years back so I thought I would try the gluten-free again. As many have posted, the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Even though the donuts I picked were "ok," I will not return, and I don't recommend this place at all. The owner REALLY needs to get in there and clean it up! If the front is a disaster, imagine where they make the donuts. This place could be awesome, but how could you run out of coffee
This place seems like it's going downhill. I've been here twice this year and both times they were out of coffee and we're missing a lot of donut options on the case. How does a donut shop not have coffee on a Sunday morning?
This place is great. I'm a apple fritter person and they have the biggest & tastiest I've ever had. Haven't tried the donuts yet but I'm sure they're just as great.
I have been staying less than 1 mile away from this place from the past 4 years, but didn?t realize that this place is open 24 hrs all days. Donuts were fresh, moist and tasty, I felt they were bit too sweet for me but this place has a variety of flavors on offer, a must try place for sure.
This was my second attempt to visit and decided to go during a weekday evening so that we don't have to wait in line on a weekend morning. The donuts were very tasty, my husband and I tried Snickers, Twix, Jesus, Smores, Cookies 'n Cream and Oreo Cheesecake. We didn't really care for Jesus or Twix, but the others were pretty amazing. We were a little bummed that they didn't have apple fritters, but I guess this will give us a reason to visit again. The employees were patient with us since it was our first t
I live close by and love their chocolate cake donut with chocolate frosting. To get a fresh donut, I will ask them to pull from the rack from that morning. Which I do appreciate. Otherwise if I pick anything from what?s displayed, it dry and tastes old. They never have a regular glazed donut, only glazed donut holes. Which usually are dry and taste a couple of days old. I wish they focused on having more basic style donuts available and less dressed up style that tend to sit for too long in the display case
Wow. I'd heard good things about this place, but never been there before. I decided to stop over for the first time the other day, and it was definitely an experience. First of all, be prepared to be a little overwhelmed by the donut selection. Second of all, be prepared for some surprisingly delicious donuts. The toppings are excellent, of course, but the real star is the actual donut itself. They really are excellent.
Tasty! But be warned, if you are a true donut enthusiast, Hurts only does mainly cake donuts for their flavor offerings. If you have a fried donut preference, you will almost certainly be disappointed in the limited flavor availability. If you like both or just cake donuts, Hurts will do!
Hands down the best donuts ever! Service is always great too! Warning: once you go, you will return for more!
So fun. The line was nearly out the door but it went fast. Great selection and oh so yummy. Felt a little weird sitting inside eating as the line of people surround you but it was a fun time. So glad they are in town.
They NEVER have any glazed donuts, especially during peak hours! And the same as the other complaints and ratings, they say to order 24 hours in advance! How the hell is it a donut business that never has glazed?! A business will tank when it cannot meet customers demands!
This place was phenomenal. Came in at 1:30am and the service was extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone inside was chill and cool. Very clean! The donuts were very fun to pick out and were loads of fun to devour! They're definitely very filling. A rad 24 hour donut shop!
My 4 year old loves the cookie monster donuts and that is the only reason I go back. Never had issues before, but the last couple of times (in the past month) the girl behind the counter (after 5:30 p.m both times) seems annoyed for no reason. Both times we ordered exactly the same donuts, but somehow we got charged different amounts. And customer service was very poor, but she eagerly offered the screen both times for a tip to be added- for not even taking the time to place 4 donuts inside the box in suc
Pretty disappointed this morning. Stopped by to grab a kolache and was told in order to get one I would have to order them 24 hours in advance! It?s crazy to me that they are even listed on the menu without some sort of note of this 24 hour requirement. The staff was friendly, no issues there. Either way, I probably wont be coming back.
The front employees walked away as soon as I entered the building; to which there was no where else in there which was odd. We got a dozen donuts and they were all incredibly dry and the chocolate ones had an abnormal bitterness. Prices are ok but definitely don't recommend going out of your way for this place.
If you want an Apple Fritter, this is the place to go. Not as many apples per fritter square inch as I would prefer(more is always better), but still a delicious and delightful treat. Bigger then your hand or face!
OMG these donoughts are everything. The Oreo one was my favorite. It was a soothing satisfying deep chocolate taste with a frosting that melts in your mouth. It has these Oreo toppings all around the donought for a perfect crunch. You do definitely need a glass of milk, coffee etc to pair it with but sooo good. The others I was told was equally delicious in their own right.
My first visit to the Omaha location and was a bit shocked at the condition of the place. It was very dirty?everywhere. The one employee we saw there on a Friday morning was very unenthusiastic about having to come out from the back to take an order. She also claimed they were out of coffee. However it looked as if the coffee machines at the front of the store and behind the counter had not been in operation for some time. Management needs to give the place a serious overhaul. The only saving grace is the d
We are visiting family, we are from Australia. Last year we had the best experience with a family donut breakfast. We returned this holiday and were extremly disappointed, we were there around 9am on a Saturday morning, there were next to no choices of donuts and I could not even order coffee, I was told there was none available. Who runs out of coffee at 9am. Also 1 person serving at such a busy time seemed silly to me. I don't think I will return on my next holiday.
They were out of a lot of donuts but still had a big selection. The donuts were pretty good. The tables and chairs were all dirty. I used the restroom, the stall I used was decent. The trash can was overflowing with trash. Not a place I'd return to.
Love the swing seats. This place smelled like burning oil and was filthy. The cashier seemed miserable to be waiting on us. The place has potential but seems like it's been neglected a lot.
Very professional and friendly staff. Delicious flavors that never get old. Everything from a classic glazed or donut holes, to the decorative ET, Bart Simpson or Cookie Monster. Definitely worth the drive and the prices are reasonable.
