Stopped in Friday evening for dessert. We go occasionally but not likely going back. I?m tired of paying $4 for a premium donut that is nothing but a sugar coated donut with cream filling. Or whatever other version of filled donut with no filling. The cream filling is what would make it ?Premium? but there?s never any cream filling. Look at the pictures. $8 for two donuts when literally one bite of the donut has cream. Where?s the premium in this , Holtmans? If I purchase from you again, which isn?t likely

Very nice part of the outskirts of Loveland, Ohio. Very friendly staff making and selling some incredibly tasty doughnuts. They also have a very good variety. Coffee and hot chocolate are both available.

Always our very first stop when we come back to visit Goshen, and it never lets us down. We take back to Lexington 3 or 4 dozen to freeze and have periodically! Literally the best there is.

I'm in about an hour before closing, and we're not expecting much. Maybe some leftovers that we could pick through. Instead, the donuts were overflowing on the shelves with amazing quality and choices. The woman that assisted us at the counter was friendly, and did not get upset at any of our numerous questions about what kind of donuts were on the display. We love their donuts! They always have a vast variety of donuts and toppings that sometimes it's hard to pick which one to have. The prices arent horrible for the quality and flavor you get! We'd go there more if we lived closer but we always stop in when we are in the area!

Every time my wife goes here she always ends up spending about 14 more dollars than when I go there. Getting the same equivalent specialty donuts and normal donuts so I asked her to get a receipt. The next time she goes they charge her for six more donuts. I had her take a picture and once I got home from work and the kids got off of the buses, I took the receipt and the picture up there now. Went today, the day after Easter and all the doughnuts we bought seemed old, like from Saturday? I have also noticed that at this location the last few times the icing on the doughnuts looks thrown on, they are not covered nicely and the doughnuts are not even covered with icing like at most doughnut shops. OMG! This place is incredible. It was open until 10 pm and we got there about 9:30. I figured it would be slim pickins at that hour. There are way too many choices. We settled on 6 doughnuts. We each had one as soon as we got back in the care. The chocolate doughnut was almost cake like and rich. The strawberry filled doughnut was super sweet and I loved it. Can't wait to go back.

A local treasure! I was delighted to walk in to this donut Shoppe. The variety of donuts and pastries was incredible. They were freshly made (some still warm). Pretty much any style, color, or filling you desire. Unlike the Krispy Kreme that takes a fried donut and changes the frosting color. There?s were truly unique and flavorful. I?m in the minority here, but I don?t care for Holtman?s donuts. They?re too sweet, and the sugar ends up overpowering. My kids don?t really like them, and the last time I ate a whole donut (some kind of a cherry coconut donut-croissant thing), I ended up sick. You haven't had donuts until you've tried this place. Recently this company expanded with several new stores in high profile shopping areas but this is the original store. The maple bacon glazed donut is Homer Simpson approved, the Oreo donuts sell out early daily, I've honestly not tried anything that wasn't fantastic. Dozen averages $12. A favorite weekend early morning stop, for years now. My family has lived in Milford since 2004. The Holtman family has been a pillar of this community. We've enjoyed seeing their business grow over the years. And we certainly understand that the economy has a lot to do with business decisions. Running our own household is no different. I am in love with Holtmans! The donuts are so amazing and the selection is so vast that it takes me forever to decide which ones I want to try! The prices are great and the staff is super helpful when trying to figure out which ones are super sweet or savory. Highly recommend visiting and getting a donut or two! Also their hours are perfect as you can visit before and after work!

We have spent years driving 30 minutes out of our way for Holtman?s. They?ve been the best donuts for a long time. This past week was a different experience. The selection on a holiday week, was terrible. The dozen we did get, tasted old and hard. It was quite a disappointment. Delicious donuts! The massive line outside is a testament to how popular they are as a product and brand. Highly recommend for the sheer variety the have in store. Holtman's offers among the best donuts in the area! These are the kind of donuts that just melt in your mouth. The shop has outgrown demand so be sure you get there early enough or you'll be waiting in a line. This specific location could use a little more storefront.

The Holtman name has been synonymous with excellent donuts for as long as I can remember. And that was even before the invention of the maple-bacon donut (the one on the right in my picture.)

When I asked the person there if they had a menu because none of donuts were labeled ,no menu in the store and they have a large selection, the person working behind the counter just said no. This place has sadly gone downhill, all due to the people working at the location. We used to love coming here but have had nothing but bad experiences. I preorder a donut cake for 9am pickup and when I arrived (9:05am) was told it wasn?t ready and wouldn?t be for an hour and a half, no apology. There is one woman in particular at the front, she wears glasses, and she is always mean to our kids in some way. A friend of mine brought donuts over from this shop a few times and I was impressed...so I had to go in person. Wow. Such a fantastic selection and cool ambience. It had an old school vibe with the cool counter layout and the retro clock...I found myself thinking of Wayne Thiebaud paintings. There was ample seating inside and a few outdoor tables. My favorite was a taste of a cherry turnover that brought me back to a favorite childhood bakery. We will definitely be back...with guests.

This is the first time I?ve been to this location, my experience with the west Chester location was good. When I came today, the employees were nice.
