Nestled in Kendall Yards, I loved the vibe of this cute donut shop! I was there for my birthday dozen of mini donuts and I sampled almost all the flavors! I treated myself to an ocean drink and was surprised by the mini donuts on top and the pretty edible glitter! The donuts were amazing and such a delectable treat!! Definitely worth a stop when you're down that way!

Hello Sugar is my new favorite spot for a coffee and doughnut pick-me-up! The doughnuts are fresh, fluffy, and full of flavor. The staff is incredibly friendly and made me feel super comfortable from the moment I walked in.

I had some trouble signing up with my phone number. If you sign up a few weeks before your birthday you can try a dozen free donuts! I came in and the atmosphere is so cute! I love the vibrancy and vibe overall. Very warm and friendly. I do recommend and I will be back. ?????

I have ordered from here many times for their donuts, I?m a dasher so I got there a lot as well. One thing though stays true and it?s the girls back there can?t be bothered if there is an adjustment that needs made or any questions out of the norm. My kiddo had to hang back from a field trip and was feeling pretty down. We went on a little shopping trip in the area to cheer her up and stopped in here for a treat afterwards. Week day/School hours. Boy did this place deliver. It's all she can talk about for the last several hours. Cute donuts and atmosphere but terrible service! Went in on my birthday, never have been to this establishment. The lady cared more about getting the line down than making it a memorable experience. Not only that she knows nothing about the rewards program and was very unhelpful. Definitely took the joy out of my experience by taking advantage of it being my first time and gave me the basic house 12 when those were not entirely the ones I was wanted. Definitely unsatisfied with the service.

Great treat for a birthday surprise. Got donuts for a foodie friend - good quality and variety. Got the dozen "carousel" one of each variety. Had to wait about 10 min for the order. Saw there was an online ordering option - might suggest that if you are in a hurry. Otherwise bring a friend and enjoy sweet treats at the cafe!

This place is very cute, but I felt very unwelcome. Gluten free options at a donut shop. Refreshing for my wife who hasn't had a donut in 8 years. They are really small but they tasted GREAT. I dont eat gluten free so I enjoyed that I didnt taste a difference between normal and gluten free. It's a nice spot if you have time sit out on the patio. Theres also a coffee shop in there too. They have a weird ordering system. They have a smaller box size available for 6 doughnuts but you can only pick 3 flavours. and they let you order a big box with one of each flavour but you can't order the seasonal flavours. So if you want to try their seasonal flavours you physically can't try them all without ordering 2 small boxes and getting 2 of each and thwn having an extra set of 2. Very nice, classy atmosphere in an equally classy neighborhood. They specialize in artisan MINI donuts with only two classic flavors, maple and chocolate. While they have many other 5 star reviews, we didn't like our chocolate donuts and ended up going to Casual Fridays. Come here if you want new age, artisan.

Lo and Amy were excited and onboard to create 34 dozen custom decorated tiny baby donuts for our wedding reception from the jump. The four different designs they provided were delicious and dazzling. They also worked with us to create one dozen of gluten free and another dozen of vegan donuts for our quests with special dietary needs. The donuts were a smash hit! Guests lingering at the end of the night, as well as the Chateau Rive staff, were thrilled to load up to-go boxes of donuts to munch the next day.

Honestly...our doughnuts were beautiful! They even had straight up glitter on them. I thought that was a little weird. I don't need to eat glitter, edible our not it didn't add to the experience. The doughnuts are made fresh I believe, but I was not impressed. They all kind of tasted the same or very similar, in other words they are more fun to look at than eat. I probably wouldn't go back.

I love the fresh and modern vibes at Hello Sugar. The donuts look like they came straight out of a magazine and they are really tasty too. I also love the staff and the shops proximity to the Spokane river. Would highly recommend this place if you are visiting Spokane or have lived here for years!

Hello Sugar is a donut shop in Spokane. Nestled in the Kendall yards neighborhood, it is close to everything! The picture speaks for itself. These delicious treats are good for any occasion! My boss sent me this box of donuts on my birthday. What a great way to tell somebody they are appreciated. If you haven?t been, you simply must stop in.

My grandkids love this place. A treat that I always take them too to start our day or to end our day. 10.00 dollars for a dozen is very much worth it!!! They get so excited to pick what they want and when we open that box up, their little faces glow with happiness!!

Ordered through Uber eats and Hello Sugar cover their drinks and food in a tape that says ?peace of mind? so you know your order hasn?t been tampered with. And I love this! It really was peace of mind seeing that. Plus the donuts and drinks were incredible. My daughter loves the mermaid magic drink and our favorite donut was the lilac lavender lemon! And the Harry Potter label on my coffee was amazing! Will be ordering again.

Service here has really gone downhill over the years. It's perpetually understaffed and the poor single worker at both counters tries their hardest but it's not fair to them. They are almost always out of multiple items (3 times I've tried to ubereat a breakfast burrito and they are magically out of them. But they have them in person everytime I've been.....) this was my last time ordering or going.

Okay, this place was a surprise stop with my kids. My son-in-law wandered off to order and I sat with my daughter and held my new grandson. Alex brings over a little box and then opens it. Hello Sugar! This place has the most adorable mini doughnuts ever. They have a variety of flavors and offer breakfast burritos/breakfast sandwiches as well. They also have a beautiful view of the river! If your looking for something sweet & small to snack on, definitely come here!

