First time visit on a rainy ?Jeep? day. Cool concept, cars and bakery. Pleasant and enjoyable atmosphere to dwell in. Stuffed bagels were delicious. The spicy sandwich was flavorful and the special sauce enhances the sandwich even more so. Also indulged ourselves with a banana cinnamon roll (which we planned to take home). Outstanding! Loved the doughy texture of the roll and the banana flavor is balanced perfectly. So creative to bake in a cake paper. Made it fun and easy to eat. Coffee is great too!!

What a terrific bakery! I was able to order GF & vegan cookies, and they are delicious! The owner is super nice and has a nice selection of goodies to choose from, including dog treats. Highly recommend.

Came here on recommendation from a friend to try the stuffed bagels. The environment was clean, there was a good amount of variety, and the staff was knowledgeable and accommodating. The stuffed bagels while very filling just did not have the flavor profile or texture that we were expecting. They kind of reminded me of a baked bun based on the ratio of filling to bagel. High octane is nothing less than fantastic. Their baked goods are delicious as are the breakfast items like the stuffed bagels and bagel sandwiches. The place is frequently filled up on weekend mornings when I stop by, and deservedly so with how good the food is. I've made it my weekend routine to stop by every Saturday or Sunday morning for a stuffed bagel, tots, and a donut while checking out the cars during cars & coffee. I can't recommend High Octane enough.

Walked in and asked for a bagle sandwich which is on the menu, Janice says "you guys are pushing it, I have lots of spicy eagles". Went for cars and coffee but there wasn't any cars and coffee there but that's hardly the restaurants fault. The interior is quite small and can only manage a very limited number of customers at once. Interior seating is limited to two normal tables, one small table, a lounge area with two chairs, and a handful of window seats. Exterior seating is limited to one or more tables but I didn't make a note of how many total there were. The stuffed bagels are decent but the drink was initially too hot to drink

The food is way over priced! I ordered a stuffed bagle and hash browns and it cost me close to $12. Bagels cost pennies, so I'm not sure why they charge so much. This was a fun place to hang out for coffee and eat pastries while watching car race on flatscreen TV. This is a themed coffee shop. I recommend this to someone who appreciates these things as such. Stuffed Bagel is yummy and it comes with their sauce. I'm not the best at describing tastes but it reminded me of chipotle sauce. Stuffed bagel is a breakfast item, sort of like pasties, but softer and round. Stuffed cookies are yummy. I had the stuffed nutella and it was delicious and chewy texture.

Finally got to stop at the new location and I am obsessed! The stuffed bagels are to die for, and the staff are so welcoming! A must stop if you love cars, coffee, and bagels!!

Stopped by on my way to work. Staff is supper friendly and very helpful. Being my first time, I had them surprise me with what they loved. The stuffed breakfast bagel (chorizo sausage, egg, cheese and jalapeno). OMG, this was so amazing. Since it was a combo I went for the cookie. All their sweet treats looked so good and the cookie was to die for! I will defiantly be making this a stop. You guys are missing out, if you have not tried it.

We were greeted immediately upon entering to a very warm staff. The owner took his time to go over different options with my wife and I. We chose to have a stuffed bagel and a ?Nitro Coffee?. Both items were soooo good, we wished we?d have stopped in sooner! The bakery is totally top notch and very very fresh. Very unique to the area and definitely a must stop as soon as you can!! The nitro coffee is the best cold brew I have ever had.

We went today for the first time. Was happy to see the place was busy with happy looking customers. Ordered some stuffed bagels and scones for me and my wife. We sat and ate there and loved the atmosphere of the bakery. Was greeted by the nicest people and t he food was phenomenal. I will deffinetly be going back and would recommend trying if you have not.

I recently was searching local bakeries where I could get a gender reveal cake. I just wanted something simple and reasonably priced since it was just an intimate family gathering, so many places charge crazy prices! I had no idea that High Octane even made cakes, the chef made us a really cute and delicious cake. We were very happy and plan on ordering more cakes for future milestones.

I tried a stuffed bacon bagel. Very good, but too salty for my taste. I tried the tots too, and those were perfect. I think the stuffed bagel would be really good with some veggies thrown in with the eggs and bacon. The service was great. Food was a little on the pricier side.

If you have a car you want to show, this is your place?. If you want a bagel or food- they have a day old one in the case they can warm up or one person in your party of 4 can have the single everything bagel left. If you order cream cheese on the bagel, you can watch the girl scrape a quarter teaspoon from an empty container and put it on the bagel and then use the rest on the back of her glove (not making this up) instead of giving you more. The best part is that it?s super expensive too.

The VERY polite lady who took my order only insulted it and then pressured me to buy food with attitude. I was having a uniquely nice morning until this negative force was casted upon me. I will never go into this place because of the responses to complaints. Every customer should be their type of customer! The best way to kill a business is to respond the way they do. Glad I read the reviews before I went in there. Plenty other places to go.

20+ min drive here and I am disappointed. There was very little food left (old donuts and a few cookies). The donuts were "50% off". I got 1 donut and 1 very ok cookie and my total was $4.50. Decor is cool but I don't think I will be coming back.

Place is super cool , owners are really nice and personable and always there. Stuffed bagels are to die for . They have a really good coffee just black and my girlfriend and daughters love the special coffees too . They also have a bunch of sweets like cookies and an crushed oreo rice crispy treat that looked super good. All around its worth going in an checking out . You won't be disappointed .

April 26, 2020 at 9:00 a.m.: We stopped in for bagels. The service was quick for the two toasted bagels ordered. I must say these were much better than any of the corporate bagel places I've ever been to. Way more flavorful at this small biz. I'm very glad that they are moving near my house in the Atlas Plaza on M-59 in Waterford.

