Good location with limited parking, but the line moves fairly quick when their is one so being patient will get you in. The coffee is good and breakfast sandwiches hit the spot, but the main attraction is the handmade donuts. They offer several classic and new varieties but i always get the honeydipped and am never dissapointed

Staff is pleasant, coffee is delicious and donuts, bagels and sandwiches are amazing. You cannot beat the prices for what you get and their is NO comparison to Dunks. The only downside is the lines in the morning since everyone clearly feels the same way lol also the parking is ridiculous, especially since they put in that silly piece of curbing. If only they were in a different location, preferably bigger area with more parking. If you're looking for a coffee and donut, this is the place for sure!

I?ve been here three times! First time, I was ordering a big order for my team. Got almost 2 dozen bagels, cream cheese and half dozen donuts. Everything we had was delicious and I got a lot of praise for the bagels and donuts from the team. I?ve been back and had a bagel breakfast sandwich and it was delicious! I couldn?t resist coming back today for another! The staff is super nice and friendly. It?s a cute little spot. Can?t say enough good things about this place, please check them out!

This place has a vast assortment of treats and savory foods. The grill was closed by 3, so be aware it does close at least 2 hours before the shop, but they have delicious bagels (apparently from NY, but I?m not sure the company. Curious.). I got a spinach with plain cream cheese. I wish they had asked if I wanted it toasted because I didn?t. I wanted it for breakfast tomorrow and now it will be hard. It was too late to say anything when they already put it in the toaster. The donuts I wasn?t a fan of

Cute little coffee shop but everything we tried was pretty ?meh?. $30 for a dozen donuts is steep but on par with homemade donut place these days. The donuts all tasted like their described flavor, but they were all very dry and the dough base was tasteless. Cold brew coffee was fine but not impressive. Service was friendly enough and there?s a small amount of seating. It?s good for the area because there?s little competition for homemade donuts, but compared to anywhere else, it?s nothing special.

We stopped in after a recommendation by a friend and we were glad we did! The muffins, donuts, and coffee were great...we even were greeted by the owner who thanked us for coming in and took the time to have a nice chat with us! We can't wait for our next trip to Hole In One Donuts!

Got a couple of doughnuts here yesterday. Word to the wise: Go early in the day to get fresh ones. I got a plain for me and a bavarian cream for the wife. Plain was pretty dried out. Kids at the counter were very nice. Note to owners. Consider some way to keep the after morning rush products fresher.

Mediocre coffee and bad donuts. The ?cinnamon roll? tasted like a too thick yeast donut with next to no cinnamon. Everything was hard and not appetizing. Would not recommend, would not come back.

Such a welcome addition to Rockland! Love the donuts, bagels, breakfast sandwiches, AND the tea & kombucha they have on tap for non-coffee drinkers. Staff is super friendly and helpful! I'm HOOKED on the english muffin bread.

These donuts are fantastic! Best around that?s for sure. And their coffee was yummy. I got a coffee with with cold foam better then anywhere else

Went here for the first time today. I got the asiago bagel toasted with plain cream cheese, and the strawberry Boston cream and a large iced chai with oat milk. Will definitely be coming back. The staff is super friendly. They have such a wide variety of items between cinnamon twists and different flavors. Turnovers, cupcakes, muffins, donuts, apricot squares, and raspberry squares, bagels, different flavors of cream cheese. They also have some gluten-free options such as gluten-free bagels. Not to mention

This is truly a hidden gem ?? I work all over the north and south shore And I accidentally stumbled across the wonderful place. Old Skool donuts ?? super friendly staff great selection I look forward to trying them all The sour cream donut is amazingly delicious

Hole in one is absolutely amazing!! The iced coffee is so good and the caramel cold foam is delicious. I got the feta and spinach croissant and the cookie dough brownie they were so good. The woman taking my order so also so nice 10/10 customer service. It was my first time there and definitely not my last!

I grew up on Hole in One on the cape as a kid. When I found out they were opening in rockland I was so excited! Finally a good donut shop on the South Shore. Their donuts, muffins, breakfast sandwiches and coffees are all good. The staff is also super friendly and helpful!

My partner and I walk here too frequently ?? The donuts are great! They make really good breakfast sandwiches and the coffee is great too! Highly recommend!

