Hole In One Yarmouth

Hole In One Yarmouth

Reviews Summary

Overall, reviews highlight excellent donuts (especially honey dipped, chocolate coconut, and Boston crème) and breakfast sandwiches, with many praising their freshness and size. Coffee receives mixed feedback—some find it great, others weak or inconsistent. Service is generally friendly and efficient, though lines can be long. A few note dry or underfilled donuts, particularly apple cider and chocolate glazed. Prices are reasonable for portion sizes, though some wish items were labeled. The atmosphere is busy but welcoming, with gluten/dairy-free options appreciated. Most would return, despite minor critiques.

Customer Reviews

Baked goods are excellent. We love the honey dipped chocolate donut, sour cream donut, and chocolate coconut donut. The egg sandwiches are huge -very satisfying. I have tried two lattes there and both have been too sweet for me. At busy times, they need better crowd control. The line goes clear into the sit down eating space. We left our table and took our food to go. Perhaps having the line go out the door would be better.

We were hoping to find a hidden gem of a spot, this place is good, but I think we need another visit to make a final call. We didn't show up until 10am and by then the selection of baked goods was completely picked over. Coffee was very good and had a wide selection. The line was out the door and felt like it was probably a local favorite of a spot. The donuts were fresh and tasty, but nothing earth shattering. We've got some pretty good ones back home we love and these were on par or slightly below th

First time here and what a selection!! All huge handcut doughnuts and different flavors and type of caffeinated goodness!! We were welcomed with big smiles and had time to think about our selection. Atmosphere is bright friendly and spacious more than enough space to sit and eat. My son chose his favorite lemon filled and I chose the Samoa based on the old Girl Scout cookie flavor (my favorite) Both doughnuts were huge and had all the flavor! Toasted coconut on the Samoa and the bottom was dipped in choco

Best donuts, and best breakfast sandwich I?ve ever had! Give them a visit, you won?t be disappointed.

This place has great donuts and coffee! There are several coffee and donut flavors available. 6 donuts cost $15 - but they were large and flavorful! They could be a little more moist, as they were on the dryer side for a donut, but we still enjoyed them! These donuts are several sizes bigger than the chain donut places around town, which justifies the cost. The coffee was good too. The chocolate coconut donut was our favorite!

We got 3 donuts: honey dipped, chocolate glazed and blueberry jelly. The chocolate glazed was very underwhelming and extremely dry. I?m guessing it?s a day old? We came in at 11:00am on a Sunday, so I?m not sure. The blueberry jelly was delicious- I?d never had that before. 9/10. There wasn?t a lot of filling. But it was still yummy. The honey dipped was the best of the 3, a wee bit sweeter than a traditional glazed donut. The service was quick since it wasn?t busy and the staff were pleasant. $8 and change

This is my family's go-to place for coffee and baked treats. The donuts are HUGE and fresh and the iced latte is so good and reasonably priced (recommend caramel flavored with the cold foam ??)

I don?t usually write reviews, but I feel like this needs to be said. I?ve been coming here for a while now, and I?ve always had such pleasant service from the young ladies working behind the counter. They?re fast, polite, and always manage to keep a good attitude, even when the line?s out the door. I was in this morning, and the girls were moving through the line quickly, smiling, and making sure everyone was taken care of. But today, something happened that didn?t sit right with me. There was a man in a

They have a wonderful selection on Donuts, had an easy one with Coconut. So delicious, glad I tried those. Greetings from the German Guy????

The absolute best breakfast we had! Been from the cape my whole life but back Visiting family on the cape for christmas and we came in. Staff was very kind and went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted! Bagels are so fresh- donuts are so fluffy snd freshly made. Hot chocolate was the best! We will be back!

Excellent coffee, went in for my first time- and unlike other good coffee places that offer that ? small size but large size Large ? they actually have a very large cup that?s affordable too and very much worth it. Overall great coffee, service, and atmosphere. Will happily get coffee from them again. The stuffed bacon egg and cheese croissant was good too.

I just left the hole-in-one in West Yarmouth. I was served by a wonderful, polite and friendly gentleman who made me the perfect cappuccino. Sometimes you get it and it?s too hot, it?s bitter? This was smooth and just the right temperature? I also got a everything bagel with veggie cream cheese, which was toasted perfectly and had a generous amount of cream cheese on it, which is usually, not the case! Excellent experience? I?m so glad they opened because we live right up the road!

