Hot N Creamy Donuts

First time patron...best chocolate glazed donuts ever! The ham & cheese croisant hit the spot too. I only wish I had discovered this gem sooner. The young lady at drive-thru window was very patient with me and I really appreciated her early morning friendly demeanor. I shall return!

Hot N Creamy is the best donut shop in Sherman. I'm a super huge fan of the strawberry shortcake. It is so fresh and the tang of the strawberry goes so well with the fluffy sweetness of the donuts. The owner is also so great. They ran out this morning and he took the time to make me one, fresh. Literally the highlight of my day!

I'm telling you these are the best dam donuts I've ever had in a while. They don't taste like grease over fried that are badass i would highly highly recommend this donut place. I wish I hadn't had to leave today. I'd stop by in the morning and grab some more.

I come here constantly for my kids and my wife. Especially before my daughter's cancer treatments. They make us feel welcomed and treat her so good. And my other kids they treat lovely. Amazing family friendly place. 10/10

This donut place is always PACKED. If you know anything about donut places, you know how good they are based on the amount of people trying to rush to be the first ones to get them in the morning. Yeah, it's rundown on the outside, but as far as I can tell, so is every other business in the whole town of Sherman; it's just a rundown town, so you can't judge by that. I just went through the drive-through window. The young woman working it was very friendly and wore a mask, which is important to me. I would have left immediately and given a bad review otherwise. We took our grandbaby for her first donut. The friendly staff got excited with us. She loved it. The donuts were delicious and pretty. The whole experience was under $5. You can't beat that!

Almost every Sunday the kids and I get donuts and kolaches from here. The staff is always nice and prompt and I have no complaints about their large spicy kolaches!!

Went in yesterday morning was waiting behind a customer walked up to get service and the lady just skipped me and went to the person behind me. Was really frustrated and confused why she did that. It's like she had something against me and refused service. I'm still at a loss why this happened??? Done do business with them. I have never done anything wrong or pissed anyone off.

These are the best donuts we?ve had! After being disappointed with the major donut chains, we decided to go local; Hot N Creamy Donuts were far from disappointing. The glazed donuts, jalape?o kolache, and ham cheese croissant were delicious. Not to mention the staff was friendly and helpful as it was our first time and wasn?t sure what to try since everything looked great.

I met the owner today he randomly gifted us a box. Right on time because I didn?t eat anything and they are delicious. He?s very kind and I appreciate him so much. I can?t decide which one I like the most.

The service is exceptional! I went to another doughnut shop and they ran out of cream filled maple logs & so I bought other things as subscription. I didn't want to disappoint my wife so I called Hot & Creamy. The nice man was out but immediately offered to make me a couple. I went there & the price was better as well. The service & products set this one apart from the rest.

At the nearest donut stop, they were out of my wife's favorite. So I called Hot & Creamy, they were out also. The friendly man said he could make a couple maple logs with bacon for me. I was grateful. Bring a small cash tip, they deserve it & all my business from now on!

Not as good as they used to be. Staff seems like they hate themselves and their customers. Food tastes the same but a very obvious decrease in quality of food and customer service. If you?re on the west side of town I suggest somewhere else, and if you?re east of 75 then you?re SoL. Well me and my son usually go to a local name with a donut shop they don't have dine in. So I Google search this place and an advertises dine-in, they do not have dine in to have a table with some chairs with a couple of guys to sit at and then the rest is covered up with bulk sodas etc, so beware if you're looking to dine in to this place you are being fooled. I'm entirely sober and this is the best donut I've had in my entire life. It was both chocolate glazed, and entirely regularly glazed. The donut itself melted in my mouth. I bought a dozen to share but I might keep them to myself. People were friendly too. Seemed to really enjoy working there together.

I came to this establishment and ordered glazed and plain cake donuts! Thee glazed donuts were perfect somehow the plain cake were not! It took several phone calls to even get the Manager. Delicious donuts, love the variety. The icing the use isn't overly sweet which is so great. There's always a line out the door, but it moves very quickly and the staff is always patient, even with an indecisive 5 year old.

The problem with this place is that it's so popular and good it gets crazy crowded in the morning. Has a drive thru and parking is a bit dicey since the lots next to the place don't allow thru driving. Indoor seating kinda awkward. So there's the problems. This place is usually hoppin' in the morning. The donuts are always made fresh. When you walk in you can see them being made in the back or batches of dough for the next day. I personally love the red velvet cake donuts with cream cheese on top. Yum yum!

This is the best place to buy donuts, OMG they are fantastic! They have the best donuts I've ever eaten and at a more reasonable price than most places! Fresh donuts every time I go there. It's a small mom and pop shop. The ladies are always sweet. Very wallet friendly, I bought three donuts for under 3 bucks.

Bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit comes on cheap store bought hamburger bun, no biscuit at all. Croissants are smaller than most and expensive. Donuts are standard, nothing special but not bad. Recommend going elsewhere.

Decent yeast donuts but packaging needs to be improved. The cake donuts were dry and seemed like old were mixed with new. The pigs in a blanket were good.