This place is way too expensive to be serving day old donuts. What a shame to drive all that way and be disappointed with rock hard, flavorless donuts. I won?t be back.
Our grandchildren couldn?t wait to get to Dunkin Donuts for a treat after a soccer match. But guess what? They were closed from 2:30-4:30 pm. Now what? We were visiting from out of state and didn?t know how to keep our promise. They suggested going to Hurts. So happy that they thought of that. Hurts says that they are open 25 hours a day, 8 days a week. The selection was incredible, something for everyone. Unfortunately for the adults, the coffee was cold, but that didn?t affect the kids. Wish we had one in
Delicious. Truly out of the box flavors to choose from. Staff is patient & helpful. The decor is genius. The swings around the wall counter for setting is so well thought out. We're in our 60's & loved it. Thank you Hurts Donuts... Their company trucks are great !!!
Used to love this place but our most recent visit on 12/15/2024 was our last. Entire place was filthy and the coolers for the milk were filled with literal black mold and spilled milk. I should have taken a picture. It was disgusting. Our donuts were stale despite getting them at 9:30 AM and frankly, I didn't want to eat them anyway after seeing how dirty everything was. Sad to see it's gone so far downhill. The mold has to be a health risk. Nasty.
One of the best donuts I've ever had. I love the different flavors/option. My favorite one was over the summer when they had the key lime pie. They are always open late, so late night after bar snack. Service as always been on point and friendly. Check them out.
OUTSTANDING!! thank you for answering Omaha's emergency donut call. you have the most delicious donuts I've ever had.
Donuts were really good! Until I saw the bathrooms.... They were DISCUSTING!!!! toilet paper shreads all over the floor. Dried pee stains on the toilet seats. Handles were sticky, I didn't even want to wash my hands in the sink as the trash can was over flowing and dirty diapers were on full display touching the sink.
O can't seem to get apple fritters no matter what time I go but I am always pleased
Amazing no complaints wonderful service, great treats, amazing atmosphere, clean, humorous, best Donut place I have EVER gone to.
Love a good hurts donut! Went on a Friday morning. There were no bacon maples (bummed as they are my favorite!). Gotta have one of those! The rest of the donuts were stocked.
Best donuts in Town so far and for an affordable price for a dozen. A large variety to choose from. This place have a outside patio to enjoy a good coffee cup and delicious donuts.
Used to love this place but now every time I get donuts they are stale and old, doesn?t matter what time of day we go.
I went Saturday, 8-24-24 at 11:15am the place was a mess! Garbage pilled high and all the tables were dirty! It took forever to get assistance and when the child came to the counter I jokingly said for a donut discount I will wipe off all the tables, he said I guess and before I cussed him out my sister suggested we leave because if the place was that dirty the donuts probably were too! Sincerely disgusting!!!
place used to be the best, they are going downhill quick! not much of a variety any time of the day! here lately the few donuts available are hard and dry! used to be our favorite donut stop, not so much anymore. also a couple employees act like they don't want to be there anymore.
If you're going to be sitting there bring your own seat cushion. The metal chairs are atrocious. Don't expect coffee to be available in the evening. The staff doesn't know how to run the one that works
I've drove by this place for years and never stopped in, today was the day. I was kinda late 1045 ish still had plenty of donuts to pick from. Definitely will make my next visit earlier.
The most fantastic, creative, amazing doughnuts in town! Plus they're open 24 hours...THE BEST
Visiting from Florida and was searching for my donut fix. This was a great stop! The employees were super helpful and sweet, and the donuts are YAS. ?? Next time I?m in Omaha I?ll be back! ??
Came in this morning with family visiting from out of town who were specifically looking forward to the experience. Left disappointed. They were out of at least half of their donuts, including Jesus and glazed donuts. They were also out of coffee somehow. It was an incredibly disappointing visit.
Great donuts, atmosphere and people. Plus they offer a military discount :) Worth the wait!
Affordable donuts? I bought 4 - FOUR donuts for almost $11! Donuts are good, but I don't think as great as people say. I had the "pie" donuts, apple, cherry, lemon. Just a dab of pie filling in the middle. For almost $3 a donut? Not sure if I'd go back. Mainly because of the price. And yes, there were NO regular glazed donuts, just some donut holes.
Really delicious fancy donuts with interesting flavors. Loaded down with frosting of various sorts. Fast service and pricing you'd expect for this type of pastry. I didn't care for the cake donut based ones so next time I'll skip those. The server had a pleasant attitude.
One kid...pumping it out on a weekend. Usually not a good mix, but this kid was good. Told him to give me a dozen, an eclectic mix I told him...got em home, and..perfect. Great donuts, and friendly, good service. ?? a win...definitely recommend ??
Worst experience at a donut shop in a while. This place has gone down hill. Used to be fun and lively now dumpy and dull. The environment looks unkept. We were the only ones in there and The guy at the counter didn?t even greet us. I said hello and he stared at us I thought maybe he didn?t hear me so I said hello again and blank stare. Wow. Almost walked out but my son was so excited to get a donut we continued on. When we checked out the guy didn?t even give us a total until we asked. Won?t be back.
Went in to get an apple fritter and was told that I had to contact them 24hrs in advance to get one. Are you kidding me? Service was not very friendly either - will take my business elsewhere.
On 3/14 at 10:45, a customer brought a dog in. She was clearly friends with the employee and put the dog on top of the food case and took a picture. So gross. Pretty sure she was given free donuts too. Get better employees.
An amazing selection of huge donuts! Prices are great and staff is super friendly. I personally love the huge apple fritters!