Donuts are huge and are amazing coffee is pretty good as well, the smells in their make you want to order everything they have so good

Got there a bit late in the day so most donuts gone. I got an apple cider doughnut and chocolate coconut. The chocolate was pretty good but the apple cider ones were very crumbly and dry! Definitely will not be back for more of those, maybe the glazed ones are better? Disappointed and hope they can find some better recipes since a lot of people mentioned how dry they are.

GREAT donuts. Lame, weak ass coffee. Come come on guys it's a donut shop- Your coffee should be a 9 or 10. Not a 4 or a 5.

A very busy location, line out the door. Good selection however didn't have what I was hoping to try from online photos and reviews but according to server the selection changes. Donuts were larger then other place and good- freshly made. Staff was busy but patient while we made our selection (first time there) will come back earlier in am for more choices since many were sold out by the time we arrived on a Sunday morning.

The place looked amazing and had great service so no complaints there! But as a harsh food critic, I wanna put in my insight. My mom and I both got bagels and decided not to get them toasted (as New Yorkers born and raised it is a known fact that good fresh bagels don?t necessarily need to be toasted). We were a little disappointed by the quality of the bagels- which were quite firm and reminded us of the bagels you could find at a grocery store. Maybe we just got bagels that weren?t as fresh. That being sa

Wonderful staff and delicious donuts! Definitely a must stop for our visit to the Cape.

I bought 3 items today here. A chocolate coconut donut, a chocolate cupcake and a apple fritter, And they were all stale. They were dry and just not good. I heard others talk about this place some good and some not so good. I was very disappointed today. I will not be back. I really didn't see any difference from any other donut shop. I threw out my items.

It's rare to find a shop that has good donuts, good coffee AND good breakfast foods, but this place has it all! The bagels are perfect and the cream cheese rivals that of an authentic New York style bagel shop. The menu has a wide range of options for just about everyone. The staff are very pleasant and polite. Very much worth the line!

Found the doughnuts to Be dry and stale. Not impressed. Also bought a 7 layer cookie. I think it was missing some Layers. That was also dry and stale. We got Muffins as well , they were ok. Big Y supermarket has better fresher items. Sorry for the bad review. Just being honest.

Best donuts around! However get there early, donuts tend to run out.

Stopped here for brunch, needed a quick snack before we took off. It is a fun little bakery with lots of options. The staff was friendly (we took some time deciding and they were patient with us). We got a couple doughnuts and a breakfast sandwich. The sandwich was good, but we didn't think the doughnuts were anything special as they were kind of dry and not as soft. They have lots of flavors.

Stopped here today. Very busy and line moved fast. Great service, friendly staff. Had a breakfast sandwich which was delicious. Took some donuts home that made a nice mid day treat. Iced mocha coffee with chocolate milk which was delightful. Would recommend for a quality food, coffee and treats on the go. Minimal seating. But worth the line. Wish them every success and will return. Thank You

Only place that compares for donuts is Donut King in Quincy in my humble opinion. Just phenomenal breakfast options in addition to the legendary donuts. Be a hero while on vacation- get up early and bring donuts and coffee back for the group. You can thank me later.

Donuts are delicious, as are the croissants, breakfast sandwiches. And ?clairs. You can't go wrong!

This is my new favorite bakery on the Cape. Everything I've had is so delicious! They have gluten and dairy free options that aren't just the Udi's brand you can buy at the store. Whether you're visiting or a local, hole-in-one is most definitely worth a visit!

New favorite food - the Sugar Bun. Should be called Sugar Bomb! Melts in your mouth and oh so good.

Hole in One in Yarmouth has incredible donuts, amazing staff, and they are very community oriented. Love them!

I came here today, July 27 at around 9:15 AM and did not get my order at all. At approximately 10 AM I went to the counter and said I never received my order and I?ve been waiting forever. They said I?ll be just right out. The girl forgot to put it in. I did not wait any longer so I wanted a refund. The girl said we don?t need the card, I waited for another 10 minutes for my refund to be issued and instead I was charged with no refund . The manager was there and didn?t even acknowledge what was going on wit

First time I?ve ever been to a donut shop that didn?t have any donuts. Why are you even open til 3 if you have nothing at 11:30?

Amazing donuts, yummy Chai Teas and the best breakfast sandwiches on Cape Cod.