I was overwhelmed with the options of food at this place. It is necessary to go here regularly to get dive into the options. Got donuts and Sweets. Donut shops like this are my favorite. Hand made homemade donuts with lots of options. Coffee is great. Not cheap but well worth it! Will definitely be going back regularly!

If your in Rockland and want a good pastry donut and good coffee you gotta try here staff are really friendly

This new coffer & donut shop has awesome pastries too. The staff was so nice. I love their chalkboard menus, they remind me of word graffiti. They have breakfast sandwiches. There are so many options for bread, croissant, bagel etc. I will be going back real soon.

Absolutely love this place! The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful, food and drinks are always amazing!

Very cute hometown bakery / small biz with great food and service! The Nutella twist is delicious!

Nice small place to grab a coffee or donut when you're looking for something different from dunks or honeydew. It is a bit pricey, but once in a while isn't bad. I like the powdered and cinnamon donuts, and the hot coffee with caramel or hazelnut. Will be going back to try something new next time.

Everything is so fresh. The donuts are huge. The real thing I appreciated was the gentleman saw I had my daughter in her wheelchair and walked us out and helped get my order in the car. Staff is super friendly. I?d give them more than 5 stars if I could

Very friendly and the food is always great. Hands down the best bacon, egg, & cheese on a croissant Ive ever had

I recently had the opportunity to visit Hole In One Rockland, a new business in the area. My first visit was more of an exploratory one, just to familiarize myself with the new location and offerings. Unfortunately, the experience was less than welcoming. Despite the staff being busy, their body language and attitude seemed perturbed by my interest in their offerings. This was a stark contrast to the former Honeydew, which always made me feel appreciated as a customer. My second visit was similar to the fi

Super friendly folks behind the counter, and tasty donuts! I also got an asiago bagel with jalapeno cream cheese - the bagel was on the breadier side, but tasty, and the cream cheese actually had a nice heat to it.

I love the one in Orleans and great to have one local. I don't find the pricing to be high as Raul suggested. It's 20 bucks for a dozen at Dunkin and those donuts get touched by like 50 people before you get them(imagine all those unwashed bathroom hands) I'll pay a little more and skip the antibiotics.

Walnut Pistachio muffin is so gooood and latte tastes great as well. Will definitely come back and try other things.

Incredible doughnuts and fantastic coffee. The rail trail is located directly behind the shop. Nice place to grab a cup of coffee and a doughnut then go for a morning walk.

There doughnuts are delicious and there breakfast sandwiches are filling

Hole-in-one is our go to favorite. I have done catering orders from them. The staff is amazing and best of all, their gluten-free options are to die for.

All the ladies working there unbelievable talk to you like a human being like other donut shops I go to they don't they just hand you the coffee and that's it these ladies here I'll be on any coffee shop I've gone to and I'm going to continue to go there actually I like I come from East Wareham to go there visit my friend and we go there and I love it keep it up ladies they are all right and one thing I do like is they help each other out I never seen that in the donut shop usually one Waits on you that's i

Amazing donuts and bagels and coffee! We needed a place like this around here. Friendly staff and quick service even on a Sunday morning :)

Everything was delicious. We had the breakfast sandwiches, coffee, donuts and muffins. Will definitely be back to try more.

All the employees are super sweet and lovely! Excellent food as well. Thank you for the great experience!

Great Staff and Doughnuts, I got the Christmas flavored Doughnut which was very good. Can?t wait to go back to try some of the new flavors.

Good bakery stuff?when you get it. They forgot to give me some of my items, called and said they would refund me but never did.

I am thrilled with your gluten-free options. The GF muffins are outrageously delicious!

Super friendly staff and very helpful picking out/making special iced coffee. Huge improvement from Dunks

Best breakfast sandwich in town!

Fantastic breakfast sandwiches and donuts

Great new donut shop! Can?t wait to go back and try the breakfast sandwiches!

The doughnut was large, but seriously overpriced. $2.50 for a single doughnut is crazy.

Everything from the coffee, donuts, muffins, cookies and the English muffin bread are incredible.

Great breakfast sandwiches, would recommend to anyone in the area.

Coffee was bland. Muffin over cooked. But good service

30.00 dollars for a dozen donuts is ridiculous!! Won?t last with these prices! And the donuts are nothing to rave about!
