REALLY good donuts! The apple fritters were HUGE too and they were slightly crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, so good. Their super crunch was also delicious. It had a nice crunch and their cracked sauce is a HIT!

4/4/25. Fantastic experience. The general manager was very personable and helpful. I ate the Buffalo Super Crunch and the lady got a Dad Burger. I was surprised with the taste of both. The fries were average or better. We were offered a free donut being it was our first visit. Great experience.

Love going here!! Both times I have had a wonderful experience. The servers, his name starts with a D and they said his name as Day it was so loud I couldn?t hear the rest of his name but he was the server on 03/26/2025 & Fay as well. Did amazing jobs as servers. The food was really good! I prefer the fried chicken sandwich with egg and their secret sauce also with a milkshake was really good!

Food is fine but it took nearly 30 minutes to get our to-go order. They told us they were out of kolaches after charging us (and after waiting the 30 minutes), so we got a refund, and then they didn?t give us the donut we still paid for. The worker taking our order was super friendly, so nothing against him but they just seem totally overwhelmed, understaffed and we are probably never going again

This was my first time here. I showed up on a Sunday around 11:30am. I did not know there were two churches getting out at the same time. The road was packed. The line was out the door. But, we were already here so we waited. To my shock, the line moved flawlessly. Every order was taken quickly and efficiently. You could tell the staff was seasoned to this activity. I absolutely love this place. I have tried some breakfast and I have tried lunch. The French toast was the best ever. The hashbrowns have a great combination of flavors that will make you dance in your seat. The dad burger with the bacon jam, whoa. Get the double burger. And of course, try the yummy crispy sandwich. It was super crunchy. I thought the books they had were coffee themed. I see what they did there.

I really wanted to give this place 4 stars but sadly cannot. My friend and I came in to order and even though they have chicken sausage on their menu, they no longer serve it. Food was bland and the only good thing was the cheesy hash brown. What took the rating from a 4 to a 3 was when we saw the female line cook leave the kitchen with GLOVES ON! go to the bathroom and come out with the same gloves and walk back into the kitchen!!! While their donuts are decent, there are better options in the area for everything else on the menu. This includes quality as well as quantity as it reminded me of cheap fast food with small portion sizes. You'd be better off paying a bit more or driving a bit further to find a place that actually gives you more than a tenth of a pound of meat.

Visited this morning 5/29 me and my husband frequent here and have never had any issues until today when the workers kept mixing up my sandwich with someone else?s. Underwhelming and under seasoned but the donuts are good. Hero cheeseburger had little flavor and a greasy bun. Sausage and egg biscuit had a nice egg but the sausage really had no flavor. Also greasy. It seems like they don?t season their meat at all. Bought some donuts as a consolation prize and they were tasty. Wouldn?t go back.

Haven't tried the food yet . But the donut I had was not that great. The cranberry sauce that was between the bread was definitely cut out of a can??. My husband called it out and I could definitely taste the store brought jam in there. I'm just saying at least make the jam from scratch or doctor it up instead of slapping a thick half inch slice in the donut. The donut alone is $4. Felt cheated. Friendly employees, amazing breakfast food and donuts what more could you ask for! Every time I have been in at this location, the staff has been friendly and helpful welcoming me in when I come in asking if I have any questions. If I?m with someone who has not tried hero before the staff welcomes them for being a first time customer by applause and cheering! I dropped in to have a cup of coffee on Saturday morning. I glanced at the menu and decided to try the loaded hashbrowns with bacon and an egg over easy. The nice waitress bought me my dish, but it had a mayonnaise aioli type sauce poured over it. I hate Mayo. They brought it back with the awful sauce and cheese whiz separately. If you enjoy cheese whiz, frozen tater tots, and a sprinkle of bacon and a small 3.50 coffee for a total of $17, you'll love it. My favorite was the jam and the egg over easy.

They are good. I loved the dough because it was fresh, soft, not too sweet, or greasy, but the glaze can be thick and heavy. However, I keep coming back for more. Definitely worth trying.

The food is absolutely delicious! I ordered the loaded hash browns(pictured), burger with fries, and their donuts. It was perfectly cooked and I had excellent customer service. I will definitely will be coming back!

Updated 10/24 Still the best doughnuts I've had in this area. Fantastic and unique donuts that change on a regular basis. Their hash brown plate with fried chicken is amazing, and the chicken breakfast sandwich is good. They have fresh juices and a coffee bar. I've not had lunch, but I imagine it's as great as everything else. Definitely worth a visit.

I arrived past 2:00 pm and ordered two cheeseburgers, a cookies and cream milkshake, and a freshly squeezed orange juice. Everything arrived after about a 10-15 minute wait. Their fries are pretty good, but the burger was disappointing. The bun was of good quality, but the meat was cheap and the flavor was just okay. This is a cheaply made burger with an artisan price tag. I will give them a second chance but will try their donuts and brunch items next time.

The burger was decent but small portion for the price but maybe that?s all you really need. The donuts are pretty good but super sweet so it?s probably best to share. Inside seating is decent enough for the size of the establishment and the food is cooked to order so that?s a positive.

Just ate the dad burger for the second time this week; and I must say it was not a one time fluke, the food is consistently amazing. It tastes as though people care about the finished product. Our party of 12 people dropped in at the lunch hour unexpectedly. Our first time eating at Hero. The gentleman working at the register, in dining room and the kitchen were all so patient and kind with us the entire time we were there. I have had 5 star experiences before so take this with a grain of salt. Just ordered their folded egg sandwich and added Turkey. Turkey was freezing cold and sandwich only had the strange red jelly, mayo, and egg on it. Would?ve been a 5 if the Turkey was warm because it caused the eggs to go cold.
