Very friendly staff and an amazing variety of donuts! I tried the Iced Cambodian coffee and it was the perfect amount of sweet and bold coffee flavor. Very impressed that the owners make every donut and food item themselves, everything was so fresh! Highly recommend!

Great addition for breakfast in town. Open 5am to noon. Everything was so fresh and flavorful. Our entire group enjoyed every bite. Basic glazed donut, blueberry donut, and piece of the banana nut muffin I had were excellent. My wife had the chocolate cake donut, and it was better than any chain store in Middle TN. We will be back soon to try some of their many other options.

I cannot say enough about this place. I go here for breakfast every other morning to grab our family some breakfast sandwiches and doughnuts that are always on point and I never spend more than 30-40 on a family of 5. The variety of doughnuts stay changing as the owner loves to make and customize new flavors for everyone to enjoy. The customer service has always been top notch and with a smile. They even have boba! Definitely recommend 10/10 give them a try next time ????

Every time I go in, the staff is so kind and patient. The donuts are fresh and delicious and honestly I couldn't ask for anything more! I tried the Thai Tea Boba recently and that was a lovely addition. My favorites are the blueberry cake donut and the custard filled chocolate eclair. ??

Went to Helen?s because I wanted to support a local business. The donuts were fresh and tasted wonderful!! Will be back in for a nice treat again!

Walked in fairly early and the place was simple but clean. The donuts were being brought out fresh and was greeted by whom I can assume was the owner. He was enthusiastic and extremely helpful. He took his time to talk to me about his pricing and offerings of his donuts and kolaces, which were fantastic. I really appreciated just how friendly and outgoing he was while helping and it made the already amazing donuts and transaction an all around great experience.

Thrilled to have found kolaches in Springfield! Just as good if not better than in Texas! Also got a cinnamon roll and boba smoothie that were excellent as well. Can?t wait to come back. The service was wonderful as well.

Donuts-my favorite is the blueberry cake donut- and jalape?o pig in a blanket are good. The cinnamon role is delicious heated up. The apple fritter is amazingly good, get it warmed up also. The Cambodian coffee is my go to. The coffee is prepared somewhat on the sweeter side IMO, the owner had no issue preparing my coffee less sweet. Customer service is a priority here. Owners are very nice.

I'm from Colorado, and this place absolutely CRUSHES all the donut places up in Northern Colorado. I never had a kolache, then I visited here and I got one nearly every day of my vacation! I stumbled upon Helen Donut while in the shopping center for something else. My husband went early this morning to pick out a selection of donuts. The burrito and pig in a blanket were excellent! We didn?t need the salsa at all for the burrito because it was so delicious on its own. The donuts are soft, airy and very fluffy. We tried a raspberry filled donut and a Bavarian cream filled donut. The donuts are amazing. My favorite is the glazed which were perfectly soft like I like them, and I was super happy with the cream filled too. They have different fillings and they fill them after you order them. I just went with classic vanilla cream and it was yum! The service was also very positive and friendly. I will definitely be back.

The bacon egg and cheese croissant here was absolutely delicious full of flavor and the best croissant i have ever tried.
