Having someone's eyes roll at you, For a simple request of not warming up something as hot as they usually do is not nice to be greated first thing in the morning. Customer service is not thier strong points.
After 30 years of coming here, it's clear this place is a gem! Their kolaches are tasty, but I especially love the croissants and breakfast tacos. The croissants are large, perfectly flaky, and loaded with delicious bacon, egg, and cheese. When it comes to tacos, the potato breakfast taco always hits the spot. Beyond the great food, the operators are truly the best ? always providing excellent service!
This is the BEST DO-NUT shop in Houston, the family is friendly and hard working, the do nuts are fresh and great prices!!

It's been several months since I last been there and I already found a nearby better competitor donut place with better personable service, for example, Sugar Land Donut Shop (they are also Vietnamese/Asian family-owned). But the last straw came when I went over my receipts and noticed they charged a non-cash or credit card ?? charge of 3.5%. Outrageous! That was with no disclosure, warning, or communication out of respect
I've been going here for years now. It used to be weekly to bring a box of their delicious donuts and kolaches to work my employees, but I still make my way over whenever I'm craving a good kolache. Their donuts selection is nice and they taste great. Everything is reasonably priced. The staff is super friendly and will go to the back to grab even fresher donuts if they have some ready. I don't understand why businesses don't update their contact information. I wanted to place an order at this location, but they've never answered 55 calls and never answered. How are you trying to make business and don't answer? All I wanted was to order 4 dozens of kolaches and 3 glazed donuts.
Talk about flaky goodness with the right amount of cinnamon and glaze. It was um, um good! I purchased a cinnamon roll and a cinnamon twist. I had every intention on sharing one with a coworker.....it never happened. Both were eaten as I drove to work. I'll be disciplined next time! And yes there will be a next time.
I have visited this family owned business for years and years. I'm always greeted when I come in the door and always feel welcomed. The donuts are always good. I especially enjoy the kolaches with jalapenos. So delicious- now I'm hungry.
Great kolaches, donuts, and coffee. Juices is provided in a refrigerated section here. Good place to get breakfast / brunch meal. Fresh tasting. Coffee here is much better than the burger place next door. :)

Nice donut shop. The sausage jalapeno kolanche is fantastic. I also love their apple fritters. Sometimes the donuts are not as fresh in the morning.
Kolache factory should take notes. These kolaches are way better and way cheaper. The donuts are always fresh and delicious too. The ladies that work there are always so nice and friendly, It feels like a small town donut shop in the big city. I can get my kids and I kolaches, donuts, and drinks for all under $10. Can't beat that!
I've been coming here since I was a 10 yr old when my dad would take me here to eat something before soccer games. Now I'm 20yrs old and I still come here to get some delicious kolaches. I'm actually going to get some more today. I'm just waiting for them to open haha
We use to love coming to this place but every weekend we come they stop making donuts/kolaches after 10:30am which is disappointing because they run out. I suggest you try shipleys, they are always making kolaches and donuts.

Bad service and they didn't had one of the kolaches which is on there menu and the only reason I went there but the lady working there just said no we dont have those any more and the way she said seemed like I was suppose to know that they don't carry that anymore .