I think the prices of items should be on the menu..We didn't know how much anything was. I go to the Orleans location Alot so I was so happy they came to this location. Everything is always fresh . Get in early.. donuts go fast. Again..Price your menu..It matters

Service was great! The cashier was very friendly. The doughnut was also solid. But? the kombucha was very disappointing. To begin with the kombucha tasted very watered down and had minimal flavor. Additionally, to our dismay, the $4 cup of 16oz kombucha was filled all the way to brim with ice. Thing was literally gone in 4 sips. We measured the actual kombucha volume to be about 7 oz. Absolutely no one needs that much ice! At that point the drink isn?t getting any colder it?s just reducing the amou

Stopped in to grab some breakfast for our trip home and couldn?t be anymore disappointed. Ordered 1 egg sandwich and it took almost 30 minutes after asking over and over where my order was. I definitely don?t recommend if hungry or in a rush.

Super yummy. Many options for both drinks and baked goods.

Great experience. Went twice in one week. Awesome place. Fantastic donuts and breakfast sandwiches. Friendly staff. Prepare to wait a little bit but line goes fast. Well worth it.

I am very disappointed. I walked in after work around 2:10 looking to try there bagels and cream cheese and when asked the girl says that they turned off there toaster. I really don?t understand why she couldn?t just turn it on and toast me a bagel it only takes a minute. toasters aren?t very hard to manage. Also once I asked why and she told me. She clearly didn?t care for my business, I clearly could have gotten a cold bagel with some cream cheese but she didn?t care to ask. Also it took them 5 minutes to

Great menu choices. Friendly staff. Good food. They were very busy and handled it very well.

These are made on the premises donuts and pastries. We had a croissant egg sandwich and one of their sugar buns. Delicious. Don't let the line fool you...it moves quickly.

Great staff and atmosphere, friendly service, and their donuts are excellent (normally not a donut person but had to try one after seeing them up close!)

Great spot to grab a coffee and pastry. Tried the apple fritter french toast and it was incredible! Highly recommend trying it! Everyone working there was really nice too.

Not only do we love the food, ?I wanted that maroon baseball hat!? My grandson stole it from me, for real. I thought he?d like a different one from anywhere?.?not happening, Mimi!? Best day ever!!

Very patient while I took my time looking over everything lol clean and friendly, it was my birthday they where very sweet to me

Bought a dozen bagels - they charge $2 a bagel instead of charging what a real bagel place would - like Bagels and Beyond in Yarmouth does - $15 for a bakers dozen. So I paid $25 for a dozen, gummy bagels. Horrible. Won't be going back ever!

Staff is so friendly! Food and drinks are amazing as well!

I was really looking forward to tasting your donuts. Unfortunately I was very disappointed. They were very dry and over cooked. The apple fritter which you pay more for had not one apple in it Not sure what all the hype was..

Best breakfast sandwiches, very nice staff very friendly and welcoming

Fabulous new breakfast place in W Yarmouth right on 28. Friendly fast service, great food whether you want donuts or breakfast sandwiches.

The donuts are being over cooked they were totally crunchy

Meh - donuts are OK but nothing special. Bagels are awful, just big bread circles.

Coffee, breakfast sandwich and service were all top tier. I will be back frequently. Thank you!!

AMAZING donuts and breakfast sandwiches. Be prepared to wait in a line for service. It's because it's soooo good.

Good donuts, but much higher priced than other local donut shops that are better.

Many of the donuts were rather dry and we were very disappointed to see the apple fritter wasn?t filled.

Fantastic across the board. Immediately jumped to the top of my Cape Cod favorites list.

A busy got o spot for donuts, bagel sandwiches, coffee, and more

Had no filling in my donut just one bite worth

They were very busy but handled it well and kept it friendly.

Excellent service and lots of great choices for food.

Ran out of donuts ?? early in the day.

Their Boston cr?me and strawberry Bostons are incredible

Delicious donuts and coffee

Best coffee and donuts on cape!

Awesome fresh donuts and coffee

Great food great service

Great place, amazing doughnuts (fritter the size of your head), but get there early or the line will be long.

We went here every morning of our Cape vacation. It was always busy but very well staffed. The employees were also helpful and pleasant. Special shout out to Emma, who was a superstar with orders and care. We had 2 chocolate milks, large coffee, 2 donuts, and 2 breakfast sandwiches every day. There's always a bit of a delay but worth the wait.
