Very fresh soft donuts, I love their donut holes! There's a variety of donuts to choose from, can't sit there, just grab and go
Can I just that this place serves the BEST AND FRESHEST donuts!!! I mean I?ve been coming here since I was 9 years old, way back in 1988! My mom used to use them for her weekly meetings at work! My kids are now the 3rd generation in our family to enjoy a small taste of my childhood! They have the BEST apple fritters! It was a nice treat to come back to after moving out of the area for so long.
I give 4 stars for the food. I ordered a bagel with egg and bacon and it was made inside a sweet doughnut! Is this a joke? The doughnut is covered with icing sugar, how can it be combined with fried egg and bacon?? She asked me to make a regular unsweetened cappuccino. They made it sweet. I put 3 for the service. The atmosphere is 4, because there are no tables where you could have a snack. The lemon doughnut is good
Awesome donuts! So fresh, light & airy! The maple & chocolate let really melt in your mouth after you take a bite! Will definitely order again in the future.
The donut lady was very kind to me and gave me 3 donuts for free although I came in super late???? 10/10 would eat donuts here again.
This was a place I was interested in trying for so long, but just had not had the opportunity. This morning, we tried it and it did not disappoint. The croissant sandwich was very fresh and so delicious. The donuts were all great and the service was quick and friendly. This is not a dine in area and you can tell that it has been around for many years.
Excellent customer service! Their doughnuts are delicious and taste fresh. They have a large selection with something for everyone. We paid about 16 dollars for 2 milks and a dozen doughnuts, so the pricing is very fair!

Came in today around 3:15pm with my daughter for an after school snack. They were so welcoming and were very sweet. They threw in a couple donut holes for my daughter. Honestly they were the best donuts by far and I?m definitely going there again!
I stopped going to Starbucks, I started going here for my frappes they are way better and cheaper and I get to customize my order without all the addons. Definitely a hidden gem ??

The place doesn't consistently glaze donuts and the glaze was super thick and sickly sweet. Homeless wandering about as though it's a regular thing. Not sure what that's about. Maybe they encourage loitering? Tiny place so homeless milling about made it hard to order causing me to lose out on the only donut I saw that was edible. Unpleasant experience. Go to sweet dozen. They are lovely and the donuts are amazing.

Great customer service! They can make a great espresso drink, and also lots of donuts. They also have ham and cheese croissants and fresh half and half for your coffee. Very nice management. However,I think it would be wise to add more savory dishes to the menu because sugar is not good for you.
The Donuts are great and the employees are nice. The only problem I have is that there isn't really enough space in the shop. It's a little crowded and cramped.The design is too narrow and it's hard to tell which one is the exit or entrance.

Sometimes you go to the donut shop later in the morning and the donuts aren?t always fresh but this spot always has fresh donuts and they usually don?t run out of what you want. It can get pretty busy in the morning lines out the door so get there early so you?re not late for work
Ordered here with Doordash a few times. Today, they didn't have any left of one of the donuts I ordered, so the employee called me and kindly let me know and I picked a replacement. She included some extras for the inconvenience and I thought that was very kind and above and beyond customer service. I will definitely be a repeat customer ??
Mmmm!! Softest doughnuts and soo flavorful! The staff was super nice and patient with me and she made me a blended coffee that was worth every penny!! Reasonably priced and big portions and doughnuts!! Will definitely be going back soon!! I was eyeballing a croissant sandwich and I think I need it.
HILLSDALE DOUGHNUTS is the the best doughnut shop in town. I'm a doughnut connoisseur and I've eaten doughnuts all around Sacramento and hand down HILLSDALE DOUGHNUTS is the best place in town. There service is top of the line and the doughnuts are the bomb. This has been my go to spot since I was 5 years old in 1994 and it's now 2024 and it's still my go to spot! Thank you for being the best HILLSDALE DOUGHNUTS!

Best Apple Fritters in town!??
I ordered a Cinnamon roll off the rack and it was the best I've ever had. It was warm freshly made the icing still dripping from the donut. I had to put it on wax paper, because it would've stuck to the paper bag. I wanted to take a picture of it, but... I couldn't stop eating it. It just felt wrong to post crumbs. I'll try again tomorrow morning.
Hands down the very best ?? 520 had crossiants warm and out of the oven, friendly fast staff and they even threw in a few extra tid bits for the ride home.. they're further but when asked on FB which shop is better hands down this named number 1 for a reason.. thank you for excellent stuffs!
The service people are not nice but their donuts are delicious. UPDATE: We visited again and the service was amazing but the selection of kinds of donuts were very limited.
They are so sweet in this store!! And their donuts are ALWAYS amazing!!! The owner works so hard to make sure everything is done right and done well. He takes pride in his business and that's rare these days. Awesome and favorite place for donuts!!! 5 stars all day!
I been going here since I was a little kid and now I just graduated college, This is my favorite donut place out of any that I ever had! Everyone is so nice, and it's very inviting. Never had a bad donut here
The donuts are really good and the ladies are all really nice. I love coming here for work snacks, daddy breakfasts (I can't cook) and just to get a snack. I visit here about 2 times a month. See you soon

People are nice doughnuts are good, but they always mess up on my ice coffe. I think the older lady dosent know what she is doing and a bit rude. Croissant ham and cheese sandwich is so good it is what keeps me going back..

There's a lot of donut places in Sacramento but I got to say hands down this one of the best done as I've ever had when you buy them they're making them consistently they're not just sitting there they were so they were still warm when we bought them if it was 12 in the afternoon if you live in that area I definitely recommend stopping by

I used to come more here as a child, but remembering since the first day to the last day of being there it's an ok place.Dounts are not the best but are not the worst.They have variety.Sometimes it full.Great to stop by for a donut to eat before going to work or to buy a cup of coffee. I been this place fist time for pick up I wait like 20 minutes they take every one but keep ignoring me when I ask for hey I?m here for pick white girl she just look me walk away and she start talking with her coworker but not respond me I don?t know I this nasty attitude or they they have service like this

This little place has preety good donuts especially for the run down area around it. Staff is really nice and wait time is minimal usually in and out.