First time visit after hearing about this place from locals. Enjoyed freshly made & fun variety of mini donut flavors; opted for the Carousel (assorted dozen). Favorites were both chocolate & one topped with coconut. Most unique: lavender-flavored one! Service: friendly and fairly quick. Mostly younger folks working register & making donuts. A bit pricy for the quanity/size. Nice for celebratory event or special occasion. Likelihood of revisit: 50%.

Good and tasty little donuts, with vegan options too. However, kind of spendy. 12 donuts is like 2-3 normal donuts and costs $10l. Also, beware ordering ahead for events. Ordered two days in advance of an event and 5 minutes before I was to pick it up got a call saying they were out of vegan donuts... Not happy. Ended up going to Casual Fridays and they got me squared away with more vegan donuts for less cost.

This new place recently opened up on the west side of Kendall Yards near a new restaurant, Park Lodge, and adjacent to Indaba coffee (it's actually in the same space). There is a small parking lot with a few spaces but there is also plenty of free parking around the park and neighborhood. This place serves mini specialty donuts made to order. The line can be long at times so as long as you're not in a rush it's worth the wait.

The pumpkin was super yummy! I was disappointed that the strawberry had a jelly vs fresh strawberries or a chunky strawberry jam. The lemon would be better with a dot of curd vs a lemon wedge.

A really nice place and friendly staff. Some of the doughnuts and drinks are amazing. Sadly we always come out slightly annoyed by how long we wait even on a day there is no one else there. Also they need to work on their packaging. Some of their menu items just don't fit the boxes as you can see in the picture. The toppings were completely smeared off. If you see a lot of vehicles parked outside just wait because there's hardly any room to turn around once it's get busy.

I'm gluten intolerant and finding an actual shop that has gluten friendly donuts?! Amazing!! I was so excited to try them and they didn't disappoint! The adorable size and added glitter makes them super cute and they feel like fairy food almost. I highly suggest the "carousel" option so you can try them all, but my favorite flavors we're the classics - maple frosting, chocolate frosting, powdered sugar, and cinnamon sugar. If I could rate 0 stars I would. I have been slowly growing more and more frustrated with Hello Sugar, and have visited for the last time. They advertise gluten free donuts on the weekends, but I have returned about 4 times on the weekend and they are ?out of? the gluten free donuts before noon. Then most recently I tried to visit at 6:30pm as their hours on maps, google, and on their website, show they close at 7pm. They were closed when I visited at 6:30pm. This is hands down the cutest place to get donuts! The donuts were made fresh to order, and have a gourmet presentation and taste. There is a coffee shop in the same building if that's what you're after. If you are somone who likes eating half a dozen donuts to feel ashamed of yourself, this is not the place for you. "Hello Sugar" is indulgent not gluttonous.

They sell sparkly mini donuts of various levels of deliciousness with some occasional Harry Potter themes and I?m obsessed. 10/10 would donut again.

For my first time here, I was expecting normal sized donuts especially for the price! When we arrived and made line, there were two small groups ahead of us, my hubby mentioned they had samples in the front so we were excited! When we got to the front we realized the samples WERE the donuts :O It took about 20-25 mins for the donuts to be done. Got a couple boxes of the Carousel to try out all the flavors and I definitely cant pick just one I like the most, but the Nutella and s'mores are at the top! Quite possibly the worst donuts we have ever tasted even covered in sugar it was aweful. You pay the price of a real size dozen but you get a dozen mini ones like some kind of a joke. My neice is already sweet enough, but we decided to check out Hello Sugar! It is located in Kendall Yards which is a cute area of Spokane next to the river, Park Trail and Playground. So you can walk off those dougnuts calories and let your kiddo run off that sugar high. The doughnuts are super cute and unique. I thought it was quite deceiving the way their menu doesn't tell customers that these are miniature donuts. We bought a dozen for $10. It smells fantastic in this place! The mixture of the mini Donut's being made to order and coffee bar preparing Indaba coffee is spot on. The offering of mini Donut's is many but it can be hard to differentiate some flavors from others if the flavor of the donut doesn't overpower the flavor of the batter being used. That being said all the Donut's are good and I really like the lemon flavored one.

Awesome little donut shop with a great vibe and customer service. The donuts are always made fresh and come in a myriad of delicious flavors. Makes a great date spot or even if you just feel like treating yourself, you wont be disappointed.

These donuts are deceptive! They are small, mini donuts but pack AMAZING flavor and, where warranted, delightful texture! I recommend getting their Carousel box to try all their flavors. Drink wise, I ordered their Chai-Mazing and it is a perfect blend of cool refreshing milk with the perfect kiss of citrus and matcha. This was a perfect treat after hiking on the Centennial trail all afternoon!

The donuts are fairly expensive for how they taste, but they have so many discounts it?s pretty easy to get them on a budget. The flavors tend to be pretty hit or miss- i?d say 1/3 of them are great and the others are fine. That being said, the drinks are fantastic and I would say considerably cheaper than most other places. As well, the place itself is great and the service is always friendly.
