My first impression was this place was super clean. There is a nice selection of donuts and baked goods. You can build your own donut and canoli. Taste? The donuts are denser than the typical airy donut. Still yet, they trade great.

We love the donuts from Heirloom Donuts and are so glad this location is finally open! Food and coffee are delicious, price point is fair, and it?s a really fun ambiance although a little cold/stark. Even the restroom is cute! Everything is very clean and service was quick. Will be our go-to donut shop! Also offers custom cakes that we will try eventually.

It will not be disappointed in any way! These are donuts, cakes and brownies are beautiful.

Every time I say ?I?ll give it another chance? I?m mad at myself for trying again. The service is great. The food on the other hand, sub par. The donuts are never fresh, even getting there early in the morning. They are too expensive to be stale.

Heirloom Donuts serves amazing coffee and treats customers with genuine care. The staff is welcoming, and the service is top-notch. A great spot for quality coffee and a friendly experience!

Purchased at 11:50am today, the cup already looks like it's about to soak through at 12:10. With the coffee being almost $5 I would expect better quality in the cups. Now I'm constantly checking out that it hadn't started making a mess. Which is inconvenient since I'm on the go today. Service was good, staff was fast and really nice so that's appreciated.

I?m so glad I discovered this gem of a shop in Lagrange! I LOVE cold brew and theirs is delicious. The service was exceptional!! Very sweet ladies that were happy to answer all of my questions.

My first time in, everyone was very welcoming and communicative about our order. Everything was fresh and VERY delicious, shared some with my coworkers, and they also loved them! I can't imagine complaining about not getting a glass of milk, crazzyyy!! Right! (Yes, I'm looking at you, bob ??)

My wife and I have been here twice. The first time we Had a few donuts that were expensive and small. my wife enjoyed them but I didn't. My wife asked me a few weeks later to get her some donuts from here so I went back and ordered 4 Donuts. The strawberry donut that I got was fine. The chocolate cake donut with chocolate topping was so dry that swallowing was impossible. My wife's 2 donuts were just as dry as my chocolate was. best donuts in LaGrange. a bit pricier than the big box brands but way more premium. when you want a donut, you want it to be perfect. i usually get the maple bacon glazed, and their chocolate glaze is a much different (better) flavor than Hershey?s. if nuts aren?t your thing they also have large squares of coffee cakes, muffins etc. and get yourself a latte if you want to make it an awesome day.

We were turned away today 1hr before closing to decorate a donut for our whole family to support local new business and was denied service due to a lack of icing? I would encourage ownership to be stocked during business hours with GLAZE so that you are not open for another whole hour with 4 random assorted donuts left. From one business owner to another, you?re hurting your bottom line.

Love that Heirloom came to LaGrange! They make the best cinnamon rolls I've ever had. I wish they were still carried at Local Groundz, but they're definitely worth driving the extra miles. Staff is always friendly and helpful! The facility is immaculately clean. Can't recommend them enough!

Every single donut that I have purchased from the LaGrange GA store has been perfection! I never knew that I would love a maple, bacon doughnut, but it has become one of my very favorite ones. The lemon doughnut, for the March special is exquisite and don?t even get me started on the sugar-free coffee choices, it?s so nice to be able to have more than just one sugar free choice to put in my coffee and also having the choice to put heavy cream just is icing on it ???? Got some dirty coffee instead of cold brew. The donuts are fun but very limited and the frosting is basic. Cake taste like box cake. It was like eating something made by Walmart bakeries cousin. The lemon cooky was the best. There is no clear pricing and various ways of confusion. No receipt was offered. Do they even offer expresso. This was like one of those nutrient-vita-hooha owners trying something new. Beautiful place and awesome staff.

First time in. Got the apple fritter. Good. And the coffee was great. It tasted good and was very hot like coffee is supposed to be. Not just barely warm like Starbucks. Will try the glazed donuts next time. They'll probably be bette than dunkin. I will be back.

Over priced cold stale donuts. You might try warming them for dine-in customers. They look beautiful, but for the price you're gonna have to do better.

Coffee is not good at all the hot chocolate, nothing to talk about, either. What's worse is when you oder a coffee and ask for oat milk because you can't have milk and you get whole milk. SMH

The best place to get good donuts

My coffee was absolutely terrible. I think it was literally the bottom of the barrel. When I asked the girl for coffee, she said, "I think I have enough for one more cup." It wasn't even 10:00 AM. My doughnut was just okay. It definitely didn't seem freshly made. The maple was grainy. I was traveling, so I don't think I will ever be back.