Absolutely delicious food. Coffee and cold brew is perfect. The stuffed bagels are out of this world, don't sleep on the lunch menu either. Just had their turkey club on a cheddar everything bagel and was delicious. Oh, and they have tots!

Came for Cars & Coffee and found my new favorite bakery! I love the decor which is very on theme with the name of the Cafe. Had the stuffed bagels which were soooooo good. The spicy one reminded me of a breakfast burrito. Also ordered the tots and a donut to go. Everything was fantastic. I can't wait to go back and try the stuffed cookies. I brought my water bottle in and after I placed my order they said I was not allowed to have my water bottle in their cafe. Who does that?? I literally just bought coffee from you and you?re telling me I can?t bring in ?my own beverage? The coffee was terrible and you can tell by the owners responses to low ratings that they?re not good people. I hope this place understands that all you have to do is make good coffee and be polite to your customers that?s literally your only job and you failed at it.

Amazing as always. We seen them online about a year ago and decided to try them. We drive all the way from Taylor, but worth it. Bagels are amazing and the house sauce is just delish. Yes sometimes it takes a little longer but everything is made fresh so your food is always hot. They are very busy and like everywhere, understaffed. So cut em a break and just be nice. Really great staff. It was my first time going there, and the cashier was great at sharing his favorites and the recurring customers favorites. Honestly - best dark roast coffee I've had in a VERY long time. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to support local places. Please check this place out. Everything is so yummy here! My husband and I stopped in yesterday and ordered way too much food. I think our favorite item on the menu is the egg and cheese stuffed bagels, we had one sausage and one bacon. We also ordered tots, and got bagels and cookies to bring home for the week. We used High Octane for our holiday open house and the baked goods were a huge hit! We did a mix of cookies, bagels and doughnuts. The cookies were definatley a favorite. We will be using them again for our next event for sure. Thanks!

Amazing stuffed pretzel buns and all of their breakfast items are so good! I recommend the cheeseburger stuffed pretzel bun and then trying their stuffed bagels, breakfast tacos and breakfast burritos! And yes you want the house sauce and also try the white BBQ sauce! I've only ever gotten their stuffed bagels with a coffee and the house sauce. I would definitely recommend that to anyone. The people are great to talk with and the overall theme of the Cafe is great. If I lived closer, I would definitely be going there more often.

Found this place by chance and glad I did. I am from out of town (PA) helping family member remodel a house. Great start to the morning with fresh bagels and coffee. The staff has been extremely polite. Ethan was very helpful explaining the items. Will always be my morning place when in Bloomfield Hills.

I did enjoy the stuffed bagels I ordered for pickup. But waiting in line I noticed everyone got the food they ordered no problem. When I told them my name on the order I was asked for my ID. Which I have never been carded to pick up food so I thought that was weird. Has this happened to anyone else?

The coffee was really good and the staff where really friendly. I got their egg and bacon stuff bagel and damn was it good. Also got the white BBQ sauce for home cooking and wow!! So good. Well definitely be coming back here.

So glad we finally checked this place out! Everything is made from scratch and is absolutely delish! We even brought home a homemade squirrel shaped treat for our pup! Service was wonderful, they gave us a tour of the menu items and food was served hot and fresh. We got the breakfast stuffed bagels and there was a variety to choose from. Everyone here is a pleasant as it gets and I live coming here. I buy as much as I can to share with my Coworkers and I never miss an opportunity to try a new dish and especially soup/stew they're serving. Baked goods and doughnuts? Second to none. Sometimes they're busy because of their popularity, but just be patient, they don't compromise their quality of goods for anything, so you will always leave their happy and full.

This is an excellent little shop. Everything is made in house and the stuffed bagels are awesome. I've been stopping in once a week since I learned about them from ChowHound Detroit on Tiktok. Their hours are the only issue (which isn't their fault). I order the sausage and egg stuffed bagel with tater tots with the house made sauce. DO NOT FORGET THE HOUSE SAUCE because its amazing. A car enthusiast's cafe haven. Wonderful staff, car meets and food. All of their food is delicious. If you'd like to try something unique, try their stuffed bagels with their in house cream cheese. The flavors blend wonderfully and is truly delicious.

Wife and I love this place, I pick up their stuffed bagels at least once every weekend and their nitro cold brew is the best I've ever had in my life. We also love that every single thing is made in-house and are crazy about their house sauce!

Great place have stopped in a couple times now. Coffee is great nothing to turn your nose up too and your don?t get bits of ice in your blended drinks they are throughly blended. Price is a on point and much cheaper than Starbucks with outstanding flavor and quality. The bakery is amazing, so many things to pick from and they appear to be updated the menu quite often. Wanna like them. First off why use the cheap, flavorless, processed cheese for a stuffed bagel that costs the same as a meat stuffed bagel with better cheese and tons of flavor?? My tots previously were dry tator tots, but today they were delicious. Than the coffee. Got Nitro, not sure if it was the beans or if it was just made wrong. It was watery and switch a stale coffee taste that stuck in my mouth. Hoped for more.

Awesome place! I love how they have something different every day. Their marshmallow cereal bars are my favourite. Good pricing too. I love how the place is setup with all the car stuff, and they always have Top Gear or other great shows on their tv.

The staff and atmosphere was really nice, they had a rally racing video on a big TV that looked really good (unfortunately I didn?t have time to watch) My only disappointment is that they had a very limited selection of doughnuts and they certainly won?t be replacing my normal donut shop. It seemed though that their main focus was on coffee and more substantial food including bagels stuffed with meat and eggs, among other options. Prices were pretty reasonable for a specialty coffee shop/bakery
