Everyone that works there is always friendly, even first thing on a Saturday morning for the mad rush donut run! They have THE BEST donuts in town, awesome deli creations & the most fun Ballreich flavors I think can only get there. Only downside, you got to wake up early to get those donuts!! (I believe you can order in advance but where's the fun in that?!)
Friendly place!! A lot closer than Wal-Mart if you just need groceries. Good selection.

Okay, for some items, however, it has become really pricey on other items. I find it worth the drive 4 to 5 miles down the road to go to krogers or Walmart, definitely not the same as it used to be.

Let's get serious if I could give zero stars I would this is absolutely outrageous how the hell you going to charge 22 dollars for laundry detergent and 3 20oz sodas. First time shopping there and it will be the very last time I set foot in that store I guarantee if someone was to investigate this store about their way over priced items I can promise they would be shut down. Price gouging on every item I could have went to Walmart or even dollar general and paid a lot less. Absolutely pathetic.
Convenient for my end of town. Always good selection of meats. Prices seem to have gone up since they changed hands.

I've been shopping here since I was a kid and now I deliver product here. I would say it's a very convenient place to shop for anything you need without having to go to Walmart depending on the side of town you're on. They've got just about everything you need if you're shopping for food. On top of that, they have the best donuts I've had, I highly recommend.
Wish they still had homemade bratwurst and better deli selection like they did 2 years ago.
Very nice smaller hometown grocery store. They have fresh produce and many breads and desserts made in house, along with cooked to go foods such as sandwiches, soups and entrees. Great hometown customer service.
Just called the bakery at approximately 1102 am to request donuts to be picked up tomorrow. My mother who?s on hospice and dying requested donuts because they are the best in tiffin. They told me they couldn?t process the request because it was 1102 two minutes beyond their cut off. I can?t believe they wouldn?t process her request! How disappointing that a small business would allow it to go through. Enough said!

It was clean and ppl were polite prices were higher than usual what we went for they didn't have the only place really sell crystal hot sauce I know of always a pleasure of shopping there
Nice small grocery store without all the frills of a large big box store like WalMart. The food is pricier, but much better. Bakery selections are much better than those offered in larger grocers. Similarly, the meat just tastes better coming from here rather than other large stores.
I only go here because Im on the same side of town and it's easier than driving across town to go to Kroger. The prices on everything is WAY to high. The deli stuff is really good though.

Very well managed, inventoried and priced grocery...they even have their own butcher producing fantastic cuts of beef, pork, poultry and fish! Well worth your time to stop and shop!@
Friendly people ,prices are average for this kind of store ,pretty good Ads, only problem I see is they don't serve the fried chicken all day ,I mean most people buy chicken for dinner not just for lunch, and they close their Deli way to early . Talk about losing money ,guess they don't care what their customers want or expect either your customers should be the big consideration in new choices cuz they're the ones that help you meet your bills in your payroll so when ya stop worrying about your service fo

I like IGA. They have great meat and poultry products. They have a fresh lunch, I love them. I even ordered cakes there. Yummy and close by.

Store is clean and isles spacious. I found items that are hard to find. Employees are very friendly which gives the store a 'hometown' feeling. I will definitely return to Heritage IGA!
Prices are kinda high for most stuff, but you can find good deals on meats from time to time and the main reason I go is for the donuts best donuts in town

This store is two turns away from my house and the sales they have are good on meats most of the time. Everything else is kinda pricey to be honest but its close to home and i know what I can get from there. Check it out.

This is one of the oldest grocery stores in Tiffin and it is a fine place to shop. It isn't the biggest and doesn't have the largest selection of merchandise but you can get what you need.
Very nice store around the corner from where I live. Some items can be a little pricey, but they do have a pick 5 for 19.99 which is nice.

Went to this grocery store numerous times when I was in college several years ago. Could have used some maintenance at the time, but the selection of merch was pretty decent for a small IGA.
